Room clean and tidy. Unfortunately a couple of lights were not working in the bathroom so made for a bit of a palaver trying to shower in almost darkness.  The breakfast was good with lots of choice, sadly the coffee in the machine wasn’t of good quality and was very bitter.  The staff were very polite, friendly and professional.  Overall, would choose to stay again.

Attention to details, great value for money, the room was spotless, staffs were friendly, check in was quick. Restaurant were amazing. Highly recommended and will return in the future.

Staff was great, Room very tiny and dusty, I paid £45 extra for breakfast as expected to be Hilton breakfast I was very disappointed when I see the breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff and very convenient for an early flight The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I first checked in, I realised I had accidentally booked an accessible room — which was enormous and very, very clean. However, because it had a connecting door, someone in the neighbouring room tried to open their side, which completely startled me. When I went downstairs to mention it, the staff didn’t hesitate at all. They immediately offered to move me to another room where I wouldn’t have the anxiety of hearing someone try the connecting door. It was clearly very safe, but I really appreciated how quickly and kindly they responded. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant — the food was fairly average and a little on the expensive side, although the atmosphere was lively and, again, the staff were very friendly. One downside is that the walls seem quite thin. Around 12:30am a group checked in and were talking loudly in the corridor for about half an hour, which woke me up. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. In fairness, I didn’t call reception at the time — and based on how helpful they were earlier, I suspect they would have dealt with it quickly. Checking out was easy, and I walked to the airport in the morning. It’s actually a very straightforward walk — especially once you get past the roundabout and go under the road. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight from Luton.

Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport è una scelta ideale se voli da Luton e vuoi qualcosa di comodo e confortevole. L'hotel è a pochi passi dal terminale, che lo rende davvero ideale per voli di mattina presto o di notte tardi. Le camere sono moderne, pulite e ben mantenute. Nonostante sia così vicino all'aeroporto, la resistenza sonora è molto buona e la camera si sentiva abbastanza tranquilla per un buon sonno notturno. Il letto era comodo e la camera aveva tutto per un breve soggiorno. L'ispezione era ben organizzata e il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la permanenza. Una bella parka è il complimentare colazione la selezione è piuttosto semplice ma comprende prodotti caldi, pasticceria, frutta e caffè, che è perfetto prima di arrivare all'aeroporto. In generale, non è un hotel di lusso, ma è affidabile, pulito e estremamente conveniente per i viaggiatori che volano da Luton.

I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.

Ottima posizione, a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal terminal. Ottimo per soggiorni brevi. Un po' caro, dato che l'hotel vicino ha camere più grandi, è un po' più vicino al terminal e offre la colazione inclusa a 90 sterline, mentre all'Ibis ho pagato 80 sterline e se si desidera la colazione bisogna pagare 12 sterline.

È molto vicino all'aeroporto di Luton e raggiungibile a piedi, il che lo rende estremamente comodo anche per i voli mattutini. Iniziano a servire la colazione alle 4:00, il che è molto comodo per i viaggiatori. È la scelta migliore vicino all'aeroporto di Luton.

No issues checking in. Clean and tidy place. No issues with room, beds very large and comfy. It was very quiet when we stayed family of 4. I requested 2 rooms next door to each other and request fulfilled. Water pressure excellent for showers. Have pool sauna, gym, unfortunately we didn't try these facilities. Do check breakfast times, we thought breakfast was served until 11am but was mistaken. Got to restaurant at 10am and were closed. Luckily, a staff member from reception managed to get us some pastries and yogurts, very kind! Accommodation is within the Cranfield University campus and near Cranfield Airport.

Il nostro hotel è molto ben progettato, con una storia speciale e un sacco di tocchi unici in tutto il mondo. La nostra stanza ha guardato il fiume e ha tutte le cose usuali che si aspettano da un bel hotel, più alcune eccellenti opere d'arte. L'unica cosa da notare è che anche se questo è un hotel spa, il spa non è incluso nel prezzo dell'hotel - non avevamo capito che doveva essere prenotato separatamente. Non ci sono stati problemi ad adattarci!
