Staff were amazing, so helpful, understanding and supportive. Room was nice, lovely view I really the river. Air conditioning unit, was really dusty and I found lumps of dust on the table beneath it which had fallen from it.

Di recente ho soggiornato all'Holiday Inn Luton Airport e ho avuto un'esperienza generalmente positiva. La posizione dell'hotel è incredibilmente comoda, soprattutto per i voli di prima mattina, poiché è a pochi passi o con una breve corsa in navetta dal terminal. Il servizio in camera era rapido e la qualità del cibo era soddisfacente. L'hotel offre anche buoni servizi, tra cui un centro fitness, Wi-Fi gratuito e servizi business, con un ampio parcheggio per chi arriva in auto. Tuttavia, essere vicino all'aeroporto comporta un po' di rumore inevitabile dagli aerei. Sebbene le finestre siano insonorizzate, chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe comunque notarlo. Sebbene la comodità sia un grande vantaggio, le tariffe possono essere più alte rispetto ad altre sistemazioni vicine, quindi vale la pena prenotare in anticipo per assicurarsi un'offerta migliore. No issues checking in. Clean and tidy place. No issues with room, beds very large and comfy. It was very quiet when we stayed family of 4. I requested 2 rooms next door to each other and request fulfilled. Water pressure excellent for showers. Have pool sauna, gym, unfortunately we didn't try these facilities. Do check breakfast times, we thought breakfast was served until 11am but was mistaken. Got to restaurant at 10am and were closed. Luckily, a staff member from reception managed to get us some pastries and yogurts, very kind! Accommodation is within the Cranfield University campus and near Cranfield Airport.

Hotel piccolo con giardino e zona di seggio.  Tuttavia, l'hotel deve essere un po' più trasparente con la situazione lì atm come io lo capisco completamente e lode loro per farlo, tuttavia non rendere i clienti pagatori consapevoli che questo è perché i bar non sono aperti o servizi di colazione / cibo non sono disponibili Il Parlamento europeo ha deciso di ridurre il numero di persone che hanno lavorato per la loro occupazione, ma non ha potuto ridurre il numero di persone che hanno lavorato per la loro occupazione.

Alloggio eccellente e conveniente. Tutti grandi alcuni aggiustamenti per rendere questa posizione eccellente sono in grado di modificare la mia prenotazione invece di nessuna politica di cancellazione anche check out tempo estensione a 11.00am invece di 10:00am anche il domenica anche colazione Domenica mattina il servizio termina alle 9:30 a questi pochi aggiustamenti aumenterebbero la popolarità per questo alloggio.

Personale gentile e disponibile, letto comodo e camere di buona qualità. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la stazione DART di Luton Airport, a soli 2 minuti a piedi da Luton Airport Parkway e dalla stazione DART di Luton. Consigliatissimo.

Room clean and tidy. Unfortunately a couple of lights were not working in the bathroom so made for a bit of a palaver trying to shower in almost darkness.  The breakfast was good with lots of choice, sadly the coffee in the machine wasn’t of good quality and was very bitter.  The staff were very polite, friendly and professional.  Overall, would choose to stay again.

Hard to listen to the traumatic stories of families awaiting social housing to house them. The staff are all caring and professional. It’s evident that they are a good team. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, all very comfortable!

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.
