This hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head. The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.

Situazione perfetta proprio sulla Plaza Major di Salamanca. Personale amichevole e utile. Pulizia e confortevole. Solo il problema era che non potevamo ottenere il condizionamento d'aria abbastanza freddo anche con il personale che arrivava subito per aiutarci a fissare i controlli di temperatura.

Urban hotel, next to the most important pedestrian street in the city, in the center. And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category

Idealmente situato quando viaggia da Bilbao a Portogallo. Molto pulito, grande camera con letti confortevoli. Il personale era efficiente al desk front. Non ha usato il ristorante. Invece, è andato lungo la strada a Meson del Douro per cena. Il servizio era veloce. Se non si parla menù di traduzione spagnolo online, allora si sa cosa ordinare.

Lovely place, beautiful and full of character, kind of seemed like we were in a palace. Location was great for us as we needed to stop for the night on our way to Portugal. The bed was really comfortable and big, we slept 2 adults and a 2 year old really well. The place was also super clean, as I arrived I took my shoes off and my feet were as clean as before, no dust or any dirt anywhere. The only downside for us was the bathroom state, it definitely needs work done to it, the shower was almost coming off the wall and the black mould on the walls really put us off.

Il personale molto utile che posso aver sbagliato è Diez. Spostamento notturno su 4.22. Abbiamo intenzione di guidare a Madrid, ma non siamo sicuri se possiamo a causa della nostra auto affittato non avremmo applicato il permesso di ingresso. Ha avuto un grande aiuto, cercando il sito n trovato dove v può parcheggiare la nostra auto fuori Madrid n prendere un treno per andare. Insegnamento chiaro. Vero utile! Size della camera è grande n pulito. Grande vista n v aveva cena nel ristorante.

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma se ”camminate” vi consiglio di seguire le istruzioni stradali di Google Maps, molto più semplici e chiare L'hotel era a pochi passi dal centro turistico. I ristoranti stavano ancora preparando tavoli a 2100 e a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Ottima scelta a colazione, diversi tipi di formaggio, prosciutto, pane, cereali e una buona selezione di torte Ottimo hotel, ottima colazione e ottima posizione

L'hotel era in un'ottima posizione per una sosta notturna durante il nostro viaggio verso Santander. Il personale era adorabile, la colazione era eccellente con un'ottima selezione di cibi tra cui scegliere e la camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Se avevo un aspetto negativo era che la camera d'albergo era stanca, con buchi nelle tende e senza asciugacapelli o cassaforte come pubblicizzato. Detto questo, la pulizia della camera era più importante di qualche strappo nelle tende e ci torneremmo sicuramente.
