Bella vecchia casa, un monastero deconsagrato. La stanza era bella, anche se vecchia, e un po' di vapore dalla doccia, anche se altrimenti pulita. Air con non molto, purtroppo. La colazione era così grande come menzionato precedente recensioni. Personale amichevole anche se hanno bisogno di più. Facile 10-15 min passeggiata verso il monte all'acquaducto e alla città, anche io potevo gestirlo con un ginocchio dodgy! abbiamo catturato l'autobus in fondo alla collina, si fermano fuori dall'hotel. I nostri amici avevano una macchina che potevano parcheggiare gratuitamente.

What a great hotel, brilliant location, easy parking and great staff at reception and restaurant. Really smart rooms and comfortable lounge areas that allow you to relax. The staff are extremely helpful in advising on the city of Leon and always greet you with a smile.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a bicycle tour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was on the 3rd floor, under the roof with view to the church steeple. Breakfast is well stocked and very varied. We also used the spa. It is very spacious with several jets in various sections focusing in different sections of the body. Great stay

Buena estancia, recomendable! En primer lugar, nos dieron una hab con 1 cama un poco pequeña para 2. Pedimos un cambio y fueron muy amables y nos cambiaron a una hab con dos camas juntas. Dormimos muy bien.

L'hotel è grande, l'ambiente è buono ed è comodo per il parcheggio, ma la spa è aperta solo nei fine settimana e questa informazione non è visibile al momento della prenotazione. Principalmente per vedere progetti di conservazione dell'acqua e mangiare maialino da latte arrosto, il ristorante più famoso deve essere prenotato in anticipo, il nome Jose Maria

At the last moment we changed our plans of staying in the Castilla Termal in Valbuena to stay here and be in town. Big mistake. The drive to get to the hotel is difficult through a narrow street by the river dodging people walking on the street and then a bridge that hardly fits two cars. But we did it for three days with only one hit to the curb. The hotel inside is nice. You can see the Castillo Peñafiel from the parking lot. Nice photo. As soon as you enter it smells clean and is very clean. We noticed that right away. The 3 points instead of 2 is because of the cleanliness. Also the restaurant was nice for one night. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was a challenge. You could hardly open the glass door to enter the shower because the bidet stops it. The shower was this huge system that you had to get under it to turn it on. As soon as you turned it on, you would get this hard spray of cold water to your head. We left the setting to open the hand held spray first and we put it facing the wall. Once the water heat up a little, we would change the setting to the shower, but still got a hard hit gosh of cold water first. it was annoying, to say the least. One of the sprays came straight to your chest and trying to avoid it, it soaked the towels hanging on the other wall . That's how strong this thing is. There was no space to stand to the side of this huge shower system. From the first day we kept letting the front desk know that our a/c was not stopping once it reached the temp we set of 24. Every night we kept having to get up to turn it off because it was too cold and then turn it on because the room was hot. We let them know every single day for three days and all we got was a front desk attendant trying to figure out the problem in her head. One of her recommendations was that she was going to set it to 23. I guess they control it, but that didn't make any sense. We got tired of trying to get them to understand. We left early in the morning and came back at the end of the day, so they had ample time to send someone to our room to fix it or at least look at it and see if it had something to do with the settings. On the last day we forgot to remove the red sign and the room was not cleaned, but that was our fault. But no comment that they had sent someone then, which would have been just as bad since it was our third day complaining, so they completely ignored our request and upon check out did not even apologize for the inconvenience we dealt with for 3 days. Breakfast was included, but we tried to go somewhere else and could not find any place nearby. The choices were not that great. The first day we asked for a tortilla and was offered bacon with it so we said okay. The tortilla was a flat rolled up omelette with nothing in it and the bacon was not cooked to a crisp. It was still pink and soft. They have parking right in front of the hotel, but you have to pay for it when you're already paying to stay there. That do

Il letto era comodo. Il mobilio era nuovo e pulito ...same per il bagno. La stanza era calda. Il condizionamento d'aria non funzionava e quando ci siamo chiesti di questo, ci è stato detto che il sistema d'aria fredda non era stato rotto. Era miserabile durante il giorno e inconfortabile alla notte. Tuttavia, la stanza era annunciata come condizionata. Non molto buona se non può essere utilizzata. La porta del bagno era circa 1/3 metri dal lato del letto successivo. La porta era un tipo di vetro di materiale quasi visibile. Sarebbe bello se tu fossi da solo, ma in modo inquietante. Infine, il parcheggio era di 14€ per notte. Gli altri hotel Sercotel non avevano alcun costo. Il personale era amichevole e utile.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe zahlreicher Läden und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die eher kleinen Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, das Bad hat eine Wanne. Klimaanlage nicht regelbar (no tocar). Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, die Nachbarn aber ruhig. Die Rezeption schloss ungewöhnlicherweise nachmittags um 5 Uhr. Die Bar war ständig geschlossen. Die vier Sterne sind daher nicht berechtigt. Das mit € 6,50 günstige Frühstück war recht einfach. Warmspeisen oder normales Brot gab es nicht, Milch und Butter suchte ich vergebens. Der Kaffeevollautomat verwendete Bohnen . Preis meist günstig.

Il hotel ha una serie di opzioni che ci hanno invitati: camere familiari con cucina, benvenuti animali, 24 ore di check-in, parcheggio sicuro, distanza a piedi dal centro della città. Ci sono altre opzioni per le famiglie con bambini piccoli, ma nessuno/pochi con le convenienza sopra descritte.I vantaggi: la zona è facilmente raggiungibile con un calo in avanti. Sottoterra, parcheggio sicuro è proprio intorno all'angolo con accesso diretto al lift al lobby/camere. Le strutture e le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Il bagno era moderno con buone asciugamani di qualità. Le letti erano comodi. Alcuni altri recensori si sono lamentati della distanza dal vecchio centro, ma a 1 km! Se si utilizza il trasporto di autobus a destra attraverso la strada dal terminale di autobus, ma non un grande terminal urbano che di solito attrae personaggi ”colori”. Il parcheggio sotterraneo era grande, perché gli spazi erano molto grandi e sicuri.I negativi: quando siamo arrivati tardi la porta del garage era chiusa e non apriva automaticamente con il biglietto di parcheggio, così mia moglie doveva uscire e camminare intorno al lobby per Chiedi loro di aprirlo a distanza. Il cone d'aria era un po'suono. L'aveva chiuso la finestra, così non potevamo lasciare alcuna luce del giorno, ma ci siamo trovati solo per dormire e per fare il bagno. I mobili non sono speciali, ma funzionali.

Beautiful clean and modern hotel in amazing location just 100m from the Plaza. Very friendly staff and rooms cleaned every day (we forgot to put up the do not disturb sign) Great bathroom with amazing shower, beds, fridge, safe boxes, smart TV and nice decor and quality furnishings. Parking is €15 / night at a nearby parking garage. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Our stay at Hacienda Zorita was perfect in every way, truly faultless. From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us and let us know that we were much appreciated guests who were going to be well cared for in a highly professional yet relaxed and friendly way. Dreamy and romantic are the adjectives that come to mind when describing this ancient monastery dating back to 1366, located on the river Tormes. There simply could not be a more perfect setting for a wedding. Our daughter and son-in-law were married here and the entire day was joyous. As far as organisation was concerned, every stage of the day ran as smooth as a very well oiled machine. High quality organic food and wine is produced at this venue. The standard of the food and drink served to a large number of guests at each stage of the day went over and above expectations. The generous servings of a multitude of delicious canapies upon arrival was quite a happy topic of conversation amongst the guests. All this served with ice cold glasses of champagne from a strong number of smart well-trained waiting staff. This set the scene for a day that the staff grasped with determination to ensure that each and every guest had the time of their lives. The experience of staying as a hotel guest was equally world class. The rooms are charming and rustic, in keeping with the history of the building, whilst providing luxury and all the usual facilities one expects of a hotel of this standing. The beds and luxurious bedding deserve a mention in their own right for the comfort and wonderful night's sleep they provided. The grounds are well manicured and fascinating, providing walks with views to delight the eye around every corner, after which one can wander into the main house at what seemed like any time and sit by the river to be served delicious food. Such is the pride in the meat and cheese they produce, that they have a special room with a glass wall to display what is on offer! There is a small spa on the premises which we didn't visit but I was told by another guest that they also offer massage and it was excellent. The location of this great historic hotel complex is idyllic, set deep in glorious countryside yet 10 mins drive from Salamanca and all its history and exquisite architecture. Pick up the phone and reception always get a taxi there within 20 mins. What more can I say? Hacienda Zorita will undoubtedly call us back time and time again.

Let me start by saying this is the most unwelcome hotel I have ever stayed in. Tripadvisor and *********** both clearly state the Spa was open on Sunday which was a major attraction after a long day’s driving as was the highly recommended restaurant. We were informed a few days prior to arriving that the Spa was now closed and 2 days before arriving that Restaurant and Bar were also closed. By that time we were already traveling and not able to change our journey to look for another hotel. Upon arriving the hotel was shrouded in darkness, we had to offload our overnight belongings in the dark garage, we felt we were the only ones staying there, which we later found was not the case. Naturally we were quite dismayed at the prospect of no food or drink. The receptionist was extremely rude and argumentative and accused us of having a bad attitude! He recommended the golfclub café up the road, which had just some deep fried tapas on offer, which were not bad incidentally but not what we came for. We were surprised to find our room was pretty much the furthest away you could possibly get from entrance given the hotel was mostly empty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, rock hard basically, no airconditioning and no wi-fi. After an abominable night sleep the breakfast was not filling us with joy either. All the hot food, fried/scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage at the buffet was already stone cold at 8.30! This hotel should be stripped of it’s 4 stars as I would not even give it a 1 star status. If you cannot offer the 4 star facilities and service you should not charge the prices. False pretences springs to mind. I’m sure the rude receptionist will come up with a counter argument such as “the Spa is always closed on a Sunday and is not included in the price anyway” or something along those lines but this is not what’s advertised and what the guests expect when they reserve a room at the given prices! Avoid at all cost if you are looking for a pleasant hotel experience!

If you like the historical aspect, this is an old monastery or convent that has been repurposed as a hotel in the university city of Salamanca. It has a huge courtyard on a steep, but walkable, hill and is attached to other historical buildings. The room itself is large and comfortable with excellent beds and pillows. We had a French balcony that overlooked the cathedral and has a fridge and safe. The bathroom is very modern, and we loved the plush bath sheets. Though we didn't go down to it, the hotel is very near the river, also within walking distance to the Plaza Major that has lots of cafes but less retail. The whole area is filled with 15th century buildings that are cathedrals, universities or used for student housing. It is a maze of narrow streets and alleys - so besides our guided tour, we did not venture very far from the hotel during our one night stay, though we understand it to be very safe. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, as you willl note from the pictures. The hotel has a large reception and lobby area that swings around to the breakfast room. The hallways are rather dark, and it is a bit of a maze to find your room. perfect for one night, amid centuries of history.

Parcheggio interno a pagamento, disponibile qualcosa anche fuori, nelle vicinanze Non tutti gli Ibis sono così, anzi. Alle volte trovo delle differenze non da poco... per esempio quello che abbiamo fatto l'altro ieri a Oviedo era di gran lunga inferiore a questo. Stanza e bagni puliti. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Per la prima volta ci siamo sentiti chiedere se era tutto a posto al momento del check out. Più che consigliato.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel but was disappointed thoroughly. It started with the bed... we had selected a king-size bed while booking and what we got was a double bed. Not really the best choice when you are traveling with your husband. On top of that there was another single bed in the room. So, we got a room with 3, yes THREE, beds !!! There was even a small bench inside the room. The property is old and the rooms are also very old. No bath robes our slippers were provided. The bathroom had a bathtub and a bidet. The room service menu had very limited options. The room had a nice view of the aqueduct and that was the best part about it. The location was great with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful.

We only stayed in the convento one night but absolutely loved it. We found the location perfect for exploring Segovia. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and patient as we tried our best to communicate in Spanish. The breakfast, with made to order eggs, was exceptional. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and history of the building. There was a slight mustiness to the room (likely typical in a building that age) but we resolved it by opening the windows.

Abbiamo intenzione di guidare a Madrid, ma non siamo sicuri se possiamo a causa della nostra auto affittato non avremmo applicato il permesso di ingresso. Ha avuto un grande aiuto, cercando il sito n trovato dove v può parcheggiare la nostra auto fuori Madrid n prendere un treno per andare. Insegnamento chiaro. Vero utile! Size della camera è grande n pulito. Grande vista n v aveva cena nel ristorante.

The location is great for seeing the town. You are on the doorstep of all of it and we had a good view from our room of the viaduct. It is near the bustops but this is not a problem and the triple glazing meant no noise in the room at night. There are a wealth of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk (also a Burger King and McDonalds should you want). Parking - is very close. I did send an email to the hotel to enquire how it works but got no reply. You park in the public car park right outside the hotel and then the hotel give you a discount card, one for each night you stay. Take the card you got when you enter, present it at the payment station, then present your discount card. Then you will be allowed out. Welcome was efficient and friendly. The room is VERY tired. Our room faced the main road so we had a good view of Segovia. Bed, we asked for twin but got a double, too tired to bother changing rooms. The bed was firm, which we like but pillows were bolster style, which is not good for sharing. Luckily there was a spare in the cupboard so we could have one each. Fridge in the room which was useful. The decoration in the bedroom is dated and shabby but it is the bathroom which is from about 1950s and really needs to be updated. Shower over bath not very good and took a while for the water to come through but it functioned. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING through the wall (not a place for a honeymoon I would suggest). There is no rooftop bar which was one of the attractions but there was plenty to do elsewhere. There is no safe in the room and the air conditioning is so loud you can't really have it on and try to sleep. Overall if you want just a stop on travels this is OK but for no more than one night.

Prima di tutto la posizione; si trova di fronte alla stazione dei pullman, all’altro lato della strada a soli a 5 minuti a piedi dal acquedotto romano e perciò lo considero un ottimo punto di partenza per qualsiasi giro della città. Nella via che conduce all’acquedotto,ci sono tantissimi bar ove si può fare colazione, bere e perche`no mangiare uno spuntino anche se devo ammettere che si può anche mangiare niente male in albergo (senza spendere un patrimonio) Le camere sono accoglienti, il personale molto gentile, ed assolutamente niente de recriminare circa la pulizia. Insomma una scelta sicuaramente consigliata, ove torneremo quando dovessimo tornare a Segovia.

Once a family home, Casa is a modern, charming, renovated hotel. It’s located a 3-min. walk to the Plaza Mayor, where you’ll find several bars and restaurants. It’s a longer walk to Plz. Azoguejo, the site of the aqueduct and the tourist office. My room spacious, modern, and well designed for the traveler. However, the one had to be thin and agile to get into the bathtub/ shower bec. the sink was set so close to it. Outstanding personnel, including Vanessa, researched the train schedule for me and guided me through the tricky train website so that I could reserve a seat. Tips: A varied and ample buffet breakfast is available for 10 Euros.

Hotel ”histórico” situado en el extrarradio de Segovia, a dos kilómetros del acueducto. No está lejos y aunque es La Lastrilla, el límite municipal está allí mismo, pero aún así necesitas transporte para moverte. Eso sí, teniendo en cuenta los precios del resto de hoteles y si lo quieres usar simplemente para dormir, te puede valer, pero sabiendo que está muy ”dejado” en ciertos aspectos. Visto desde fuera parece un buen sitio, siendo un complejo grande con hotel, restaurante que tiene su público e incluso estaba señalada una ”escuela de cocina”. Sin embargo, cuando entras te encuentras con la realidad. Es un hotel que ya tiene sus años. Nosotros fuimos tres personas a una habitación doble con cama supletoria. Pasamos algunos desconchones en paredes, alicatados, agujeros en puerta del baño... Son detalles menores para ir a dormir. La primera sorpresa fue ver que la cama supletoria estaba pegada a la pared de la tele y que ésta no funcionaba. Cuando fuimos a ver lo que sucedía, movimos la cama y vimos que la tele estaba desenchufada y con la toma del cable de antena colgando. Dejamos la cama separada y sólo tuvimos conectada la tele cuando estábamos en la habitación, ya que nos parecía hasta peligroso ver tomas y enchufes sueltos. Capítulo aparte era la comodidad del sueño, ya que las almohadas son extremadamente finas. Y por último, el baño, muy antiguo y que ya es lo que más pide una reforma a gritos. Eso sí, resulta gracioso encontrarte en la habitación un cartel donde te explica la historia del hotel y donde se pide que informemos de cualquier desperfecto que viésemos... Insisto en que si sólo vas a dormir el sitio para mí vale perfectamente y al final todos estos detalles son secundarios, pero sin duda dan muy mala imagen al que sea un poco exigente. No quiero dejar pasar lo del ascensor y los ”latigazos” que metía, así como que las paredes son muy finas y si te toca al lado a alguien un poco escandaloso te puede dar la noche. Lo mejor, la amabilidad del personal. Como dicen en comentarios anteriores, tiene un aparcamiento enorme, pero es que el ”complejo” aparte de hotel es un restaurante con bastante clientela y un lugar habitual de bodas, con lo que los sábados suele estar concurrido. Por último, alrededor no hay nada de ocio ni que visitar aparte de algún bar a unos 200-300 metros, por lo que la opción es irte a Segovia. El lugar está en la salida de la ciudad hacia Soria y es cierto que hay hasta tres supermercados pegando, pero poco más aparte de una zona residencial y alguna nave
