L'installazione della piscina fatale: erba sveglia, gru rotte, soffitti rotti e scaricati, le docce non funzionavano né la gonna delle 4:00, non ci hanno consegnato la stanza fino alle 18:30 perché era in preparazione. 30 minuti in attesa che ci sarebbero così le porte del parcheggio per la notte perché la ricevitore doveva fare più funzioni. Ottima posizione. La pulizia bene. Cucina bene. Attenzione del personale molto buono. Camera bene. L'aria condizionata era a ratti. Una differenza considerevole dall'anno scorso a questo. Come è ora, lui sovrappone stelle. Ha mancanza di personale.

Un lugar muy acogedor en plena ciudad. El hotel de arquitectura tradicional leonesa ofrece un servicio impecable al visitante. Con la famosa catedral y el barrio húmedo muy cerca, está en pleno corazón de Leon. La ubicación es inmejorable para conocer todos sus rincones.

Зато кондиционер топил хорошо.
Отель отлично расположен между парковкой и собором, также есть спа если хотите. Хорошее место для авто путешествий.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Una volta uscito, la città antica di Salamanca.Vivo nella stanza 204, la finestra della stanza è sul tetto della chiesa principale di Salamanca.Molto bella, la serata è bella.Le strutture nella stanza sono buone; il parcheggio deve trovare la linea blu per fermarsi da solo sulla strada; L'unica difetto dell'hotel è che non c'è un pannolino, è un cappello, e il cappello nel cappello è anche coperto insieme. Potrebbe non aprire il condizionamento, sentirà un po'freddo e buone condizioni di igiene.

Camere ampie con letti estremi e comodi e puliti .
Il Wifi con segnale debole funzionava bene sul telefono ma si tagliava continuamente nell'ipad. Asseo pulito ma manca la possibilità di intensificare la luce .

It's super big room though this is 12 occupants but still very huge room, I stayed at room 19 , old yet clean and big kitchen and big common area. I love the high chair and best of the best the coffee even without breakfast they provide free coffee with milk,tea clean dishes and utensils. So close to all landmarks and attractions. I love also the staffs they are helpful and very accommodating. There's a storage room as well for your staffs. Highly recommended this hostel and value of money. Higher my expectations. Thank you so much till I will visit Leon.

E'difficile prenotare l'hotel Gustave. L'esperienza di trovare un modo di uscire nel corridoio labirinto dell'hotel è interessante. Ci sono segni lasciati da anni ovunque. Abbiamo raggiunto la prima stazione in Spagna molto soddisfatto.
Il cameriere ha pulito la porta prima che la stanza non dovesse essere chiusa, e ha spinto la porta direttamente dentro.

UUtente ospiteFirstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head.
The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.

UUtente ospiteComecei com uma experiência terrível pois no check in foi-me dito que havia um problema com a minha reserva e que teria de ir para outro hotel na mesma zona e com a mesma qualidade. Mas entretanto estavam a enviar-me para um hostel de 2 estrelas. Retomamos novamente ao hotel e prontamente resolveram a situação e disponibilizaram um quarto como tínhamos reservado. O rececionista do hotel foi extremamente simpático e fez tudo para nos deixar satisfeitos. O hotel está muito bem situado tem um ótimo pequeno-almoço. Recomendo 😊

UUtente ospiteLe camere, così come la colazione, sono più da 5 stelle che da 4 stelle. Si prega di notare che il ristorante dell'hotel (che è eccellente) è chiuso la domenica. Un consiglio: a 100 metri a ovest dell'hotel c'è un parcheggio pubblico più economico e più spazioso di quello dell'hotel.

UUtente ospiteIdealmente situato quando viaggia da Bilbao a Portogallo. Molto pulito, grande camera con letti confortevoli. Il personale era efficiente al desk front. Non ha usato il ristorante. Invece, è andato lungo la strada a Meson del Douro per cena. Il servizio era veloce. Se non si parla menù di traduzione spagnolo online, allora si sa cosa ordinare.

UUtente ospiteLocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines.
Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.

La stanza stessa era pulita e tesa, anche se il bagno era quasi incredibilmente grande, non si è sicuri se questo è un pro o con. L'edificio stesso è eccezionalmente bello, e il personale si è accolto incredibilmente bene.
