The owner was very kind and helpful. I arrived early, and he immediately arranged an early check-in without extra fees. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. He also gave us a free ride up to the southern entrance of Pamukkale and the Hierapolis. I would definitely recommend solo travellers to come here.

We had a fantastic stay at Venus Suite Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the location was perfect — quiet but close to the main attractions in Pamukkale. Highly recommended!

A decent enough place to stay, but it could well do with some renovation and care. The room seemed fine at first, but then you notice the smears and smudges on the surfaces, the chips and cracks elsewhere. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We only went on the first day of three. Internet was awful - three available connections, all very unstable in the evenings. The staff member who checked us in was great, very friendly, but following that the staff seemed most interested in their phones. Luckily the same enthusiastic fellow checked us out.

Devo dire che il personale è super disponibile e gentile. L'hotel è un'ottima posizione per il travertino di Pamukkale. La stanza è molto pulita e confortevole. C'è un grande balcone in camera e una bella piscina accanto al ristorante. La tariffa della camera era inclusa una ricca colazione in stile turco ogni mattina.

La città è molto piccola, quindi la posizione non è importante a tutti tutto è vicino. Il territorio ha un numero sufficiente di parcheggi. L'hotel stesso è a tre piani, c'è un ascensore. La stanza è abbastanza grande, i letti sono comodi. C'è una piscina sul sito, intera e pulita. I colazione sono mediocre: la selezione è piccola e i piatti non sembrano freschi. Tra i problemi: ci sono pochi uscite e sono molto inconvenienti, il condizionatore d'aria funziona bene, ma sempre a piena capacità, c'è un strano odore sgradevole nella vasca. Uno dei vantaggi: buon Wi-Fi.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.

New and very clean. Good location for Pamukkale sightseeing and spa experience. If breakfast is better, i will rate Perfect.

The staff is very helpful. They have accommodated some requests which made our day.

We booked a small room in Laodikya Hotel but it was clean and bright. The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus terminal as well as near the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus. The 2 front desk staff, Ones, and his colleague were very helpful in providing information on where we wanted to go. On our last day, while we were waiting in the lobby until our airport bus transfer, the staff offered to serve us tea while we waited. Also, when I had a sneezing bout, he quickly got me some tissue paper - very attentive service. Will certainly stay in this hotel again if we go to Denizli again.
