Gli hotel al Cairo sono sempre stati relativamente costosi e lo Sheraton è in una posizione privilegiata sul fiume Nilo, quindi il prezzo non è particolarmente alto. Nonostante sia stato ristrutturato in precedenza, la manutenzione è abbastanza buona. Nel complesso, altamente raccomandato.

Wonderful view from the hotel room and all of staffs are kind and friendly. They prepared a cake for us, since it was our honeymoon trip🥰
If you book a room with breakfast, you can see pyramids at the restaurant. There are many varieties of food and spent unforgettable moments there.

Se avete il privilegio di rimanere nelle quattro stagioni, fatelo! Non ho fatto check-in perche' ero in lusso tutto il giorno e li ho mandato via la loro app per vedere se il servizio in camera ci fosse prima di entrare. Mi hanno già consegnato il pasto, come ho detto, non c'è problema sapere che il tempo è giusto per essere in ritardo e suppongo che il servizio finisca in un certo punto della serata. Ho solo pranzo oggi, non sono stato a letto negli ultimi 48 ore, hanno messo in camera nuova e hanno consegnato il mio cibo con me per entrare! Sono sorprendenti che abbiano messo anche il mio tempo di spa per domani sera. Sono anche in grado di offrire massaggi nella tua stanza, i loro servizi agli ospiti sono di prima qualità. È prezioso, ma si prendono cura di te! Sono stato anche a Maui, assolutamente non deluso!

Замечательный отель среди каменных джунглей Каира, просто райский уголок! Честно говоря я не ожидала многого за эти деньги но результат превзошёл все мои ожидания! С порога попадаешь в сад возле бассейна, есть бар с вкусным кофе и очень приятными ребятами барменами. Удобное расположение, через дорогу идёт прямой автобус прямо на Тахрир в Downtown, в 15мин на такси Пирамиды, также не далеко Mall of Egypt. Рядом находиться заправка Chill Out, с огромным количеством кафе и ресторанчиков где можно вкусно покушать. Мы отдыхали в двухкомнатном номере, огромный чистый, красивый, с большой верандой и шикарным столом в прихожей. Очень рекомендую, и обязательно вернусь!

Nella hall c'è una bambina che parla molto bene il cinese, quindi la comunicazione è senza barriere.
L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto pulito, l'acqua calda è buona e la posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte al Mina Palace. È possibile vedere le piramidi aprendo la finestra. Dieci minuti a piedi per raggiungere il punto panoramico!

JJelena SWe spent wonderful time at Hayat Hotel and Giza. All stuff of the hotel are so amazing and friendly, especially Mohamed, Semir and Ahmed on reception who were exceptional. They were really putting so much effort in taking care of us and making sure we have everything we needed in the hotel and our tour trips around the Giza and Cairo. Muhamed gave as a warm and friendly welcome, surving us fresh friut juices that were a real refreshment and we really needed it after we got scammed on the airport. We fell in love with the view from the roof top of the hotel, which has the best possition and the best view you can get in Giza, with all the Pyramids and Sphinx like on the palm of your hand. As we seen this view and friendly stuff of the hotel we decided to stay longer in Hayat Hotel. So Mohamed extended our stay in the hotel for 3 more days with the same amount we payed over tour operator and got us better room with a view. He also gave us new Egyptian sim card with mobile data. Hotel offered us great tours around Cairo and Alexandria, and we had excellent time seeing all the beautiful ancient places and learned a lot new things about this marvelous and mysterious place of Egyptian culture. With our tour guides, Hala and Ibrahim, and driver Atif, who are all wonderful people and were doing their best to make our stay in Egypt unforgetable, we spent 4 days in sightseeing. The food in hotel is great, very tasty, for a free breakfast you'll get many choices of traditional Egyptian, Mediteranian, continental and vegetarian kitchen, with coffee and tea, and fresh served fruits. It is a real life-time experince to eat your morning breakfast and drink your coffee at the footstep of the Sphinx and pyramids which energy is felt strongly. Sabir and all waiters and weitresses were nice and helpful in their service. We got lunch or dinner for free everyday, since it's in the tour package when you book the trip tour with the hotel. It was a great and lovely expeirence, we enjoyed a lot in Hayat hotel and if we plan trip to Cairo again we would for sure come here again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

SShaunoghHotel is new and looks great. It’s out of the way from downtown which makes it more peaceful. We stayed a few nights, breakfast and the pool amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. However a few things to point out that I was going to but needs to be said. No privacy as workers working most of day outside of room so the window and curtains had to be closed or creepy men looking at you. Door connected to another room and not good sound proofing or insulation, can here everything other people are doing. Bed sheets had some blue dye stains on them the first night which was unwelcoming. Lastly, we decided to check out one night before, going to pay for mini bar things. The menu is priced in local money and not in dollars and doesn’t have VAT included, also a mini bar service charge is charged for the house keeper to refill which is hilarious at best as you pay for the room. That should include her to top up the fridge just as she would top up towels. Water isn’t free only a big bottle and not the small bottles so be careful. They don’t explain that clearly. So, once I saw my bill I tried to talk with front of house about it. He treated me like and ***** and said I need to pay in USA dollar and I said then why have a menu in your local currency. He couldn’t give me a good answer and just said all hotels do it. Then he started to laugh and tell me this is little USA money and so on and laugh again. I ended up paying my bill just to get out of the hotel as his attitude was poor and almost sarcastic. I paid then he said I’m welcome back be he will give compensation. I said well you wouldn’t help me swap a day to later in the week to return as early check out before so am good. Overall, we left the hotel in a poor mood and not acceptable. I’ve worked and work for these hotels and that is just poor. That was the biggest let down unfortunately.

ZZia SThis was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful.
The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room)
The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too.
The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness.
I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people.
The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask.
The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather.
Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new.
Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all.
The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova in un vicolo e la reception si trova all'11° piano (non ricordo quale) dell'edificio. L'ascensore è molto piccolo e bisogna chiudere la porta da soli. L'esterno dell'edificio, la hall del primo piano e l'ascensore sono tutti molto mediocri, del tipo che facilmente delude la gente. Tuttavia, una volta arrivati alla reception, l'impressione comincia a cambiare in meglio. La zona della reception era pulita e l'atmosfera era piacevole, il ragazzo alla reception era molto energico e cordiale. La camera è spaziosa, il letto è comodo, il bagno non è molto grande, ma è abbastanza pulito e l'attrezzatura è generalmente nuova. Ci sono due camere con vista sulla piramide. Dal ristorante è possibile ammirare le piramidi e all'esterno c'è anche un'ampia terrazza dove è possibile cenare ammirando la vista sulle piramidi. Il servizio nel complesso è stato buono, ma ad essere onesti il cibo qui è piuttosto costoso, principalmente cibo occidentale. Abbiamo pranzato sulla terrazza e il cibo è arrivato molto lentamente. L'hotel dispone di un piccolo parcheggio sotterraneo per le auto. In generale, le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente nuove e il personale ha un ottimo atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio. La mattina dopo siamo partiti presto e abbiamo saltato la colazione. Senza avvisarci in anticipo, l'hotel ha comunque fatto del suo meglio per fornirci una colazione al sacco. Anche se ci hanno detto che si trattava di una colazione semplice, l'abbiamo trovata ricca e deliziosa e ne siamo rimasti molto colpiti. I facchini e il personale del parcheggio sotterraneo erano molto cordiali e con i piedi per terra. Ci vogliono circa 10 minuti di auto dall'hotel alla Porta Nord della Piramide. Sebbene i dintorni dell'hotel siano nella media, non ci è dispiaciuto andarci in auto. In breve, nonostante alcuni aspetti dell'hotel necessitino di miglioramenti (ad esempio, una stanza era senza acqua calda a causa di un guasto alle apparecchiature), è conveniente, offre un buon servizio, strutture e attrezzature nuove e offre una vista sulle piramidi. Consigliato per soggiornare.

AAkkarpanLocation, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either.  From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure.

RRolandUn hotel pulito in buona posizione verso le piramidi e il Grand Egyptian Musem. Il buffet di colazione è stato sorprendentemente vario. Purtroppo, tutti i pasti caldi sono già freddi al mattino alle 7:00 - danno. Eravamo lì alla fine dell'anno e era freddo come previsto per la notte/notte. Manco più grande: Non c'è riscaldamento nelle camere. La prima notte abbiamo effettivamente congelato. Un aereo di riscaldamento mobile non era disponibile. Il ristorante è assolutamente ok e anche l'unica possibilità in loco. L'ambiente diretto dell'hotel è ”difficile”. Il personale di servizio è molto precoce e in realtà si guarda dalle piramidi dal tetto!

Ssakib binhasanThe hotel is one of the oldest hotels nearest to the pyramids. It's one minute walking distance to pyramids main entry. As an old infrastructure they tried to renovate at their best but however there may have lacking ie. Lights functioning, lock system etc. But I recommend all for their wholehearted support and generosity towards their guests. They are all the way helpful. You can also book transportation from them, I believe that will reduce your troubles outside with taxi negotiations.
