L'hotel è molto buono, tutto è pulito, pulito ogni giorno. È solo un bel colazione, c'è tutto per tutti. L'unica cosa che devi essere più gentile con il personale sul reception) e così in generale è solo meraviglioso, le camere sono chic, il letto è bianco, lo stile dell'hotel è tema di mare.

The hotel is done up to a nice standard. The reception, hallways and pool are lovely. The room was also a nice.
We had a few issues with the room itself, the WiFi and the gym.
The room had a damp feel to it and some of our things and the bed sheets felt wet a lot of the time.
The gym was not up to date and not in use. We couldn’t even use some of the equipment.
The WiFi did not work. We could not connect and when we did, it was slower than slow.
The service was really nice and the staff were very friendly.

A perfect place to spend quality time with family for a while week. There were activities for kids on each day of the week.
Pool was clean with good activities.
Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful in getting all the things we needed. They made extra efforts to cater to our food requirements for our kid.
Rooms were neat and clean, had all the amenities.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti e l'ubicazione non poteva ottenere nulla di meglio. Nella porta alla spiaggia di Mandrem, che è anche molto più tranquilla delle altre spiagge. Il cibo non era grande e troppo prezioso cibo/bevande in generale (specialmente alcol). Abbiamo passato i nostri giorni sulla spiaggia di mandrem e abbiamo ordinato da un posto chiamato ”shack della spiaggia di mandrem”, che era molto ragionevolmente prezzito per cibo e alcol economico. Mi consiglierei di usare quel ristorante per bevande e cibo se non andate a metà tavolo/ tavolo completo. L'abbiamo trovato piuttosto poco professionale, perché siamo stati poco cambiati ogni volta e hanno tenuto l'altri suggerimenti come non potevano fare alcun cambiamento. In generale, grande posizione e perfetto per la spiaggia.

Fantastic location and ambience. Food was good. The real stand out is the location which is next to the beach and the Bogmollo beach is clean and secluded(weekends may get a little crowded), if you are looking for calm, peaceful time not much worry about events and parties this is the best stay overall. Money saver if you choose MMT Super package (Breakfast+ Lunch/Dinner Buffet). There are few places where it could've been better like a cleaner pool, a couple more restaurants etc.. But overall it's a very good resort to have a very peaceful experience.

1. I booked hotel with citi view but balcony was provided on back side and that was not giving view of swimming pool also. There was no room in hotel with citi view balcony. 2. Room cleaning was week compared to other hotels of same standard. 3. As i have to go early for dudhsagar fall, they arranged snacks early in the morning on my request. But they charged for coffee ordered in room. As i told them that it should be covered under my breakfast, it should not be charged. But they informed that as yhey have generated bill, they cannot reverse. But gave 20% discount. This bill can be fully waived. Hotel is not up to the standard of money spent.

1. **Exceptional Staff**: The staff at Courtyard by Marriott truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
2. **Excellent Cleanliness**: The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. My room was spotless, and the common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and pool, were immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for guests.
3. **Proximity to the Beach**: One of the best features of this hotel is its closeness to Colva Beach. Just a short walk away, the beach is easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset view. The convenience of being so close to the beach added a special touch to my stay.

Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.

La camera che mi era stata assegnata non solo era comoda, ma anche con un bagno molto spazioso, migliorando il comfort e il lusso complessivo del mio soggiorno. Le strutture dell'hotel sono state di prima qualità, con la piscina particolarmente accentuata, a causa dell'atmosfera invitante e della sua condizione di prigione.
La cucina del Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon è stata anche impressionante. L'ampia gamma di opzioni di colazione disponibili ogni mattina è stato un piacevole modo di iniziare il giorno, cucinando con una varietà di gusti e preferenze. Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here.
Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help.
Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes.
The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good!
The pool was very quite, but suited us.
April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible.
We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

PPrateek DahiyaRecently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice.
However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well!
The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment.
Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the ***agement and team of Doubletree Goa!
