Colombia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Bogotá

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto e proprio di fronte a una stazione di polizia. La zona circostante sembra essere un quartiere piuttosto esclusivo e sicuro, con un grande centro commerciale raggiungibile in poco più di 10 minuti a piedi. Anche la colazione è buona e si adatta bene ai gusti orientali, inoltre le porzioni dei pasti ordinati al ristorante sono molto abbondanti. L'unica pecca è che la pulizia potrebbe essere leggermente migliorabile: durante le notti del mio soggiorno, in due occasioni mi sono alzato a mezzanotte per andare in bagno e ho notato la presenza di scarafaggi.

La nostra esperienza è stata davvero deludente, ho pagato in questa piattaforma il prezzo pieno compreso le imposte e il destinatario ha riscosso una doppia tassa dicendo non era oee Douro e hotel’s colpa giusta legge, Qui sto aggiungendo la cattura che ho preso quando ho comprato il mio servizio qui e diceva anche le tasse, lei era così brutta e mi accusava anche di non “comprendere”, leggere bene, non capire che dovevo sapere che lo faranno, così poco professionale e grosso con un cliente, Sono viaggiato da più di 10 anni, quindi prova questa piattaforma e non ho mai avuto una cattiva esperienza fino ad ora, consiglio l'hotel cambiare il loro personale amministrativo che non sono le persone a trattare con altre persone. Ma devo dire che il personale di servizio, che intendo le ragazze e le persone che si occupano del colazione, erano fantastiche, si riparavano meglio nella ricetta, sono così gentili e puliti, e si fa il rispetto per gli altri. La palestra è così basilare, ma utile, il colazione così deliziosa, la cortina nella stanza è stata rotta e nessuno ha fatto niente... l'ultima cosa che hanno fatto menzionare le mie sorelle, hanno promesso di consegnare nella stanza e non l'ha mai fatto, quindi dovremmo andare a rivendicare, Questo dettaglio del ricevitore, quella donna brutta e anche il manager inutile che ha detto che avrebbe esaminato la prenotazione e che ha anche detto che dobbiamo reclamare il viaggio sul sito web perché è stato un errore di viaggio

The location in Candelaria district is perfect, they provide a relatively good breakfast and have a daily room service. That’s all on the good side. There is a lot on the bad side. My room was on the first floor (meaning the second after “planta baja”, so both windows look at atrium where the hotel cafe is, so you hear whatever is happening in the cafe and reception all the time 24/7 and that means talks, piano, calls…there is no sound proofing at all. That’s not all, you also smell whatever they cook in the kitchen and I guess they are not enforcing because in my bathroom I kept smelling tabaco smoke as if I am in packed smoking room in the airport. Also the room probably was nicely furnished 20 years ago but it is all worn out completely, things are virtually falling apart. Seriously..I had plank if the vanity falling when tried to place towel on the hanger and if you seat in the armchair you just sink into it so old and worn out it is. Because of the position of the bed, the cabinet door cannot be opened. There is no kettle, iron, or ironing board in the room. To sum up, the hotel might be an option if you are here for a short stay and it is offered cheap (as it was in my case) but I strongly recommend against staying there longer.

Si trova nella zona ricco, nel palazzo di scrivania, e entra in alta sicurezza e igiene.Ci sono piatti giapponesi, ci sono piatti messicani, ci sono piatti locali sudamericani, molto conveniente, servizio educato e attento.Raccomandazione.

La posizione è eccellente, vicino alla maggior parte dei luoghi chiave della città, rendendo molto conveniente per un soggiorno a Bogota. Il personale della reception è amichevole, la camera è confortevole e spaziosa, e il design è molto piacevole e invitante. Grazie, vediamoci di nuovo la prossima volta.

Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

Mi sono sempre sentito molto bene in questo hotel, tutti erano così gentile e rispettoso fino ad oggi 3 dicembre 2023 alla partenza, quando la vulgare e disgustosa ricettore di un errore che non abbiamo commesso, Poiché secondo lei il pagamento non era stato effettuato prima del check in avrebbe chiamato la polizia, il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, ci chiedevamo se il pagamento era stato effettuato e ci hanno detto di sì. Allora abbiamo proposto di mandarci un link per pagare, ma non l'hanno fatto per farlo e non l'hanno fatto, ma questa ragazza si è comportata come una verdure, gridando e ammettendoci davanti agli altri ospiti che hanno fatto il check-out, Non è certamente una persona adatto a trattare con gli esseri umani, non conosce meno decenza di attenzione al cliente. Si suppone che in una reception deve essere una persona efficiente e rispettosa, ma questa signora non ha un picco di decenza o di istruzione. Beh, d'altra parte, voglio fare un'osservazione speciale alla ragazza che ha il comando del ristorante Dyana, che se dovesse essere in un posto come reception, perché è la persona più decente e gentile, per tutto e con tutto il suo carisma si porta il mio 10/10, questo se è personale di qualità, uguale per Carlos lui pulsanti che è pieno di gentilezza e efficienza. Vi consiglio di essere più efficienti in fornire. AI suoi clienti diverse alternative di pagamento, un domenica non c'era nessuno che potesse abilitare un link di pagamento o che controlla la sicurezza dell'hotel
