The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

Got the best stay so far! The unit's very new and very clean. The owners always stay online to answer questions by me, especially about netflix's several updates during our stay. The unit has everything you need for convenience; utensils, slippers, towels, ref, heater, rice cooker, netflix (as mentioned), Alfa mart (just across the bldg.), there's also pools available for 150pesos I think, near MOA (there were trikes near if you don't want to walk from the condo to MOA) Great for unwinding couples. Just remember to be responsible while staying to keep the facility great and beautiful🙏 Kudos to the owners, keep it up!💯

Oh, la lavatrice è stata utile, come ci siamo rimasti per qualche giorno di lusso. We had a wonderful experienced in this unit. A posh place to stay with family. Everything is provided like a hotel. Clean and nice city view unit. Location is accessible to shops and restaurants.Host is very responsive and nice. I would definitely recommend it and will book again in the future.

Our flight was cancelled, but luckily, we found this place to stay at until our next rebooked flight. The check-in time supposedly was 2:00 pm, but the owner allowed us to check-in as early as 9:00 am. She's very helpful and polite. Thank you for accommodating us with such a great place at New Port. Incredible exceptional clean hotel! Friendly staff, full size brand new gym and nice swimming pool. We were looking for something walking distance to MOA but turns out it takes about 20-25mins even being so close by. I still would highly recommended this hotel especially for the price. Breakfast buffet was fabulous!

The service left much to be desired, particularly regarding communication. It was challenging to reach them using the provided contact number. However, the view from the balcony was fantastic, offering a perfect sight of the swimming pool below. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the studio was disappointing, it clearly needed a thorough cleaning. On a positive note, the villas are conveniently located within walking distance of airport terminal 3. To enhance the guest experience, it’s essential that they prioritize deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I loke the loacation. Short Walking distance to malls and greenbelt park. Saves me for cab fees. They have hitwater , bigger fridge and bigger soace for the prize. Old blgd, pld bed sheets but still fine for thwir srice. Slow elevator and only one is working during my visitz

Hotel service is good, front desk staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was good and lots of choices.

Only an overnight stay for work - comfortable room and good service overall. Unfortunately wasnt able to give me a room when I arrived early - so had to freshen up in public toilet at lobby - be great if there is a business lounge for business travellers to do that.

Una delle evidenze della mia esperienza era la vista. La vista dalla mia stanza era assolutamente respirosa (e quella proveniva da qualcuno con acrofobia). Ridere da parte, era un contesto perfetto per un soggiorno rilassante. In generale, superava le mie aspettative. Se stai cercando un posto pulito, ben situato con vista incredibile e un'eccellente sicurezza, questo è sicuramente un posto da considerare. Lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visiti la zona.

Buona qualità per soldi. Bella squadra di personale sul terreno. Grande vista dal balcone. Bella piscina (necessita di pagamento 150 peso e prenotazione anticipata). Sarebbe utile se l'annuncio affermasse che questa è principalmente una residenza studentesca, e che queste camere sono vendute da un terzo, quindi ottenere le cose può richiedere tempo a volte (la costruzione di una reception non può aiutare con la maggior parte delle cose).

The room was wide enough for two person, it's also located at a nice place with a nice view. The only thing is that they don't have tissues for their CR. Hot water in the shower doesn't work and the room is not that clean when we arrived. But for the price per night it's a fair deal.

Worth it for its price but dont expect too much when it comes to their amenities. Their pool is kinda small but its better than none. Their breakfast selection, even they only have a few, all are delicious especially the tapa. Sadly, didnt get to try their daing na bangus. Their location is inside an alley, not along the main road. But its walking distance to Robinsons Place Manila. Might consider staying again especially their rooms are already fully equipped. You can even cook.

Anche se non si può negare che sia un po' datato, si tratta di un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, biancheria pulita e asciugamani in abbondanza. Mi interessava anche un hotel nello stesso edificio, ma la prossima volta ci proverò. A solo un passo da Robinson c'è Ermita, quindi fai attenzione quando cammini da solo. Questa è una zona dove ci sono molti ladri di biciclette.

The hotel is in a rough and dirty location although it is conveniently situated near Robinsons mall and McDonald's is close for those that like. We've stayed there a few times and although this didn't happen this time, 2 times prior we were told we broke things in the room that we didn't and lost part of our 2k deposit. I now always ask for the room to be checked whilst I'm present, this time I was told no, first you need to come down stairs to which I replied no, I'm staying here because I know the room is fine, that can be confirmed before we come downstairs. All in all its a nice hotel but staff could be better. We were also told to wait whilst getting our 2k deposit back, why? It's just redeemed once you give back your receipt.
