I had an amazing experience here. Upon arrival, I even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise. The hotel is brand new, and everything feels fresh and well maintained.
The owner is incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He’s always ready to answer questions or give advice.
He also runs his own travel agency, and through him, I visited Tashkurgan — definitely a trip worth taking and a highlight of my journey.
In short: an excellent stay with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Il B&B in cui abbiamo soggiornato era incredibilmente bello. Non solo l'ambiente era pulito e ordinato, ma era anche in una posizione comoda. Lo Xunjiang B&B si trova a 100 metri dalla porta ovest, nella parte occidentale della città antica. Alle sue spalle si trovano i famosi punti di check-in Rainbow Alley e Budai Alley, che lo rendono una delizia per gli spettatori notturni. My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel!
When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

龜茲別苑：一次意外中的意外驚喜
選擇龜茲別苑，對我來説，完全是計劃外的一次意外。而正因如此，這份驚喜才格外難忘。
最初是在攜程上刷到它的。説實話，當時翻着客人曬出的照片，我的第一反應是：有點土。不是那種精緻網紅店的土，而是帶着點鄉野氣息的不起眼。我本就是個對住宿環境挑剔的人，於是隨手劃了過去，繼續心安理得地住進了五星級酒店。
可緣分這東西，有時就藏在一次不經意的路過裏。
那天傍晚，我恰好從龜茲別苑門前經過，下意識瞥了一眼——咦？和照片上完全不一樣。院牆不高，卻透着一種古樸的親切，門廊下隱約可見綠植搖曳，空氣裏飄着某種安寧的氣息。我站在門口猶豫了不到三秒，當即做了一個有點“沖動”的決定：退掉當晚的五星級酒店，住進這家被我差點錯過的院子。
事實證明，這個沖動，是我整個旅途中最正確的決定之一。
入住的那一刻，驚喜就開始了。院子太有特色了——不是那種刻意做舊的設計，而是每一處角落都透着一股自然生長的味道。石子小路、木質迴廊、垂落的藤蔓，還有隨處擺放的老物件，讓人覺得時間在這裏慢了下來。走進房間，更是出乎意料：空間很大，佈置得很精緻，床品、衞浴、細節陳設，完全不輸五星級酒店。説實話，這種“外表低調、內裏有料”的反差感，比明晃晃的奢華更讓人心動。
更妙的是，這裏太適合拍照打卡了。隨便一個轉角、一面土牆、一個茶室都能拍出氛圍感十足的照片。到了晚上，酒店門口竟然還有現場表演，歌聲和樂聲在夜色裏飄得很遠。而院子裏面，專門設了一片露天區域，可以坐着喝東西、聊天。當氛圍燈一盞一盞亮起來，整個空間像是被温柔地鍍了一層金色，那種感覺，絕了。
我選了三樓的一個房間。門口擺着一張長椅，那便成了我此行最鍾愛的角落。夜裡，我就那麼懶懶地靠在長椅上，手裡捏着一瓶奶啤，望着遠處的天空發呆。那個方向，曾是鳩摩羅什的故鄉——一千六百多年前，那位偉大的譯經師從這裏走出。我喝一口奶啤，看一眼星空，腦海中什麼都可以想，什麼都可以不想，便覺得天地之間，衹剩下了愜意。
房間裏有空調，夜裡睡得踏實。早上酒店還提供早餐，算不上豐盛，但乾淨可口。
可真正讓我把這家店記在心底的，是這裏的人。
那天我在院子裏閑逛，碰見一位服務員小姐姐正站在廊下吃雪糕。我大概衹是下意識地多看了她一眼——絕對沒有別的意思，純粹就是覺得那根雪糕看着挺涼快。結果她大概注意到了我的目光，笑着問我：“你要嗎？我給你也買一根。”
我以為不過是人與人之間那種客套的寒暄，笑着擺了擺手。沒想到她真的轉身就去了小賣部，沒一會兒，一根冰涼的雪糕就塞到了我手裡。
説實話，一根雪糕不值什麼錢。但那種毫不設防、真心實意對人好的瞬間，讓我感動得不行。旅途中住過多少豪華酒店、享受過多少標準化服務，都比不上這樣一個小小的、帶着温度的善意。
所以你看，一個差點因為照片“土”就被我錯過的院子，最終卻成了這趟旅行最温暖的部分。龜茲別苑，不豪華，不高冷，但它有味道、有故事、有夜色裏的氛圍燈、有長椅上的奶啤和星空，還有一根讓人記很久的雪糕。
這意外中的驚喜，值了。

La posizione è eccellente, vicino alla ”Porta dell'Acqua”, ed è molto comoda per entrare e uscire dalla città antica. Dal balcone si può ammirare la Torre Kunlun, e la vista notturna è spettacolare. Di fronte si trova il centro per spettacoli ”Meet Kashgar”; accanto si trova il punto di check-in per le celebrità di Internet della Torre Kunlun.
Il proprietario è molto attento. In camera vengono preparati non solo bicchieri di plastica per il collutorio, ma anche bicchieri usa e getta. Poiché non ho prestato attenzione al momento della prenotazione, non sapevo che non ci fosse l'aria condizionata. Il proprietario è stato premuroso e ci ha offerto una camera di categoria superiore quando si è liberata.

L'edificio dell'hotel in sé è come un'attrazione turistica. Le camere sono quasi esattamente come nelle foto, con un arredamento semplice, elegante e pulito. Mi sono sentito molto a mio agio durante il mio soggiorno. Il servizio alla reception è stato eccellente e l'hotel ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che visiterò Turpan.

TTravis and ElishaWow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that.
She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met.
It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here.
Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed.
While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information.
The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate).
The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean.
Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever.

衞生：非常乾淨整潔
環境：如果運氣好、遇到晴朗的夜空的話，可以看星星！沒準流星和銀河都清晰可見。
服務：一級棒！所有員工都非常熱情
設施：有免費的射箭場和非常禮貌且耐心的小杜老師教射箭。還有馬場可以學習騎馬，而且教練非常負責，馬也很温順，不用擔心第一次騎馬摔傷。還有個營業到23點的餐廳提供餐飲（土豆燉牛肉很好吃）

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è buona. Puoi camminare per 200 metri da Ximen. È molto vicino a Nang del papà del nonno. La camera dell'hotel è abbastanza grande e all'esterno c'è una terrazza adatta per scattare foto e bere il tè. Anche le porte e le scale sono belle. Anche l'acqua calda è molto buona.
Ma bisogna fare attenzione quando si soggiorna nei B&B dell'antica città di Kashgar, perché sono case familiari private e sostanzialmente non hanno servizi. A volte la reception è occupata e bisogna aspettare un po'. Soprattutto nelle stanze al piano superiore, devi portare i bagagli su e giù da solo, e le scale non sono molto larghe, quindi le ragazze devono pesarle da sole. La sorella della reception era impegnata a portare i bagagli fino all'ultimo piano la notte in cui abbiamo fatto il check-in. Grazie mille!

LLonggongyuluIl tetto spiovente è davvero spettacolare e c'è una vasca da bagno rotonda al centro della stanza. Le montagne innevate si vedono in lontananza, dando una sensazione di pace e tranquillità.
La stanza era pulita e non ci sono stati problemi di igiene durante il check-in. L'unico problema era che non c'era un posto dove mettere asciugamani e vestiti in bagno, quindi dovevi uscire per prenderli dopo averli lavati, il che era un po' freddo.
In termini di servizio, la governante ha fornito un servizio molto buono. Siamo rimasti nel vecchio villaggio per i primi due giorni e la governante ha organizzato un'auto per venirci a prendere. Il personale ci ha anche aiutato a trasportare i bagagli. Quando abbiamo chiesto delle coperte extra di notte, due membri del personale ce le hanno portate nel freddo pungente. Hanno lavorato sodo!
Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, il ristorante è più all'interno del bancone del servizio. Ci sono molti piatti. Sebbene siano cucina dello Xinjiang, i sapori sono piuttosto fusion e altamente raccomandati.

UUtente anonimoE'stato incredibile, l'esperienza della cabina era davvero magica, con la sua vista a una finestra, che ha improvvisamente portato la bellezza delle aree esterne all'interno. Anche il bagno aveva una vista stupenda, rendendo ogni soffitto un ritiro indulgente. La cabina ha un asciugacapelli completo, un asciugacapelli Dyson, un riscaldamento a pavimento e un bagno auto, aggiungendo un strato di lusso che ci ha fatto sentire appassiti a ogni turno.
Il servizio ospite era semplicemente in paragone. Da quando siamo stati accolti all'ingresso dai cani amici residenti, ci sentiamo a casa. La bevanda e i snack, insieme a un bel tè pomeriggio, hanno messo il tono perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. Il servizio di svolta, completato con una deliziosa zuppa cinese come supporto in camera, è stato un attacco pensiero che ha sottolineato la loro attenzione ai dettagli.
Uno dei miei punti di vista personali era l'oratore di Marshall, che ci permetteva di riempire la cabina con la nostra musica preferita, creando un'atmosfera invitante che si sentiva come il nostro piccolo santuario. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un regalo speciale da Xinjiang al nostro viaggio, che è stata una bella sorpresa! nonostante la pioggia e il freddo che ci hanno salutati al nostro arrivo a Hemu, il nostro soggiorno a YiJing ha compensato più che il tempo disastroso. Ci piacevamo e amavamo ogni momento nella nostra bella cabina, facendo ricordi che durerebbero per tutta la vita.

Quel sentimento che mi hanno dato è che questa notte anche se non andiamo a Kannus, è abbastanza per vivere in questo hotel. Le attrezzature all'interno sono materiali reali, massaggi, tavoli di lama e biancheria sono molto buone, La sorella ha davvero costruito il popolo come sua casa. Inoltre, ha detto che i tovaglioli e le mutandine una volta sono molto apprezzabili. Spero che la sorella abbia un appuntamento più tardi, e spero che possiamo prenotare quando torneremo in autunno.

UUtente ospite這絕對是我這趟新疆之行最驚喜的住宿！頭一回住這種建在大草原上的太空艙營地，設施全是新的，收拾得那叫一個乾淨，一點衞生問題都不用擔心。
那270度的全景落地窗，再加上頭頂的觀星天窗，簡直絕了！往床上一躺，就能看見草原上牛羊慢悠悠地走，遠處還有白皚皚的雪山。凌晨的時候抬頭看天窗，滿天的星星亮得晃眼，那心情簡直美到沒邊兒！
全屋都是智能的，老方便了。獨立衞浴帶智能馬桶，還有地暖，草原晚上再冷也凍不着。管家服務老貼心了，主動幫着提行李，連拍照的好地方都給你找好了。
270度觀景餐廳的草原小火鍋賊好吃，涮着鮮羊肉看着夕陽，那氛圍感直接拉滿！晚上還有篝火晚會，大家夥兒圍着篝火又唱又跳，可熱鬧了！
位置也賊好，離那拉提景區入口開車不到10分鐘。真心推薦給來那拉提的朋友們，旺季可一定要提前訂房啊！

DDDMDOverall, quite a decent stay. You really can’t beat the location. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the main entrance to this side of old city. The balcony overlooks the main street and I loved sitting there and taking in the sounds and smells. The building itself is a bit older and it shows. The table in my room was a bit dirty and aged, and there was an ashtray which suggests smoking can be allowed in the room for prior guests, but thankfully there was no cigarette smell in my room. Unfortunately, there were a few setbacks. The bathroom shower did not drain well and after 5 minutes water would start flooding out of the shower room to the hallway. There are two washers in a lower room but they were both occupied with sheets that were just sitting there and had not been put through the wash cycle yet. It seemed like the hotel uses these as their main washer for their linens. When I was checking in, the front desk person seemed confused if I had a reservation but that’s about as much as I could figure out with the language barrier. My trip.com reservation said I have a late checkout of 4pm but they came to my room around 2:45pm and said I was supposed to check out at 2pm. Thankfully I had everything packed up and said I could leave at 3pm. No one came to my room to clean so my trashcan was full. You can hear everything on the street which wasn’t a big problem to me, sort of white noise drowned out by the second day. However, the second day there was a new group of tourists that arrived and spent a lot of time on the balcony (as they should) but their noise was very audible and quite annoying. You could also easily hear people going up and down the stairs and in adjacent rooms.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it.
Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station.
Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.
