I had an amazing experience here. Upon arrival, I even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise. The hotel is brand new, and everything feels fresh and well maintained. The owner is incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He’s always ready to answer questions or give advice. He also runs his own travel agency, and through him, I visited Tashkurgan — definitely a trip worth taking and a highlight of my journey. In short: an excellent stay with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟 It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep. The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.

Si trova in una via commerciale, comoda per raggiungere il Karez e il museo, e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti abbastanza convenienti. L'unico inconveniente è che l'insonorizzazione è pessima e il servizio non è all'altezza, basta fare il check-in e basta. La stanza è grande e vuota, con pochi servizi. Consiglio di sostituire il divano perché è troppo sporco e inadatto. L'hotel a quattro diamanti di Ctrip non ha nemmeno le pantofole monouso e anche i prodotti da toeletta sono di pessima qualità.

Consigliato da un amico, si è rivelato un'ottima scelta. È il luogo ideale per chi viaggia da solo, dove è facile trovare compagni di viaggio e tutti sono molto cordiali. La proprietaria è estremamente accogliente e disponibile; aggiungendoti su WeChat, ti fornirà tantissimi consigli utili per il viaggio e per il soggiorno. Ho passato due notti e la mia parte preferita è stata Wandou, un golden retriever adorabile che, appena ti vede, viene a darti il benvenuto 'stringendoti la zampa'. Un piccolo suggerimento: la porta del bagno nella camera 201 faceva sempre uno strano rumore quando si apriva o chiudeva, e di notte potrebbe disturbare chi riposa. Se dovessi tornare a Turfan, sceglierei di nuovo Dab senza esitazione.

La mia famiglia di 4 ha avuto il miglior soggiorno in questo hotel! Quando arrivammo, il personale si fermò vicino alla porta e ci salutava caldamente. Quando il tempo si è abbattuto in profondità durante il periodo in cui ci tenevamo, il riscaldatore non poteva mantenere le tende abbastanza calde.In quanto tale, il personale ci ha aggiornato graziosamente in una stanza familiare all’interno dell’edificio, e la vista era assolutamente stupenda dalla stanza. Quando il cielo è chiaro, si possono vedere le stelle dal tetto, la stanza stessa era molto pulita e temperata, mentre la bagno era ben attrezzata. I letti erano grandi e molto confortevoli, e c’era anche un umidificatore nella stanza che era perfetto per il tempo freddo e secco. Il servizio del personale era eccezionale: mio marito e mio figlio hanno avuto malattie di altezza quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, e hanno preso cura di loro estremamente bene, anche cucinandoli un pasto caldo. Ci hanno anche fornito dei snack prima di partire per il nostro viaggio di giorno, e l'altra sera ci hanno invitati a cena insieme, e il personale ha preparato un pasto cucinato a casa, che era molto delizioso. Durante il nostro soggiorno, il personale ci ha preso cura eccezionale e ci ha fatto sentire a casa, e anche quando abbiamo controllato, ci hanno dato un regalo di addio come segno di apprezzamento. Il personale che si è impegnato a garantire che la mia famiglia si trovasse in questo posto è stato un ottimo soggiorno!

Amazing hostel! Beautiful building and a very inviting common area. Everyone is talking to each other, it’s so easy to meet people :) I wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately they don’t accept foreigners anymore :(

If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay that combines the beauty of nature with five-star comfort, look no further than Shire Stargazing Ultimate Glamping. They have truly perfected the meaning of glamping (glamorous + camping) in every single way. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s hospitality and service were not just comparable to world-class 5-star hotels in many ways, they exceeded them. As a non-Chinese speaking guest, I was a little nervous at first, but the team went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease. Their cheerful smiles and genuine warmth were so heartwarming. What touched me the most? They constantly checked on my fiancée, who is vegetarian, making sure she had wonderful options at every meal. Seeing that level of care for her meant the world to me. They even carried my heavy luggage to the room❤️ Activities (both paid and free): They have horseback riding with the on-site coach – highly recommend (yes, it's a paid service). For free activities, there’s a giant swing (reminiscent of the one in Kalajun Grassland), archery, and the most beautiful, calm animals: two incredibly cute lambs, a cow, several horses, and the sweetest little dog who will greet you. If you’re nervous around animals, don’t worry – they are the chillest, calmest creatures and will only approach if you call them. Food: 10/10. My fiancée said it was the best meal she had in all of Xinjiang. Cooked by the wonderful Ah Po and Ah Gong, every dish felt like a loving home-cooked meal made by grandparents. There’s also an adorable cafe hut (though we didn’t get coffee – we were too busy being in awe of everything around us). Room standards: This is where they truly shine. Air conditioning, heater, soft comfy bed, overhead curtains to open or close for stargazing, fridge, hairdryer, lighted mirror, heated toilet – and spotlessly clean. We slept like a baby. And finally… stargazing. This is exactly why I chose this place. We stayed up until 3 AM, completely mesmerized by a sky full of stars like I’ve never seen before. Di fronte si trova il centro per spettacoli ”Meet Kashgar”; accanto si trova il punto di check-in per le celebrità di Internet della Torre Kunlun. Il proprietario è molto attento. In camera vengono preparati non solo bicchieri di plastica per il collutorio, ma anche bicchieri usa e getta. Poiché non ho prestato attenzione al momento della prenotazione, non sapevo che non ci fosse l'aria condizionata. Il proprietario è stato premuroso e ci ha offerto una camera di categoria superiore quando si è liberata.

Il B&B è di una bellezza mozzafiato, al pari dei più gettonati posti per il check-in online. L'arredamento unico e le ricche tradizioni locali lo rendono un luogo ideale per scattare foto senza uscire di casa. Il proprietario è cordiale e attento, si occupa del parcheggio e aiuta gli ospiti con i bagagli, facendoli sentire come a casa. Le camere sono pulite e ben attrezzate, ed è uno dei pochi B&B che offre anche il condizionatore. La colazione è abbondante e deliziosa, e c'è una cucina e una lavanderia in comune.
