整體評價：環境可以，硬件不錯，軟實力仍要提升，會考慮下次來。 1：整體位於一個小谷地內，酒店內並不是特別大，在旅遊旺季反倒顯得很安靜舒適；距離市中心並不遠，出入很方便；綠植比較豐富，風格為西式建築風；房間面積大，空調充足； 2：硬件方面，停車場有充電和非充電，雖然停車方便，但仍有不自覺的客人停在本就狹小的道路旁邊導致部分其他客人停車不太方便，在辦理入住時引導所有客人入住時給他人不要提供麻煩也是軟實力之一，否則的情況下就厚此薄彼了；房間內有空氣凈化器，有烘乾機，衞浴都是TOTO品牌的，智能馬桶非常的友好浴缸清洗的也比較乾淨，洗面台也比較乾淨，乾濕分離沒有看到打掃不乾淨的跡象；護理用品如吹風機是戴森的，這一點非常難能可貴。缺點：1可能是設計的原因，房間裏的凳子使用的是不宜的，同時有地毯，可能部分顧客使用時沒有注意，導致地毯和長凳略有些臟污，但明顯看出來已經打掃過。2枕頭的話衹給了兩個，雖然可以向前台索要乳膠枕頭，但最好在辦理入住時就告知顧客會更方便；2細節方面房間的佈置，比如説雨傘的位置放在了洗浴間內，如果能放在出門位置就會非常明顯，而且很順手；3另外房屋內一些設備的使用方法沒有具體的説明，比如説風的烘乾機 3：整體設施方面無邊泳池也沒有顯得很擁擠。西餐廳的位置還不錯，有小池塘的景觀。。部分細節方面感覺仍需要提升：1比如説沒有提示去泳池的情況下是自帶房間裏的浴巾還是泳池旁邊會提供額外的浴巾，實際上是需要自帶浴巾過去的；再比如説泳池旁邊是沒有淋浴設施的，這樣子有很多人就直接進入了泳池裡，實際上並不衞生，可以友情提醒一下客人在進入泳池前可以在自己房間裏先沖個淋浴，當然如果泳池旁邊的衞生間能提供重洗或者是額外的浴巾那就更好了，顯然會提升另外一個檔次；2西餐廳的餐位置還是不錯的，但是整體早餐的內容來看是比較缺乏的，可以看作是普通經濟型酒店的營養早餐類型，所以對酒店早餐比較期待的客人會覺得比較失望；3看了下晚餐的菜單並不豐富，內容上來説相對價格也比較貴，所以對於想要享受酒店餐飲的顧客來説可能會比較失望，當然了，也可能受運營的限制地方比較小，或者是説僱傭的員工並沒有那麼多，所以説採取少量高價，這也是酒店的一個政策和本身的服務無關是否願意改善提升完全酒店經營管理的方針； 服務方面：1由於攜帶的寵物，所以説臨時從套房更換為了普通的房溝通非常的順利，這一點讓初次入住的顧客覺得非常的安心；2另外歡迎寵物本身也是比較好的一個政策，所以整體印象分瞬間上升；3洗漱用品給了三種選擇也是比較較好的，也是服務提升的一個方面給予好評！ 軟件方面需要提升的給幾點建議僅供參考：1由於是寵物友好型的酒店，所以建議給攜帶寵物的客人配備尿漬清洗的小道具，這樣子在寵物隨意撒尿的時候，客人可以及時的清洗，避免時間久了有味道；2客房的各類菜單建議可以用塑封膜提升一下檔次，直接用A4紙打印，然後還有一些皺褶，包括酒店的一些介紹資料顯得非常的不合格調；3大部分的客房都是帶浴缸的建議可以讓顧客付費或者是免費給顧客提供可選擇的沐浴球，這樣子就提升了浴缸的使用效率和體驗感；4小池堂的話，周邊是有休息的桌椅，但是池堂正中間如果能做一個簡單的小人造景觀，會提升很大的樂趣 最後一點也是最重要的一點涉及到安全應急處理：入住當天有一位客人不慎在游泳時被不明物體劃傷了腳趾出了很多血，在這種情況下服務人員的應急處理措施顯然是補充分的，雖然拿出了一些創可貼和一些碘伏棉棒，但是作為運營酒店應該有一個常備的應急救援包比如説可以做一些基礎的消殺止血這樣的救援包；客人的傷口面積比較較大的血也比較多，服務員衹提供了一些衞生紙和創可貼，實際上常用的衞生紙對於處理傷口並不友好，也沒有瓶裝的碘伏或者是酒精消毒等用品提供，所以在這個安全應急方面還是應當加強培訓和進行一次整體的點檢，看看還缺哪些東西。當然了，入住了那麼多國內很多酒店 普遍在應急處理方面缺乏管理意識和員工培訓，希望阿蘭若能夠更好地提升！因為看到以前的很多不好的評論，比如説按金，mini吧問題等等，阿蘭若都有在整改，那希望這次的安全事件進行一次普遍的培訓處理
