UUtente anonimoI've been commuting between KL and Melaka and out of all the places I’ve stayed, The Apple Suites is my favourite. One major reason is the location, it’s right in the heart of town, making it super convenient to get to Jonker Walk and nearby shops. There are even food stalls just next door.
I’ve tried staying in several of their units including the Premier King Suite, Deluxe Family Suite, and Deluxe 2-Bedroom Suite, all of them were comfortable and satisfying.
Check-in and check-out are always smooth, and the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. There's also a convenience store inside the apartment building with a self-service system, which is a nice touch.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stays here and will definitely continue to choose The Apple Suites whenever I’m in Melaka.

Things I feel could be improved:
The Smart TV should be mounted on the wall.
Reason: I stayed with three children aged 3 and below. The TV is too low, and they kept touching the screen. I had to watch them 24/7 to make sure they didn’t touch it.
Hopefully, the owner can provide a microwave instead of a stove.
Reason: It would be easier to reheat food.
The house needs a place to hang wet clothes near the washing machine or balcony area (same level as chair and table).
Reason: It would be convenient for guests to hang their wet clothes.
It would be great if the owner could provide plastic plates and cups.
Reason: They are easier to handle and reduce the risk of breakage.
The Smart TV is quite laggy and slow to respond.
Suggestion: Consider upgrading it (not a top priority).
There should be at least one mirror inside the room.
Reason: It would be especially helpful for women.

AAzmizaIf you go to the historic city of Melaka, Malaysia, don't forget to stop by or sleep at Imperio Residence Melaka. The one-room studio apartment equipped with a bathtub and swimming pool is very comfortable and worth it for a family stay. The spacious and comfortable room and clean environment make us think we will stay there again. Thank you

Sono rimasto a Amber Cove Premier Suite durante la mia vacanza a Melaka, e sono così felice di scegliere questo posto. L'atmosfera era calma e rilassante, proprio quello che mi serviva per una via tranquilla.
La suite era pulita, moderna e confortevole, con tutte le attrezzature di base che avevo bisogno. Sono stato molto apprezzato per la bella vista dal balcone, e la piscina era un bonus perfetto per un rapido divertimento per rifrire dopo un giorno di vista.
Si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma è ancora abbastanza vicino alle attrazioni turistiche come Jonker Walk, Pantai Klebang per vedere il sole e ristoranti vicini.
Se stai cercando un posto che si sente come casa ma con comfort dell'hotel, consiglio fortemente di rimanere qui. Mi ha reso il viaggio Melaka ancora più piacevole. 💙

Our stay at Melaka Apartment Hotel was truly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations in many ways. One of the first things we appreciated was the spacious and ample parking area—a big plus, especially when traveling with family by car. We never had to worry about finding a spot.
The location is also a major highlight. It's close to the city center, popular attractions, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore Melaka without spending too much time on the road. Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away.
The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip.
The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents.
Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!

SSKBLWe enjoyed the stay here. The room is huge, comfortable and nice! It has a stove and kitchen stuff/cookware for light cooking and bowling water. It also has a washing machine but you have to bring your own detergent. It has a bathtub and a separate shower. There were small toilet rolls, body wash, hair shampoo, bath towels, 2 toothbrushes and toothpastes. But the toothpastes were teeny tiny tubes, which can only be used twice, so we had to purchase additional toothpaste to use on our 2nd day there. There's ironing board, iron, hangers, hair dryer. 2 sachets of coffee and 2 sachets of tea were given on the tray, that's nice! No tissues!!! Overall, nice experience. Check in was delayed a little, so we waited at the lobby. Hotel staff texted to inform us that the room given to us was wrong 3 hours after we checked in. By then, we've gone out for our activities outside the hotel till late at night. It wasn't our mistake, and we did not want to have any change anyway. Everything was fine and good after that.
The location is near a lot of eating places. Walking to the tourist centre is about half an hour. You can take Grab to the places, if you do not want to walk, as it is very convenient and cheap.

SStaycaylustLa camera è del The Pines Hotel, la posizione è ottima e la camera accogliente. Ma non c'erano servizi come il minibar o lo spazzolino da denti. L'unico articolo disponibile erano gli asciugamani. Inoltre non c'è la connessione wifi. La camera è pulita e biq. E la vista dalla camera (23° piano) è spettacolare.
Non c'era la doccia per la doccetta vicino al WC.

Your check-in and check-out procedures are cumbersome and complicated, while other hotels / Airbnb do not have so many procedures. It is troublesome to make the guests dissatisfied.
It is recommended to provide some 3 in 1 drinks and mineral water, tissue . The towels feel a bit dirty and old, and have a smell. The pillows are too thin and it is very uncomfortable to sleep. Bathroom toiletry can be improved. I hope it can be improved. Thank you
