Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.

Una comoda e confortevole ritrattamento In questo edificio vi sono 4 unità. Un’unità di parcheggio è fornita all’angolo vicino all’unità 101. Questo appartamento offre una base veramente pratica e confortevole per esplorare la zona. Apprezziamo davvero i tocchi pensativi, come gli utensili di base e le cutterie per una preparazione facile da pranzo, e l'inclusione benvenuta di mutandine istantanee, torni e pasta dentale. La microonde era anche super utile per snack e ricaldamenti rapidi. La comodità è ben gestita con un condizionatore d'aria che ha tenuto l'unità a una temperatura piacevole durante il nostro soggiorno. La lavatrice è stata un enorme plus, e abbiamo trovato la zona di asciugatura designata proprio sopra in toaletta molto efficiente. La tavola da pranzo separata è stata anche un bel toccamento, offrendo un confortevole spazio per i pasti. Con due letti matrimoniali, questa unità è ben adattata per piccoli gruppi o famiglie. Abbiamo anche goduto di essere in grado di collegare il nostro account Netflix alla TV, che è stato grande per il relax di sera - Signor Presidente, signore. Cose da notare sulla posizione L'appartamento è situato in un quartiere tranquillo, offrendo un'atmosfera tranquilla. Anche se non ci sono molti piatti vicino, ci sono due negozi di comodità in una posizione facile. Tenete presente che i supermercati locali tendono a chiudere circa le 7:00, quindi pianificare di conseguenza per le supermercati. Abbiamo trovato la zona molto piacevole per andare in giro, con pochi auto sulla strada, il che rende particolarmente divertente esplorare la città con bicicletta, e ci sono diversi negozi di noleggio biciclette disponibili se si desidera pedale intorno.

Servizio terribile e controllo frustrante in esperienza con un elenco fuorviante Mentre la pulizia e le strutture della proprietà erano eccellenti, il servizio e il controllo in corso erano incredibilmente frustranti. Per essere equi, abbiamo perso il messaggio iniziale dell'ospite, che ha causato alcuni piccoli hipcups. Tuttavia, il reale sul posto è completamente sconveniente per il controllo di se stesso. La zona di lobby richiede un codice di accesso solo per entrare. Se un altro gruppo di ospiti non fosse uscito e ci lasciasse entrare, saremmo stati bloccati fuori dall'edificio. Una volta all'interno, il controllo in tablet era difettoso e non funzionava, costringendoci a mandare il messaggio all'ospite per ottenere manualmente la nostra password di entrata. La parte più deludente è stata l'atteggiamento dell'ospite riguardo al deposito dei bagagli. Tuttavia, quando ci siamo chiesti prima di andare a controllare, l'ospite ci ha semplicemente detto di no e ci ha detto di andare a usare un bagagli a pagamento presso la stazione ferroviaria. Quando ho sottolineato che era esplicitamente elencato nel loro profilo, hanno appena affermato che era un errore e non hanno offerto una soluzione reale. Per peggiorare la situazione, abbiamo visto letteralmente il bagaglio degli altri ospiti immagazzinato nell'albergo, il che significa che l'ospite ha scelto di non aiutarci o non si preoccupano. Le camere sono belle, ma la totale mancanza di ospite di base e informazioni fuorvianti ha rovinato il soggiorno. Non consigliere se si valorizza un servizio affidabile perché non c'è servizio da iniziare.

Wonderful room. Spacious by Japanese standards, and everything was spotless; you can see the pride taken by the staff in ensuring that the property is well-maintained and kept clean and tidy. Free parking spaces are located just at the hotel's doorstep, but limited spots are available. Having access to a the free washer and dryer was wonderful, although do be mindful that the drying time is minimally 1.5 hours, and thicker clothes might still be slightly damp. However, we hung them up to air-dry in our room overnight without any issues. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended hotel in this beautiful area.

Adoro la nostra stanza completa e grande! Inoltre punta la stazione di metro vicino a 5 minuti a piedi. Le istruzioni fornite dall'ospite sono perfette e comprensibili anche.

Il buono: - La stanza è grande (sufficiente per 3 persone). - I bagni e i bagni sono separati. - Have Stove, Microwave Forno, utensili, ecc. - Facile da noleggiare, poiché ci sono molti negozi di noleggio auto vicino. - solo una stazione dall'aeroporto. Il cattivo: - Nessuno è stato fermato dopo le ore di servizio. Deve usare la compressa al ricevimento per parlare con un ricevitore di nuvola tramite una chiamata web. - Il loro linguaggio inglese non è cattivo, ma le chiamate via web non sono esattamente chiare. - La guardia di sicurezza della porta è già rotta (vedi foto) quando siamo arrivati. Il ”Recepcionista di nuvola” ha notato che non è in grado di aiutarli dopo avere difficoltà a spiegarle, soprattutto la webcam non funziona quando chiamo. Mi hanno chiesto di postare le foto, ma la loro casella di posta è piena e non è riuscita a consegnare. Dopo un lungo spreco di tempo e sapendo che non sono in grado di aiutare (sono in grado di provare), ci siamo dimenticati. Spero che il PIN della nostra porta di stanza non sia noto da altri, perché è l'unica sicurezza che chiude la porta. - C'è un passo proprio prima che i ”letti” (che sono solo matite sul pavimento) causano molti scorreggi. - Non ci sono negozi vicino che possano comprare cibo. La passeggiata dalla stazione Minami Chitose è a meno di 10 minuti ma il terreno è un po' ineguale e vuoto alla notte. Non facile se il bagaglio è grande e solo.

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

Molto comodo la stanza è grande

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The room is well furnished and it's clean, well-equipped and inviting. - basic amenities and facilities are one of the best for us throughout our stay. The bathing toilet even has a tv as you soak in after a tiring day out. - instructions and communication were well tabulated and communicated - sheltered dedicated parking lot at level 1. Useful for Hokkaido as the vehicle is sheltered away from the snow, which is one less effort for us as we don't need to dust away the dust. - location to nearby sightseeing location is at most 20 mins away. Hokkaido tower, Tanukikoji shopping street, Nijo market is all a stone throw away. Lawson convenience store is just 3 mins away - best value for money, hotels around this area cost double the cost for the number of travellers we have.. We were thoroughly pleased with this booking and we will look forward to this host and accommodation if we ever come back again. We felt at home throughout the stay and the only regret was we wasn't around for most of the day as we are constantly away

Generally, it is nice, and the location is at the edge of susukino, so we would need to walk a bit toward the tourist area. There were only two pairs of slippers inside the room (instead of 4). The room is a bit small if you have four luggages. The room is clean, and a convenient store is right across the street.
