I traveled with my sisters, total 4 members. My daughter booked family room in this hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. There was 24 hours hot water. AC was working perfectly. Room was clean and maintained well. We felt really happy for booking room in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Era una splendida esperienza di soggiorno! l'ospite, rito, si è occupato di tutta l'esperienza e si è assicurato che ogni momento del soggiorno fosse divertente, apprezzante e pieno di avventura! le sue raccomandazioni erano in rovina! tapas, il manager del ristorante era assolutamente sorprendente, veloce e veloce per capire e capire le esigenze alimentari! Anche se stavo solo, non una delle mie tazze era sola dal personale, soprattutto tapas avrebbe fatto un punto di parlare ogni volta e riempire l'esperienza di mangiare con piccoli gesti come ottenere il mio caffè, anche prima di aver detto, Per farmi sentire a casa! I fuochi d'artificio di Rito e i zostellers, seguiti dalle sedute di notte di giardino sono qualcosa che mi mancherò molto fino al mio prossimo viaggio! Zostel Munnar era stata una scelta incredibile per la città!

The property is very well maintained and the bed is very good. washroom cleanness is very good and clean.

Good place to stay, good facilities providing but less space for parking and no in house restaurant. The staff are good behaviour.

Highly Recommended! The place is really clean and very helpful and professional staff. I have travelled to many other countries and stayed in hostel. Considering India and this hostel was really class. Pros - Clean shared washrooms, Clean Bed, AC full time available, rents scooter available, common room available( on see if you come early and need to rest then you can choose to rest on common room until your bed is ready) near by beach and shops. Con - No coffee machine available, lack of disposable class, no dustin in room or outside the room.

A Wonderful experience. Ground staff members from housekeeping, reception to supervise and manager work as a coherent team . If housekeeping will not be prompt to clean the check out beds will get better. As most places are flexible.
