Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel. Grazie e hanno fatto un buon colazione. Molto buon personale molto utile. Tornerei sempre in questo hotel se dovessi tornare alla stessa città e Yuri era molto buono anche lei ci aiuta molto a capire il requisito e ci aiuta a controllare rapidamente. Vorrei ringraziare tutti i membri del personale di gestione per essere molto gente e bello

La grande stanza era bella, e il piano superiore con grande vista. Cammino da piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, così facile da solo trasportare il bagaglio all'hotel. Solo la questione è che la cassaforte nella stanza non era stata bollita (qualcuno poteva semplicemente andare via con essa). Acqua calda, A/C, Wi-Fi, ecc. tutto ha funzionato bene. Il buffet è stato fenomenale. Molte negozi, ristoranti, attrazioni, ecc. a piedi di distanza dall'hotel. Rimarrei qui la prossima volta.

Il servizio alla reception è attento e rigoroso, siamo in tre nella stanza, ogni giorno vengono messe in camera due bottiglie d'acqua. Quando andiamo alla reception per chiedere acqua minerale, riceviamo più acqua minerale acqua ogni volta. L'ambiente circostante è molto buono, puoi incontrare il trambusto nella quiete. C'è un mercato notturno al piano di sotto. Ci sono supermercati per snack e fermate dell'autobus nel raggio di 100 metri. La zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale, Yintai, Jiebai... c'è abbastanza shopping , visite turistiche, svago e divertimento per te.

The hotel itself was very good, clean and full of necessary amenities. The location is so close to the metro station - very convenient for travelling around the city. Only issue we faced was during the check in process. The person in the reception did not even understand the basics of English, for e.g. how the dates (birth dates, validity) in the passport are written. He couldn't even understand the type of Chinese residence visa I had although it was written in Chinese. I think that a person in the hotel reception should have a basic qualification to read the texts and dates written in the international format. Rest of the experience was great. Hangzhou is a beautiful city to explore 🙂

It was a nice hotel, and the room was great. The owner was very nice! The bathroom has a smart toilet, which was amazing. This hotel is located in a strategic place; it is near malls, and there are food streets down the hotel street. This hotel is also very close to the Metro. Wonderful stay! This service suite is quite close to Metro station Line19 which is good for free and easy travellers. This line is direct linked to airport also. Three beds which is just fit to our family of five members. Value for money and we stay here for three night comfortably. Children like this suite as it is big enough and with mezzanine floor. Wife like it because of the Washing machine provided.

Location was difficult to find, the service at the desk can be considered fair, not so good enough, the toilet drainage quite slow after taking a shower, but anyways the room was worth with the price, loved the city view.
