Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 13 al 18 novembre 2025! La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 e Gemma, la nostra collaboratrice russa, parla perfettamente la lingua e si prende cura di ogni vostra esigenza! Le colazioni sono meravigliose, ho allegato una foto, e in camera sono presenti shampoo e bagnoschiuma! C'è una cucina dove abbiamo cucinato, il che è molto comodo! C'è un supermercato Carrefour vicino all'hotel! Victoria, una donna russa, prepara un caffè meraviglioso per la colazione! L'hotel ha una caratteristica unica: l'aria condizionata, alimentata da apparecchiature fisse, come una casa intelligente! Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 503 e la porta è stata accidentalmente lasciata aperta e di notte faceva molto freddo, ma il nostro problema è stato risolto rapidamente. Abbiamo invitato il maestro Luca, che ha spostato l'armadio e sigillato tutto ermeticamente. Le notti successive sono state piacevolmente calde! Il Vaticano è vicino, quindi l'hotel è in una posizione molto comoda! Ma voglio avvertirvi che dovreste arrivare dalla direzione della fermata dell'autobus della Basilica di San Pietro, prendendo gli autobus numero 62 e 64! Non prendete la metro!!!!! Le scale della metro sono molto ripide e difficili da salire con una valigia! Quindi, è meglio prendere l'autobus. Ho incluso le foto qui sotto per capire come arrivarci! Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi!

La camera era vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, il che era comodo per i trasporti. Le strutture erano generalmente nuove e lo spazio, sebbene non grande, era sufficiente per una persona. Tuttavia, c'erano tre problemi cruciali: 1. Non c'era un'indicazione chiara per l'ingresso principale. L'hotel si trovava in una posizione molto tortuosa, o dovevi entrare attraverso il ristorante di qualcun altro o salire una scala molto difficile. Non ho trovato un'indicazione chiara nemmeno alla partenza. 2. La reception era solo un semplice tavolo da 1,2 metri. Per qualsiasi problema, non avrei mai voluto contattarli. 3. L'acqua calda per la doccia non funzionava correttamente dopo le 22:00 la sera, ma tornava al mattino. Dato il punto 2, sono rimasto a malapena due notti e non ci tornerei.

Il balcone e la colazione erano tutti fantastici. Così come la zona lounge. Tuttavia, non ci sono zanzariere nella stanza e in tutto l'hotel. C'erano anche alcune mosche nella stanza. Era anche molto buio. L'aria condizionata non funzionava bene. La pulizia potrebbe essere molto migliore. Il personale è stato gentile e la colazione finisce alle 10:30, molto più tardi rispetto ad altri posti. Nessun check-out posticipato. La cucina era carina ma non l'abbiamo usata. C'era anche un microonde. La zona è molto tranquilla e carina. Di fronte a un cortile dove gli studenti sembrano riposare. Il letto era comodo e lo spazio di archiviazione era più che sufficiente. Il bagno era fantastico. È una zona molto più tranquilla qui che nel centro di Roma, ma abbastanza vicina da essere molto percorribile a piedi. Alcuni ristoranti nei dintorni chiudono tardi. Mi sono sentito al sicuro di notte. Internet fantastico. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. Il Vaticano e Castel Sant'Angelo sono entrambi lì. Anche il ponte. Un supermercato Carrefour dietro l'angolo e un posto dove acquistare i biglietti dell'autobus. Ottimo deposito bagagli. L'ascensore è molto piccolo e non sale se non dal piano terra.

È molto vicino alle principali attrazioni come Plaza de España e la fontana, entrambe raggiungibili in 10 minuti. La stanza era molto silenziosa, l'ingresso era un piccolo cortile interno, la struttura della città vecchia. C'è un ascensore ma non ho mai avuto la possibilità di usarlo. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche diversi deliziosi ristoranti italiani e un supermercato.
