We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. Good location, great stay with kitchen and microwave. You can cook everytime you need

Il mio hotel preferito durante il viaggio, il servizio dell'hotel e le strutture del B&B. La reception aperta 24 ore su 24 è molto importante per me. Dopotutto, non conosco il posto, posso ottenere risposte tempestive alle mie domande e posso fornire più carte d'ingresso oltre alle carte d'ingresso elettroniche. La casa si trova in una strada del centro città e il traffico è limitato. Se vuoi iscriverti a un tour di gruppo, devi raggiungere a piedi la vicina stazione e prendere l'autobus, che impiega circa cinque minuti a piedi. La cosa buona è che non ci sono molte macchine nella strada al piano di sotto, quindi dormire è molto tranquillo. Ci sono capsule di caffè, latte e cereali nella stanza. Per cucinare è fornito pepe nero. Ci sono utensili da cucina e lavastoviglie. Nelle vicinanze ci sono il supermercato Xiaozhu e il supermercato Asia, il che è molto comodo. L'unico inconveniente è che non sono presenti lavatrice e asciugatrice e la biancheria deve essere consegnata secondo gli standard dell'hotel.

Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno dato consigli e ci hanno indicato dove parcheggiare l'auto. Avevano anche detto che la nostra camera avrebbe dovuto avere una lavatrice per fare il bucato, ma non c'era. Quindi si sono gentilmente offerti di farci il bucato e ce l'hanno pure riconsegnato piegato. Ottima posizione, ottimi servizi e abbiamo passato un soggiorno meraviglioso. Abbiamo anche cucinato un po' dato che fornivano sale, olio e pepe, oltre a una lavastoviglie.

This property is centrally located and easily accessible to the town centre. Photos attached are the restaurants and eateries nearby. We could easily walk to the supermarkets,cafes, food courts and symbolic landmarks. There are both underground and meter parking nearby. It is new, clean, well managed and well equipped . Although we were assigned the ground floor and fairly exposed , closing the blinds have eased our minds and have provided the peace of mind. Will booked again when we revisit Iceland

地理位置優越，位於市中心，步行到附近購物街只需幾分鐘。而且步行5分鐘內有Bonus，如果要係酒店煮飯非常方便。 房間方便，設施是看得出有點年紀，但使用上不太受影響，基本煮食設施都有，不過值得留意是就算開了抽油煙機煮飯，房間的煙霧感應器都是會響，酒店可能都知道有咁嘅情況，一早寫咗instructions 去處理。 還有隔音方面是比較差的，酒店位於街道旁，在房間裏是聽得很清楚街道的聲音，如果睡覺對聲音很敏感的人便不太適合。

The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from town center. It is also 5 minutes drive from Sky Lagoon. But it is difficult to find hotel parking lot. The hotel property guidelines are quite comprehensive but are hard to understand and follow. There is no clear indication to use the same code to open the room door. There is no instruction of using electric stove.

L'appartamento dello studio era eccellente - pulito, spazioso, ma confortevole allo stesso tempo. Ciò che conta era che tutto, dalle apparecchiature di cucina alle lampade e al riscaldamento, fosse funzionale. La risposta del team alle domande era anche rapida e chiara. L'unica cosa che ho trovato inconveniente è la difficoltà di trovare l'appartamento in primo luogo, soprattutto dal decollo dal servizio di autobus, e non c'è ascensore, che potrebbe essere un problema se avete un bagaglio pesante. Ma in generale, un'esperienza molto piacevole, e è stato un peccato che non potessimo rimanere più.

Hostess and host are both helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to store our luggage. The room was clean. What we liked most was that there was a big window that can be opened and the room is very bright. In addition the location of the apartment is very convenient. Bus stop 14 is about 5-6mins walk. And there are nice restaurants around the area. The church is nearby too. The host was kind enough to let us store our luggage on the day when we checked out. Overall it’s a nice stay. It added to the good memories of our Iceland trip.

Contact free flat. Clear instructions given on how to enter the property. Nice not to have to worry about taking a key out when exploring. The hot water was out in the whole area and we were informed of this. However, when we were able, the shower was amazingly powerful. Nice little kitchen area in the room and a utility area with washer dryer outside the room, which we didn't use. Great location for driving into Reykjavik and to the airport. Free parking was appreciated. Good supermarket and petrol pump directly opposite the apartment.
