Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

Il trasporto è anche molto conveniente, con i taxi arrivano rapidamente e affidabile. È un villaggio vicino chiamato Yucun che è bello visitare, e molte aree sceniche intorno all'hotel sono facilmente accessibili anche. In generale, questo è un luogo ideale per chiunque cerca la pace, il bellissimo design, la natura e una veramente rilassante esperienza in Moganshan.

Purtroppo, l'attrazione principale è diventata una fonte di stress, e la cultura della calma e della rilassamento terapeutico che si attendeva in una primavera calda era assolutamente assenza. Mio marito e io abbiamo davvero goduto del nostro soggiorno nella Ziling Mountain View Suite. L'intera villa è ben decorata ma in modo che si sente vivente piuttosto che pretentoso. E' come essere invitato a casa di un amico nelle montagne. Se sei un amante di libri come me, goderai la villa e le camere ancora più perché ci sono tappeti pieni di libri ovunque tu guardi. Quando non vedi libri, vedi i giardini o le viste delle montagne circostanti. Ci piaceva il letto di sole nella nostra suite, coperto di pannolini colorati con una finestra che riquadri perfettamente la vista della montagna e abbiamo trascorso le nostre notti curve con libri. Durante il giorno, stiamo cercando i passi e il nostro ospite, che ama viaggiare e camminare, aveva molte raccomandazioni riflessive. C'è un sentiero molto intenso (e bello) solo passi dalla casa che vi porta su la montagna attraverso la foresta di bambù, attraverso un tempio locale, e fino a un campo con vista sgualdrina. Abbiamo avuto colazione e cena nella villa e il cibo era incredibile, tra cui frutta e verdura molto fresche, noodles semplice e deliziose, e bella cucina di maiale, pollo e piatti di mare. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un trattamento per la casa Tiramisu (facciato dal proprietario), e sembra che il proprietario abbia davvero il piacere di condividere questa bella proprietà con gli ospiti e trovare modi per aiutare a rendere la vostra esperienza unica e memorabile. Questa è la mia prima volta in Cina e i miei ospiti caldi e generosi come questo, insieme alla bellezza della zona, mi fanno piacere tornare.

An outskirt paradise on the hill. Good for hiking or treking. Impressed by the Italian designed lobby. We were well received by the house keeper Teddy. We were honor to be attended by the owner Ernest Guan who make all guests feel at home. Ever obliging and “Take your time”is his slogan . The western meal is acceptable and the Chinese meal is excellent. We eventually extended our stay to join the night party with many foreigners. Thanks Ernest to his extra “wood”for comforting us through those chilling nights party.

Recentemente ci è stata una 4-night soggiorno a Mo Yan Homestay (Mo Mogunshan Villa ringenshan me) con i nostri due bambini.La posizione di questo hotel è assolutamente fantastica, situato incredibilmente vicino alle tracce di cammino di Moganshan. Le strutture sono altrettanto impressionanti, con una grande piscina all'aperto, un'area di grigliata al tetto e un posto di grigliata in più terrazza. Per intrattenimento, l'hotel offre una spaziosa tavola da biliardo sul pavimento, nonché un set di gioco d'arcade che i nostri bambini non potevano ottenere abbastanza. Parlando dei bambini, erano emozionati con la stanza tematica dei bambini che abbiamo prenotato. Il balcone della stanza ha fornito splendide viste sul fiume, sulle montagne e sulle lussuose foreste di bambù che si trovano davanti all'hotel. Ma ciò che davvero separa Mo Yan Homestay sono gli ospiti, che sono tra i migliori che abbiamo incontrato in Cina, rendendoci completamente a casa. Questa è stata la nostra seconda visita a Moganshan, e grazie all'incredibile ospitetà a Mo Yan, non sarà certamente la nostra ultima. Abbiamo già aspettato la nostra prossima visita. We chose the homestay for it's secluded location and loved every bit of it! The rooms were fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. The bbq experience with the outdoor karaoke setup was great! Sang our hearts out! The view of the bamboo forest from the room coupled with an outdoor balcony made the evenings that much more special to enjoy with our group. The breakfast meals were an absolute delight and the staff made sure to cater exactly as we requested. Transport (via alipay car hail) was a bit of an issue because of the scarcity of taxis in the area, but the auntie at the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi through one of her friends. The hotel outdoor area is very spacious and had multiple activities to follow including water gun fights and trampolines. We really did let the kid inside of us run wild this weekend. The fishing experience was fun and educating although we couldn't catch any ourselves. All in all, such a great weekend and will definitely recommend to anyone including foreigners. 5/5 Totally satisfied.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the small sweet tea house. The room was very modern and well equipped. They also pay attention to small things like decoration in the room to make it more lively. The view from the room 202 was amazing. You wake up in the morning and what you see are the beautiful tea fields and the small cable cars going up the hill. The tea house hotel location is just perfect. 3 min by walk from the cable car entrance, 5 min by walk to the famous Lingyin temple, 8 min by walk to restaurants where you can order the traditional Hangzhou dishes like beggar chicken or Donpo Pork, 6 min by walk to a 7 Eleven convenient Store. During our stay we could also spend some time with their 4 lovely cats. In the tea field you may also discover their ducks running around. The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. A traditional stylish lady who try everything to explain to you in English language. As we are both foreigners with no Chinese language skills, this was really helpful. The location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor. The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big. The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her. The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good. I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back..
