On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

This apartment was all we hoped for, the location suited us very well, right next to Sagrada Familia and close to a good supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. We can definitely recommend an Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, Paisano Bistro where we ate a couple of times, along with a fast food pasta place for food on the go (quirky, write on the walls) Pasta Lucia. Most places in the area did close around midnight. The apartment 306 was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 including 2 daughters 25 & 21, we were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday. It has a great living area with sofa and dining table/chairs modern kitchen, a full shower room and another room with WC and sink, along with a small balcony over looking the street below. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms, the view from the master room is nothing to speak about, onto the inner courtyard. Lots of storage / wardrobe space in the main bedroom, a little less in the twin. I did take a dining chair into our bedroom to sit in front of the long mirror as there is a socket there for hair appliances, but there is no dressing table. There were little extras included like dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, hand soap in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with tea supplies etc…There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Bottled water which would be replenished on request to reception. The air conditioning in the apartment is great, inside the apartment we would not have known that it reached 36 degrees outside on some days! The roof top terraces are a great bonus, with loungers and terrace furniture. They are open until 10pm. Note it is only a plunge pool, not a swimming pool. The view of the Sagrada Familia from up there was amazing! We didn’t use the gym, apart from my daughter booked it privately to take advantage of a special offer “Monday full body massage” for 40 euros. We arrived mid morning and called to leave our luggage, check in was from 3pm, but they were happy to store our luggage so that we could spend the day exploring the area. Irene and Tamara on reception were both lovely and really helpful, as was the English gentleman who later showed us around our apartment, sorry I didn’t catch his name. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing that we would have changed. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!  Note- you cannot leave your luggage after checkout, however I booked luggage storage a few minutes away costing around £20 for two large cases, and 4 under seat bags. I sourced this myself as there are companies advertised at reception and in the lift, however they worked out more expensive. The storage we used worked perfectly.

I had high hopes for this ”4star hotel” From the pictures and the previous reviews everything seemed like it was too good to be true... Arrival was average, had to ask which way to go to get to my allocated room (normally you are directed by a member of reception atleast) Arrived at my room (104) 1st floor. Opened the door to a bright airy room..my first thoughts were this is lovely. Dropped my bags and took a shower and that's where things started to go downhill...let me explain... Now I am aware this is not 5 star but if im being totally honest I have stayed in cleaner 2 star hotels... The attention to detail from the cleaners is just way below par for a 4 star establishment. Shower door covered in limescale (easy to put right with a bit of Elbow grease) Mold and nasties around the outer edge of the shower door (see pics) Splash marks all over the tiles at the side of the sink (like old toothpaste marks) Sink wouldn't drain properly (seemed to be blocked) Skirting boards definitely hadn't been given a wipe for a good few weeks/months All standard/basic stuff that you would expect from any hotel and certainly from a 4 star one or am I being picky? Then there was the call to reception to ask for some milk so I could make a coffee (kettle is provided in room) Receptionist said they don't have fresh milk only 'powdered sachets' of the most vile tasting milk I've ever had (think baby milk/gone off normal milk) Apparently the restaurant was closed so they could not access it to get some fresh milk? Receptionist advised me to go to the supermarket..which is a 25 minute walk from the hotel 🤦♀️ As it happens there is a coffee machine outside the reception entrance so I found myself nipping downstairs to buy one from there. (Not the most convenient but we move forward) I had read that there was a rooftop restaurant in the flyer as advertised but when I asked about it apparently it is no longer there? The restaurant is only open at breakfast times so no food is available not even snacks? However they advertise room service so unsure how that works? Outdoor pools closed which is fine but you couldn't even sit on the loungers hence....nowhere to sit outside the hotel itself. Such a shame that all these little things build and in turn let it down as a 4 star advertised hotel. Now for the positives... The view from the room of the sea is beautiful It is literally across the road from miles of sandy beaches There are a couple of lovely restaurants nearby that are open from 12 noon for brunch/dinner and reasonably priced. The area itself is super quiet and feels safe enough as a solo traveller.

La stanza è molto pulita, ci sono due camere e una sala da soggiorno, le strutture sono complete e il bagno è molto grande. Quando ho intenzione di vivere una notte, ho vissuto due notti. Il posto dell'appartamento è molto conveniente uscire dal porto. L'attrazione è andata praticamente per circa dieci minuti. E'un buon appartamento alberghiero, e voglio vivere in questo appartamento in Taragona.

Tutto il personale era cordiale e parlava inglese, il che era rassicurante. La camera era pulita, l'appartamento aveva un balcone ed era spazioso, ed era comodamente vicino a un supermercato. Anche se non si poteva entrare in camera prima del check-in, si potevano lasciare i bagagli e riposare nello spazio condiviso, caricare il telefono, usare il PC nello spazio condiviso e usare il bagno e il lavandino, il che rendeva il tutto sicuro e protetto.

La camera era fantastica, con due camere da letto, due soggiorni e due bagni, molto comoda. La cucina era completamente attrezzata e c'erano lavatrice e asciugatrice in mansarda. Anche la posizione era comoda, con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, e abbiamo anche trovato la Chinese Super League e altri supermercati. Era perfetto per un viaggio in famiglia. Un piccolo inconveniente era che il check-in e il check-out richiedevano il pagamento online. Ci avevano detto che avrebbero pagato la tassa in hotel, ma non essendoci una reception, hanno dovuto pagare online, il che è stato un po' scomodo.

Si ricordano in particolare i due passi chiave prima del soggiorno e si facciano completamente senza minare in anticipo: uno è che riceverà un avviso postale prima del soggiorno e deve pagare in anticipo l'imposta urbana secondo le esigenze (il pagamento online è facile in base al numero di giorni di soggiorno); In secondo luogo, dopo la completa imposizione urbana, non molto tempo prima di ricevere una posta con la password della casa. La password è esclusiva e tempestiva. Dopo il negozio, la chiusura della porta può essere aperta direttamente.Non ho visto la reception durante tutto il processo, ma ho giocato a ”senza contatto per aiutare”!! L'appartamento è tranquillo e tranquillo. Pochi minuti a piedi possono andare alla stazione di autobus. Sono tutte attrazioni conveniente per Goth e Santa Casa.La stanza è pulita e pulita. Le strutture non sono cospicue ma abbastanza utili, l'aria condizionata e l'acqua calda sono molto potenti.

Abbiamo fatto il check-in all'inizio di dicembre, che è considerata la bassa stagione. Soggiornare in un hotel è particolarmente conveniente durante questa stagione. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato aveva una camera da letto, un soggiorno, un bagno e una cucina. La camera era pulita e le strutture erano nuovissime. L'unica cosa che non è perfetta è che è un po' lontano dal centro città.

La posizione è sorprendente, a metà della rambla e a fronte del Mercat De La Boqueria. La doccia è bella e forte, ma la porta del bagno ha una forte assorbimento che è un po 'sudorante. Sono dotati di una lavatrice da 11 kg e di un asciugacapelli. Alcune notti potevamo sentire un rumore alto da sopra/ fuori, ma in generale un posto molto buono.

L'appartamento era ok, grande posizione, circa 15-20 min passeggiata a Pg. de Gràcia & Plaça de Catalunya. Non c'è personale all'appartamento, il codice di entrata è stato ricevuto prima dell'iscrizione. Ci è un ascensore per i viaggiatori con bagaglio. L'appartamento era teso, ma alcune aree erano un po' polverose. Ci sono anche un pacchetto di benvenuto con olio, sale, pepe ecc. È stato anche dato il lavastoviglie liquido e 1 lavastoviglie. Ci sono anche lavastoviglie, anche se non c'è lavastoviglie nell'appartamento. Tuttavia, non c'è tovagliolo da cucina. Le strutture del bagno sono state anche molto minime per il nostro soggiorno 4-night. Anche la secchezza è stata rotta. Inoltre, c'è un deposito di 300 euro, e lo hanno restituito più di una settimana dopo il messaggio e il richiamo.
