Somerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways. Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok. It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem. The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it. The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply. Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality. This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence. I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed. We will be always stay at this hotel whenever we come to Wuhan.

Our first time in Wuhan and glad we chose this hotel to stay in. The rooms were spacious and clean and having a kitchenette and washing machine in the room was a welcome bonus. We have been traveling around China for a while now and it's always nice to be able to conveniently do your laundry and cook home cooked meals once in a while. The breakfast selection was great. Mostly Chinese or asian dishes but this wasn't a problem for me. My husband who is a vegetarian had limited options. It's conveniently located within the cbd and in the same building as Capital mall! You can access the mall from the hotel reception and it was so convenient on days we were lazy to cook and wanted to go out to eat or just to walk around and do some shopping. The mall is also connected to a metro station so that makes it even more convenient for those that need to get around the city. They had a great kids play room and a gym. Rooms were also kept clean. Can't recommend this place enough and will surely be back next time we're in Wuhan!

Un grande soggiorno con camera pulita che viene con lavatrice 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, caldaia d'acqua, frigorifero di dimensioni medie 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼(non come il solito minibar nella maggior parte dell'hotel) un grande proiettore di schermo per la visualizzazione dei media(ma tutto in cinese 😅 - ottenere la tua app traduttore pronta). Super AMMITATI & AIUTI Personale(Shuwen & Tante Cheng(Cheng Ah yii) ci ha anche mandato fuori il giorno della nostra partenza.. rendendo il nostro soggiorno un vero e proprio memorabile. 200% consigliere questo posto per coloro che partecipano ad un evento in o vicino al centro sportivo dello Stadio Wuhan o coloro che partecipano ad un evento che intende visitare la zona vicino. Un grande e memorabile soggiorno per me e figlia. Thanx BO AN hotel(specialmente Shuwen & Cheng Ah yii)

The hotel is a lot older than it appears in the photos. Everything is a little old and in need of renovation but it is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and speak English. The location is OK for the Zhuankou area, but far from the centre of town and tourist areas. Breakfast is not great quality but edible. The swimming pool is big and clean but the spa pool was not open. Overall, the hotel is fine but could do with updating to afford the 500+rmb/night price.

It's a lovely and spacious apartment in Wuhan. There was a washing machine with detergent in the room, air-condition, a big bed and a nice bathroom with a good seperate shower and a hair dryer. The owner was friendly and let us leave our luggage for free while we checked out the city in the afternoon before leaving. There are restaurants and small supermarkets in the area and the metro is only 7 minutes of walking away, however, just be aware that the metro (in my opinion) is not nearly as good and sufficient as in other cities in China. Overall a good stay for a very fair price.

Really nice and helpful people who did their best to look after us in the week we stayed. Accommodation was well equipped with washer/dryer to clean your clothes and kettle to make tea. Air conditioning worked fine. Only thing I can criticise was that it could have been cleaner, and that the sofas and chairs were not very comfortable. Beds were quite comfortable.

L'ambiente è bello e pulito e il soggiorno è confortevole. La ventilazione e l'illuminazione sono buone. Nella stanza c'è anche incenso e una leggera fragranza. Anche la bella donna alla reception è molto entusiasta e gentile. C'è un po' di polvere sopra le lenzuola le cambierò subito, sono state tutte sostituite ed il prezzo è più che giusto.

Questo tipo di hotel apartmentale è troppo amichevole per i genitori. Il senso di casa a cinque stelle, soprattutto la camera a due stelle, può facilmente prendersi cura dei bambini anziani.L'impianto è moderno, pulito e il servizio del fratello è chiamato. Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana della strada giovanile, è molto conveniente. Inoltre, vicino a noi è la strada del Cieson Garden, scegliere molto e sapere bene.La prossima volta che vengo a Wuhan, scegliere l'appartamento di Liu Xiangxi ICC ambientale e commerciale!
