With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Situazione saggio proprio fuori dalla uscita della metropolitana. Facile da viaggiare intorno a molti luoghi turistici vicino. Pulizia e spaziosa. Personale amichevole e utile. È meglio contattare il personale per un controllo più facile e più veloce.

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

La vista sul lago dell'appartamento è stupenda e c'è molta luce naturale. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, tra cui un microonde e una lavatrice. La pulizia circostante, tuttavia, ha bisogno di miglioramenti. Dall'ascensore al corridoio non è molto pulito. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e consiglierei questo posto. È a pochi passi dalla linea 7 della metropolitana di Wuhan e dal centro commerciale Mixc.

The hotel location is great near a mall also its near hankou railway station. The hotel is clean,spacious and very comfortable with a great view from the window. The hotel is great for stay with your friends or couples. Would recommend

Molto spazioso, ma si potrebbe ottimizzare lo spazio. La vista è fantastica e anche la posizione è ottima. L'appartamento potrebbe essere più pulito, ma nel complesso è stato un soggiorno fantastico e vale il suo prezzo! L'unico problema era il forte rumore di colpi che si sentiva durante il giorno, non so se fosse dovuto a lavori in corso o altro.

La stanza è molto grande, le strutture sono molto complete, l'igiene è buona, e soprattutto l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono.Il proiettore della stanza non ha potuto usare il telecomando originale senza energia. Il proprietario ha iniziato a aiutare a sostituire e depurare, raccomandato.

來武漢，住這家酒店很明智。酒店好找，不擔心迷路。乾淨整潔，環境舒適，設施齊全。管家服務周到，照顧長者孩子。離地鐵近，方便去黃鶴樓、户部巷等景點。離曇華林很近，很好逛。晚上能逛江灘看燈光秀，家人玩得超開心，下次還來！

Somerset's location is superb as it is within a shopping mall & metro station in its basement level. The attached mall has Aeon supermarket, many good value local eateries & others. Room is very spacious, clean and it is equipped with washing/dryer machine. I will absolutely stay here again!!

La camera era spaziosa, dotata di due letti matrimoniali 1.8-meter. I letti erano comodi, e le foglie erano pulite. Purtroppo, c'era un odore di fumo che veniva dal bagno di notte, che io suppongo fosse causato dai clienti che fumavano nella prossima stanza. La signora era utile, dopo aver chiesto di cambiare le stanze, mi ha organizzato il giorno dopo, e ha anche raccomandato alcune attrazioni turistiche e ci ha dato un piccolo regalo quando abbiamo fatto il check-out. L'hotel è un po' lontano dal centro della città, ma è a destra dalla stazione di metropolitana, e ci vuole 35-40 minuti a piedi per raggiungere Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. La camera è ampia, dotata di due letti matrimoniali 1.8 metri, adatto per quattro adulti.Il letto è molto comodo e la letto è molto pulita.Purtroppo, una fumatura è stata fatta nel bagno di notte, e io sono stato causato da un ospite della stanza accanto. La signora proprietaria è molto brava. Ho proposto di cambiare la stanza, mi ha aiutato il giorno dopo.Ha anche raccomandato alcune attrazioni turistiche e ci ha inviato un piccolo regalo quando ha lasciato la stanza.L'hotel è un po' lontano dal centro della città, ma proprio al contrario della stazione della metropolitana, si siede sulla metropolitana 35-40 minuti per camminare a Xuhan Road.
