Welcome to "Easy Breezy" - a waterfront three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, single family home located in a protected harbor with a 150 foot dock. Relax on our waterfront living space complete with pergola, outdoor furniture, and bbq kitchen. Enjoy fishing and water sports out your front door!Our house, Easy Breezy, offers waterfront activities just steps from the front door. The property is located next to Orchid Bay Marina within the settlement of Guana Cay. The house and dock may be rented for $575 a night (plus VRBO fees and taxes), accomodating six (6) guests although electric and water for the dock is an added expense. The porch has wonderful views of the harbor and evening sunsets. Enjoy a refreshing drink on the porch as you watch the fishing boats and yachts navigate the waters of Abaco.Although you can explore most of the island on foot, you may also want to rent a golf cart to explore the outer lying areas. I highly recommend renting the golf cart from our Property Manager, Darvin Curry as he will meet and greet you at the ferry dock, deliver your golf cart, and introduce you to the island and Easy Breezy.You may rent a boat to explore other islands, otherwise use the house kayaks or stand up paddle boards to explore the waters. If you are an experienced diver, be sure to go on a snorkel/scuba trip with our local dive experts from Dive Guana. Six (6) sets of snorkeling gear are provided with your rental to explore the largest reef in the Abaco islands located on the Atlantic side of Guana Cay.There are restaurants and bars on the island, liquor store, grocery store, and hardware store for all your needs while visiting Guana Cay.Upon booking, we ask that you contact our Property Manager, Darvin Curry (+1 242 577-0003) to inform him of your time of your arrival so he can meet you at the dock and take you to the house.Please remember it is an island with limited fresh water sources, so please be respectful of the water usage and minimize waste of water. Should the water run out due to over usage, you will be charged for the additional cost to fill the water cistern. There is also a generator in the event the electricity goes out. If you'd prefer to go out you are just steps away from our resort restaurant, On Da Beach Bar & Grill. We are also excited to introduce our new on-site bakery, SeaBiscuit Bakery. All of our guests have access to both pools on the property.
