1st time here. Amazed with the scenery offered and also on the superb facilities. Check in process is smooth and 2 staffs at reception counter are very polite and greet us with smile. Free flow americano and espresso also offered at the counter. Room is good and the bed and pillows are comfy enough. In house cafe provides good food for dinner and breakfast (to purchase). Pool is good and opened until 10pm. Me and my kids even goes for a swim at 915pm. Definitely will come again in the future with other family members. Worth the price!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Genting Skyworlds Hotel, and I can’t speak highly enough about the level of service and the quality of the stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in and check-out were smooth. However, the highlight of our experience was the exceptional care provided by Mr. Rusman. Late one evening, our helper began experiencing severe gastric issues, and Mr. Rusman immediately went above and beyond to ensure her well-being. Mr Rusman stepped in without hesitation and arranged for an ambulance, which arrived promptly within five minutes. He went above and beyond by personally accompanying my husband and my helper to the clinic, assisting with the registration process, and staying with them until our helper received the necessary medical treatment. Once the doctor cleared her, he also ensured they had transportation back to the hotel.This act of kindness and genuine concern for others made a world of difference in what could have been a stressful situation. It’s rare to encounter such caring and attentive staff, and Mr. Rusman’s efforts truly made our stay memorable. I am incredibly grateful for his support and for the hotel’s overall exceptional service. I highly recommend Genting Skyworlds Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guest.

This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards. Amazing hotel property, very detailed, almost all properties in my room are amazing, there is a Christmas tree inside my room, free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture , wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality, also bathroom properties from the white company. The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this. The location is perfect inside the mall, next door to mall and theme park. room cleanliness: perfect. Breakfast : not buffet breakfast. food is not varied, little protein. Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

Very recommended for family with kids because the hotel so many kids activities so that they are can enjoy the hotel to max. Hotel also offer a shuttle bus to GPO within 1 hour time frame until 11pm. If you drive car here you can validate touch n go card so that you only pay minimal parking rate during your visit. Definitely will repeat again because I love the cozy environment.

Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary water and coffee, but the wifi wasnt't working throughout my stay Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The hotel apartment has a great, spacious layout and a simple design, ideal for a three-bedroom stay. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The bedding was problematic—the mattress was too small for the King Bed, making it unsuitable for two people, and the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the unit also fell short of expectations. Additionally, accessing the hotel from the carpark was inconvenient, requiring two separate lifts and crossing a link bridge. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide detailed check-in instructions, only sending a vague message to check in at the tower, which caused some confusion. While the space was nice, these areas need significant improvement.

La posizione è eccellente perché è molto conveniente ottenere cibo , solo bisogno di attraversare il ponte. La stanza è normale e abbastanza vecchia. Il divano era già rotto come mostrato nella foto (solo usano un coperchio per coprirlo)Il bagno non era nemmeno drenando bene. Il tempo di aspettare tra 10-12pm è orribile, perché avrete bisogno di aspettare almeno 20-30mins per controllare il periodo di tempo.

Arrived at the hotel using the shuttle bus at tower 7. To check in, you need to go to tower 2 at ground floor. Apparently they displayed this information in the lift. There is a long queue at the counter. You need to verify your booking at the kiosk first and can go to the counter if the system fail to identify the same. They will then give you some reference no and you have to key in at the kiosk again in order to check in.
