L'ambiente è buono, proprio nel centro di cinque elefanti, ci sono molti cibi sotto il piano, ci sono pranzi conveniente per il piano giù, e lo spazio della stanza è anche grande, la luce è molto alta, si può raggiungere il sole dopo l'apocalisse, e si può parcheggiare gratuitamente, super bello

La posizione dell'hotel è un po'nell'area vista, ma è ancora molto visibile.Non c'è video nella stanza che sembra cosi'grande, c'è un design sproporzionato che la macchina è gia'stata al piano di sopra, e'troppo inconveniente di usarla.
L'atteggiamento del personale della reception dell'ultimo giorno è migliore di quello precedente, più sorriso, cattivo nei due giorni precedenti e non risponderà.
E'come combinare due camere da letto doppie senza riposare, almeno quattro?

The room is extremely comfortable with nice bed and hot shower. Comes with a fridge and washing machine. The owner was also very friendly and there are plenty of food options nearby.
The metro station is also a short walk away.
Will stay here again.

The place is quite difficult to find (if we spoke Chinese we could have called to ask, but we don't). The location might be OK for people doing business near by, but for tourism, the neighborhood is not interesting, it is quite far and not well connected (metro station is quite a walk). The service was OK (one young man at the reception was quite helpful). The apartment looks like the photos were taken many years ago. Things are not that new, nor practical, nor so clean. In general the place needs a deep clean. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell (they did offer to change the room one day later, hut in a time that was not convenient for us). The good thing is that the bed looked and smelled very clean and the room was quiet.

Molto buono, molto grande, il vantaggio è avere un frigorifero con un grande divano, una finestra di terra, è adatto per un viaggio di amore e un viaggio di genitori. Questa esperienza di soggiorno è fantastica!La stanza è ben lucidata, l'igiene è molto attenta, non c'è odore di lucido, l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è buono.Il personale di servizio dell'hotel, in particolare il personale che chiama il fiore, è moderato e educato e ha una risposta tempestiva alla domanda. Completa con equipaggiamento circostante, comodo per il trasporto, rapporto costo/prezzo molto alto, fortemente raccomandato!Forte raccomandazione!

離火車站客運站都特別近，位置比較方便。樓下的店也是比較多。很方便。

From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place.
First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay. I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience, which is a rare find these days.
The atmosphere in and around the property was also quite serene, despite its central location. Noise was never an issue, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep. Security is clearly a priority as well, with secure access points throughout the building, so I always felt safe and at ease during my stay.
Overall, my experience at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店) exceeded all expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the area. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and grateful for such an enjoyable stay, and I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip. If you’re looking for a place that truly feels like a home away from home, I highly recommend giving this apartment a try—you won’t be disappointed!

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

UUtente ospiteQuesta volta ho avuto l'onore di soggiornare al Linjiang Youxianyuan Hotel, situato sul fiume Li, nel centro di Guilin. È stata un'esperienza di viaggio indimenticabile. L'hotel non solo vanta una posizione geografica privilegiata, ma offre anche un ambiente elegante e un servizio attento, che fa sentire gli ospiti come immersi in un paesaggio dipinto.
Posizione eccellente e comodi trasporti
Il Linjiang Youxianyuan Hotel si trova vicino al fiume Li, a pochi passi da famose attrazioni come la Collina della Proboscide dell'Elefante e il Picco Duxiu. I trasporti sono molto comodi: sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici, è possibile raggiungere facilmente le attrazioni. Nei dintorni dell'hotel si trovano inoltre numerosi ristoranti e negozi, il che soddisfa tutte le mie esigenze di viaggio.
Ambiente elegante e servizi completi
Il design dell'hotel combina sapientemente elementi tradizionali e moderni, mantenendo l'essenza della cultura locale. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, dotate di servizi completi e curate nei dettagli, trasmettendo agli ospiti il calore e il comfort di casa. In particolare, la camera con vista sul fiume offre la possibilità di ammirare il fiume Lijiang che scorre fuori dalla finestra, sdraiati sul letto, come se foste voi i protagonisti di un dipinto, immersi nella natura.
Servizio intimo, esperienza completa
Il personale dell'hotel ha un'ottima accoglienza. Dal check-in al check-out, ogni momento fa sentire gli ospiti a casa. Non solo hanno risposto alle mie domande con calore e attenzione, ma si sono anche presi la briga di aiutarmi a trasportare i bagagli, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto premuroso. Questo servizio meticoloso mi ha fatto apprezzare profondamente la meravigliosa sensazione di ”vivere immersi nel paesaggio”.
Questa volta ho soggiornato al Linjiang Youxianyuan Hotel: sia per la posizione geografica, le strutture ambientali o l'esperienza di servizio, è stato impeccabile. Se tornerò a Guilin la prossima volta, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel e continuerò ad apprezzare questo luogo poetico e remoto.

Recentemente ho soggiornato in un hotel di vista sulla spiaggia a Beihai con alcuni amici, e l'esperienza è stata fantastica! La stanza era spaziale, moderna, e aveva tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il bagno che si trovava davanti all'oceano era un trattamento assoluto, che ci permetteva di rilassarsi mentre godevamo il sole incredibile.
La cucina era ben attrezzata e ci è stato utile preparare i nostri pasti quando ci siamo sentiti come stare in casa. L'hotel è situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, così potevamo godere di sabbia e mare senza alcuna difficoltà. Il balcone era un grande luogo per stare con amici, con un confortevole sedile e una vista invincibile sull'acqua.
In generale, questo soggiorno è perfetto per una divertita e relax con gli amici. Molto consigliato se si cerca un ritiro sulla spiaggia con tutti i comfort di casa!

Owners are nice, and even if they don't speak English we can talk through a translation app. Communication was also fluid through WeChat and the translation tool.
The apartment it self was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning was done everything day.
The only pain point, that are not directly linked to the room, is that the corridor is often dirty (but that's because of the neighbors I guess) and the elevator takes a long time to come. It's a pretty old building...
But on the overall, it was quite nice so we extended our stay there! Thank you !
