Was a tad disappointed that our sleep got disturbed by the renovation in the morning. Really hope the hotel management could pay more attention to that. Otherwise, a great hotel that we will return to again.

Where the heart is, everything shows. That happens with each and every one of our trips with the Accor Group. The one with Movenpick Surabaya is no exception. The heart was there, from the moment we stepped into the front door. FOM Amalia was there - all smiles, open arms to greet us. GM Eksi was a step away to get us started on our great Movenpick experience once more. It was all hearts, from each and every one we met from the ground floor More Lounge to the 21st, the Patito on 7th. Executive Chef Vanda was there in person to attend to us, whipping up the best meals we've had this trip, ensuring the right level of sweetness or saltiness, just right smoothness and spiciness; perfect as perfection should be. HM Lucky Idris was not far behind to add cheers to every encounter, making light every conversation. And, our room on the 21st was magnificent; couldn't ask for more - every amenity of creature comfort was there - comfortable bed, long bath, mini bar, you name it, they gave it. Through every detail, the heart shows; every greeting, personal and close by name, not from one member, but by every staff that came our way. Clear as daylight, this Accor Movenpick property is all hearts 💕. We were all welled up in our hearts. Thank you, Ibu Eksi; thank you, Pak Lucky, Pak Vanda; thank you, Ibu Amalia. You gave us a fulfilling close to our six days in East Jawa. Be assured we'll be back for more Hearts. Don't lose heart, if we take a little longer to come. Blessings.

Questa è la nostra prima visita a Surabaya. Ci siamo trasferiti per 2 notti 2 camere. Tutto era tutto a posto, ma una cosa che mi dispiaceva era il personale del ristorante quando abbiamo fatto colazione l'altro giorno. Nel ristorante di fronte chiese il numero di stanza che era molto normale gli ho detto 2 camere i miei figli 2 bambini 1 mia nipote 1 e gli ho detto che mio marito sarebbe qui presto, poi sono andato a trovare la nostra tavola e preparare il pasto dei miei figli improvvisamente è tornato con lo stesso interrogazione ha detto loro SOP 1 camera per 2 adulti ha chiesto quanto vecchio i miei figli anziani. Non ha senso perché può vedere il mio figlio anziano lontano dagli adulti ha appena 8 anni. E gli ho detto che sono venuto qui con 3 adulti, 2 bambini, 1 bambino così che cosa è il problema? Ho preso due camere.Mi dispiace alla fine, ma ha rovinato il mio umore mattinale.

Un nuovo hotel a ovest di Surabaya che collega direttamente al centro commerciale Pakuwon. E' pulito e pieno di servizi, tra cui piscina per bambini, zona di gioco per bambini, bagno, bevanda benvenuta, colazione internazionale diffusa e centro fitness.
Il servizio è impeccabile e il personale è amichevole.Anche se l'hotel sembra essere molto ricco, il luogo del colazione è spazioso e può ospitare tutti senza essere troppo tranquillo.

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

UUtente ospiteThe check-in lobby is on the top floor while the lower lobby is only for drop-offs. Didn't expect anything because I ordered the lowest room, apparently at check-in I was told that my room was double-upgraded from superior (44 m2) to executive (81 m2). If the superior type is just an ordinary room without a pantry, the executive type has a complete kitchen and equipment. The room is very spacious consisting of 4 rooms, consist of the bedroom, bathroom, living and dining room, and kitchen. The rooms smells good and there is no damp smell at all. All equipment works fine For the living room there is a dining table equipped with 3 chairs, a long sofa and a small sofa with a large TV. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, zinc, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker. Very complete and still looks all shiny. Tableware includes spoons, forks, chopsticks, knives, ladle, scissors, corkscrews, bowls, teapots, cething, plates, various glasses and mugs, pans. For bottled mineral water, 2 bottles of 600 ml are provided, coffee uses excelso coffee capsules, tea uses the Dilmah brand. Kitchen amenities are also very complete, namely sunlight and sponges, plus liquid soap is also provided for washing. So oakwood is perfect for those who long-stay or gather in parties with friends The bedroom is also quite spacious, equipped with a cupboard, desk, work desk and chair. Adequate sized TV with digital viewing and wifi also runs smoothly. There are also many room sockets so you don't get confused if you bring lots of electronic equipment. The soft mattress is great for sleeping with 4 regular pillows and 2 decorative pillows. For the anniversary set, they are given a large slice of cake with an art towel. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and rain shower, closet and sink. Towels are provided 2 bath towels and hand towels. Complete amenities for Budi Jaya production. The bathtub has clear water and fills up quickly, anti-drama. Swimming pool, fitness and spa facilities are available on the F floor. The swimming pool is indoor and a bit dark, forget whether there is a children's pool or not. Complete fitness equipment, the brand is life fitness, each treadmill is also provided with its own TV. Breakfast at Oakwood starts at 06.00-10.00. The taste is quite suitable on my tongue and the variant are considered complete. Breakfast conditions are also crowded 1. Waffles and Pancakes 2. Indonesian Corner (Yellow rice, beans, noodles, fried chicken, Rawon) 3. Madura porridge (pearls, marrow, grendul, pandan, green beans) 4. UUtente ospiteAscott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes because it explains many rules that must be obeyed and the procedure for replacing the parking ticket with a parking card after check-in and replacing the parking card with a parking ticket at check out. Fortunately, the check-in process was carried out in a sitting position with a comfortable and soft chair. The hotel lobby is on the left while the apartments are on the right. The interior and furniture are still very well maintained and good even though the corridor leading to the room feels stuffy and hot. Executive rooms have kitchen facilities, living room, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. Cooking utensils and cutlery are very complete. Microwaves, electric stoves, sinks, dispensers, kettles, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, soup bowls, and washing machines are all complete and functioning properly. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. The public facilities are top-notch and very complete, starting from a clean kids club, a special hotel pool complete with a gazebo even though the pool size is not too big, a business center, a gym with a life fitness brand and complete equipment (although a bit dark), and there are 4 pools available integrated with apartment facilities (1 pool is being renovated, rotating pool, kids pool, and standard pool). I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

UUtente ospiteLa prima volta che ho prenotato a Orchard, lo studio con un letto extra, poi ho detto che c'era un'uscita di potenza, quindi mi sono trasferito a Tanglin per aggiornare a **R senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La posizione è molto strategica perché è attaccata al Pakuwon Mall. Il resto è sufficiente.La stanza è molto piccola.L'ospite è comunicativo e può essere chiamato.Il processo di raccolta della chiave(carta di accesso elevatore e porta di posta, chiave della stanza,carta di parcheggio) In realtà, la casella postale e il parcheggio sono confusi se non è descritto. Fortunatamente, l'ospite mi ha dato foto e spiegazioni e pronto a rispondere se si chiama.

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto qui quando mia cugina si sposa il marzo 2021. Hotel Verwood situato nella zona molto strategica che vicina ai pedaggi, ristorante, strutture pubbliche, ecc. L'hotel è stato diviso in un hotel e un appartamento. Sono rimasto all'hotel perché è già stato ristrutturato. Camera abbastanza spaziosa e coperta da tetto. Completa con divano, desk, sedia e altre strutture : mini frigorifero, TV, caffè/tea. Questa camera sembra già essere ristrutturata. Bagno Bagno e doccia non sono separati. Devo prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia. Gli appartamenti erano completi piscina che chiedo per la ricezione di asciugamani da nuoto, ma hanno detto che posso usare asciugamani nella mia stanza e possono cambiarla se voglio. Nessun personale sulla piscina.Colazione Menu standard variante per 4 stelle hotel : menu indonesiano, omeletta, noodle, salad, dessert. Eravamo in attesa di diversi minuti di riso fritto mentre si riempiva. Solo meno personale in attesa sul ristorante. In generale, questo è un buon hotel a causa della loro posizione, ma perché non è un nuovo hotel, devono avere una buona manutenzione per garantire che tutte le strutture siano in buone condizioni.

NNovian.tri.asmoroAgak membingungkan, lalu kamar juga tidak bersih, air di kamar mandi bau, kurang nyaman untuk di tinggali. Tidak ada akses internet karena dilantai 30, dan tidak ada akses wifi jadi cukup menyulitkan. Tapi bisa akses lansung ke mall. Kelebihannya karena bisa liat pemandangan sperti yang di foto lantai 30..
