Hotel vicini a Surabaya Kota Railway Station a Surabaya

First time staying in Surabaya Suites. Location is excellent, near amenities. Plaza Surabaya, WTC and Tunjungan Plaza is nearby (walking distance). Room is huge and comfortable for both Junior King Suite & Business King Suite. 60 TV channels available. However, for Buffet Breakfast, the menu is not that much. Something for the hotel to look into in order to attract more guests. Service is fine overall. Price is also reasonable.

Molto comodo, ho prenotato per deluxe ma non c'era nessuna stanza disponibile, così la mia stanza è stata migliorata, grazie al personale per essere professionale e utile. Il colazione era buona e molte scelte (ovest e indonesiano) da pancake, Il cibo tradizionale indonesiano, e il cibo cinese come riso fritto, ecc. la stanza era pulita ma può essere più pulita (ho trovato pochi insetti, ma era davvero buono per me. in generale molto raccomandato e l'hotel è situato nel centro della città, quindi questo è un plus! 🤩

CAMERA : Le camere sono a posto, come disegnate. Aria condizionata fredda. Entrando nella camera prenotata vengono fornite 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale media, purtroppo una ne è rimasta a metà, e una è ancora sigillata. Anche le condizioni del materasso non sono ordinate. BAGNO : Quando si entra in bagno, nel lavandino è stato utilizzato un sapone, il cestino in bagno aveva anche residui di tessuto che non erano stati gettati via. #In futuro, potrebbe esserci più attenzione.

Ascott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes because it explains many rules that must be obeyed and the procedure for replacing the parking ticket with a parking card after check-in and replacing the parking card with a parking ticket at check out. Fortunately, the check-in process was carried out in a sitting position with a comfortable and soft chair. The hotel lobby is on the left while the apartments are on the right. The interior and furniture are still very well maintained and good even though the corridor leading to the room feels stuffy and hot. Executive rooms have kitchen facilities, living room, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. Cooking utensils and cutlery are very complete. Microwaves, electric stoves, sinks, dispensers, kettles, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, soup bowls, and washing machines are all complete and functioning properly. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. The public facilities are top-notch and very complete, starting from a clean kids club, a special hotel pool complete with a gazebo even though the pool size is not too big, a business center, a gym with a life fitness brand and complete equipment (although a bit dark), and there are 4 pools available integrated with apartment facilities (1 pool is being renovated, rotating pool, kids pool, and standard pool). I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

L'hotel è buono.....il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile ed educato.....il servizio è soddisfacente......prezzi competitivi...vicino all'aeroporto....consigliato

Very beautiful, modern and cozy hotel. But 2 important things: WIFI runs bad and the most important... It's an obligation to change sheets and pillows. My sheets were not changed, even pillows, with long hairs of previous guest. To bad this!!!

L'hotel, in una posizione invidiabile, ha giustamente guadagnato la sua popolarità tra i locali. Dopo l'arrivo, siamo stati accolti da un team di amici collaboratori che hanno espresso un caldo benvenuto. Il buffet di colazione era eccezionale, e noi consigliamo di provare il naso in casa. Le camere spaziose, mancanti in alcune strutture, erano altrimenti confortevoli. Tuttavia, abbiamo notato un leggero odore di vapore e polvere che era un po’ sgradevole. Un piccolo guasto che avevamo era con la luce - le luci di soffocamento non erano abbastanza forti da fornire sufficiente luce, soprattutto dopo il tramonto. Inoltre, ci è stato deluso trovare solo un paio di mutandine fornite nella stanza, nonostante la prenotazione per due ospiti in ciascuna delle nostre due stanze. La nostra più grande questione è emersa quando abbiamo organizzato il servizio di auto dell'hotel per portarci all'aeroporto al momento della partenza. Il conducente ha lasciato i nostri genitori al terminal nazionale, ma non è stato fino a dopo che ci ha informato di un ulteriore onere per portarci al terminal internazionale, nonostante la breve distanza tra loro. Abbiamo già pagato un premio per il servizio di autovettura dell'hotel, ed è stato deludente che il conducente non abbia rivelato questa tassa supplementare in anticipo. Sebbene comprendiamo l'importanza dei margini di profitto, riteniamo che sia essenziale dare priorità alla trasparenza e all'onestà con gli ospiti. In generale, questo hotel è stata una scelta decente per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Nonostante i minori svantaggi, abbiamo goduto del nostro soggiorno e apprezzato il personale amichevole e un ottimo colazione.
