A chest of drawers is located in the Trimble Bedroom as well as a bedside lamp! The Cascade Bedroom has a double bed and a single day bed ideal for 3 children or 2 single adults. The Trimble and Cascade Bedrooms share a full bath with shower and tub and are located upstairs!Our home comes with a Modern Kitchen that boasts a double oven + built in microwave ideal for cooking those family holiday meals. A very nice and big formal dining room table that sits 12 as well as a breakfast bar in the kitchen that sits 2. The Kitchen contains a Dishwasher, trash compactor and Stove Top Gas Range! Plenty of cabinet space and don't worry about bumping into each other in the kitchen as it is a very nice size:)There is a 2 Car Garage with one garage door opener that opens either door. This garage will keep the vehicles nice and dry and out of the driveway and out of the snow in the wintertime:) There is plenty of room for 2 more vehicles on the apron outside of the 2 car garage. The Patio is well located on the 3rd Fairway of the Dalton Ranch Golf Course.Our Villa is very private in its location located at the end of a cul de sac.
