Affordable price for solo traveller or couples, it is only 5 minutes drive from Batu Ferringhi, and parking is available in front the villa. The room is spacious, and the shared bathroom is just in front of the room, hence it is quite convenient. The area is quite and guarded, feel quite safe. Recommended.

Il hotel era pulito, comodo e ben mantenuto. La camera era spaziosa, il letto era molto comodo, e tutte le strutture erano in buona condizione. Il personale era amichevole, accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutare. L'iscrizione e l'uscita erano rapidi e lisci. La posizione era anche conveniente, con facile accesso ai ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni vicini.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily. The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Location was great and the villa itself was nice. However, despite asking multiple times, the host kept denying us a slightly early check-in (e.g. 30 minutes or 1 hour) before the advertised hour of 3 pm. Further, when we finally were given the codes to the place, they were wrong and we were stuck outside the house whilst awaiting for the maintenance team. Instructions were also unclear, which led to us not realising that there is a facility card to pool and gym nearby. Given that the villa is meant to accomodate a big family, the necessities were lacking as there were limited number of tablewares and the pots were only enough for 1-2 persons. Overall, it could have been a much better experience but the service and facilities are severely lacking.

La posizione è molto strategica per godere la spiaggia ferringi e viaggiare a Gurney. La vista sul mare dal luogo molto attraente ... soprattutto al mattino. Il personale molto utile e il banglo molto bene mantenuto preservando il suo patrimonio originale. Non posso aspettare di portare i bambini al prossimo viaggio, sicuramente amaranno il giardino e il posto bbq, hanno il servizio di raffreddamento e lavanderia come concetto di condivisione, io e mia moglie goderemo l'atmosfera e l'atmosfera qui. Lavanderia e camera, letti molto puliti e confortevoli per dormire.

Not ideal if you arrive before evening. Verdict: A spacious and quiet option with convenient parking (once available) and free Netflix. Just be aware of the Penang tourist tax and potential daytime parking challenges. Best for travellers who can check-in later in the afternoon or evening.

A superb location,near shopping mall and super market.The house is well decorated and spacious.The bedroom is well kept and comfortable.We have wonderful 👍👍👍 experience of staying there.
