Non ci aspettavamo un soggiorno pulito, spazioso e piacevole in un bilancio affidabile con tutte le strutture. Era così tranquillo che volevamo passare più tempo all'interno della spiaggia 😃. Un tranquillo, forse perché abbiamo deliberatamente scelto giorni di settimana. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie.

Grande posizione, spazio di parcheggio enorme. Da quando viaggia con la famiglia tutti sono stati felici soprattutto i bambini dal 14:00 McDonald's è proprio davanti e Starbucks accanto a esso. Pochi centinaia di metri da negozi e piatti alimentari. La camera familiare era spaziosa e mi piace il bagno profondo.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily. The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Location was great and the villa itself was nice. However, despite asking multiple times, the host kept denying us a slightly early check-in (e.g. 30 minutes or 1 hour) before the advertised hour of 3 pm. Further, when we finally were given the codes to the place, they were wrong and we were stuck outside the house whilst awaiting for the maintenance team. Instructions were also unclear, which led to us not realising that there is a facility card to pool and gym nearby. Given that the villa is meant to accomodate a big family, the necessities were lacking as there were limited number of tablewares and the pots were only enough for 1-2 persons. Overall, it could have been a much better experience but the service and facilities are severely lacking.

Questo posto si sente davvero come il cielo le parole non sono abbastanza per catturare la sua bellezza e l'atmosfera.Tutto su di esso è semplicemente sorprendente. Le autorità qui sono incredibilmente amichevole, benvenute e facili, rendendo l'intera esperienza ancora più piacevole. Molto raccomandato! ✨

Location a bit tricky for first timer. Road sign ”Lava Mansion” quite small. The landmark ,Mayfair condominium. Parking were free. Just verified your car plate no. We booked two room. 1) Suite with spa bath (2 kingbed, 2 sofa, tv, iron) located at ground floor. Room is big enough to gather my whole family (8 peoples). Car parked infront of room. Suitable for elderly & family with kids. 2) Suite with 2 room ( 2room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom inc huge spa bath). All is good. Can accomodate 4 pax. I booked for my siblings. Located at level 1. Batu cafe, just a 2 minutes walk. Can chilled and have a tea time tea. Facing sea ! Nice view. We spend around 1 hour to take a family pic there before checkout 😅 Overall. Satisfied with this hotel. Calm & chill area. Not to far from georgetown (only 3 minutes away) Definitely will come again!

house was spacious, comfortable and enough to accommodation my big family kids had fun at the pool the adult had great time doing bbq, will definitelly come back here if we are planing trip to penang

A superb location,near shopping mall and super market.The house is well decorated and spacious.The bedroom is well kept and comfortable.We have wonderful 👍👍👍 experience of staying there.
