The receptionist was very friendly and helpful — much appreciated! However, the cleaning could be improved. There was dust on the TV cabinet, and the toilet wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Also the bathtub has a jacuzzi button, but it does not function at all. The photos and setup gave the impression that it was a working jacuzzi, which was one of the reasons I chose this room. I only found out from the receptionist that it functions as a normal bathtub. This was quite disappointing, as I had been looking forward to a more relaxing experience. But, overall is ok for short vacation.

Worth the price. Spacious room and bed was so comfy .. 4 person can sleep on a bed comfortably that big it was. Bathroom I love the concept of having the water pond like way. Enjoy my bath with soaking myself into warm water. NETFLIX is free guys.. enjoy watching it. Aircond fan lighting iron were tip top. Easy check in ans check out .

La camera è molto spaziosa e pulita. Letto confortevole, ma manca di mobili come tavolo da vestire con specchio, giacca per appendere vestiti e asciugamani. L'assistenza al servizio clienti è molto urgente. Poiché non ci sono ancora pezzi di rimorchio, chiediamo alcuni pezzi di rimorchio e lo facciamo lo stesso giorno. - Fornire la tavola di abbigliamento con specchio - Fornire la chiusura con le manette - Fornire Kettle elettrico - Fornire caffè e tè (3 in 1) - Fornire acqua minerale - Provi il mini frigo. - Fornire TV.

For our trip to Escape Theme Park, this accommodation was perfect! (Location wise) The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit. Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared. The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out. However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit! Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!

Io viaggiavo da solo. Il tipo di sedia non corrisponde, non posso usare il caricatore con il mio portale, ma ha immediatamente preparato un caricatore alternativo. Le strutture sono molto pulite e affittano una stanza in diversi edifici (una casa). Gli altri ospiti sono anche molto silenziosi, quindi posso usarlo senza problemi, e il prezzo è ragionevole, sono molto soddisfatto.
