Un soggiorno davvero speciale: autentico, splendido e pieno di carattere. Fin dal nostro arrivo, l'ospitalità è stata eccezionale. Vincent, il direttore, aveva organizzato un incontro con un membro dello staff all'ufficio postale. Da lì, abbiamo percorso il famoso sentiero degli asini fino all'hotel e, onestamente, è stato uno dei momenti più memorabili del viaggio. Panorami mozzafiato, asini lungo il percorso: è Santorini. Se vi aspettate una passeggiata completamente pianeggiante, siete nel posto sbagliato. E questo non è un problema dell'hotel. Ho letto recensioni che si lamentavano delle scale, definendole sporche o difficili. Avendole percorse personalmente, posso assicurarvi: niente di che. Una breve camminata, un piccolo sforzo: perfettamente accettabile. Se qualcuno non ce la fa, probabilmente non dovrebbe nemmeno venire a Santorini. E l'hotel aveva già organizzato il trasporto dei nostri bagagli in entrambe le direzioni, quindi la parte più difficile era già stata risolta. L'hotel non cerca di essere un finto resort di lusso. È autentico, grezzo e pieno di anima. La posizione è semplicemente il punto più spettacolare della zona: imbattibile per foto e panorami. Siamo stati incredibilmente fortunati ad avere una camera con vasca idromassaggio interna. Se visitate Santorini in inverno o all'inizio della primavera, questo è fondamentale: fuori fa freddo e tira vento, quindi è difficile rimanere a lungo. Ho cercato a lungo e mi sono resa conto che non ci sono molti posti qui con una vasca idromassaggio interna. L'acqua era eccezionalmente pulita, il che ha fatto la differenza. Profonda, calda e assolutamente rilassante nelle giornate più fresche di marzo. La camera era anche ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario: articoli da toeletta, macchina del caffè, acqua, tutto a disposizione. Visitare la Grecia in questo periodo dell'anno è davvero fantastico. Le strade sono tranquille, non c'è folla. I panorami sono altrettanto mozzafiato e non si deve sopportare il caldo eccessivo. Certo, il tempo è un po' imprevedibile, a volte piove, ma ci sono sempre momenti di sole. E la parte migliore? Non è caro come in estate. Un posto come questo è un vero affare. La colazione era abbondante, fresca e preparata con cura, con opzioni greche e americane tra cui scegliere: un ottimo inizio di giornata. Se cercate un luogo con un carattere autentico, un'anima e la cornice più bella di Oia, questo è il posto giusto. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento. Siamo sinceramente grati per il nostro soggiorno. Grazie Old Castle Oia!

La stanza è a Iaa, ancora un po'di distanza dall'aeroporto, ma il panorama è bello.Questo è adatto per la famiglia per vivere. Ci sono due letti, e poi la colazione è buona. L'unico difetto è che la stanza ha un gusto.

Non so nemmeno dove iniziare con Elizabeth... lei è eccezionale. Il nostro soggiorno a Theano Cave Suites era bella, immacolata e esattamente come immacolato online, ma Elizabeth è ciò che ha fatto sentire la nostra esperienza veramente 5-star. Prima di arrivare a Santorini, aveva organizzato tutto per noi. Un pilota privato era in attesa al porto con il nostro nome, la nostra stanza era pronta presto, e dal momento che siamo arrivati, non avevamo dovuto pensare a una cosa. Ha preso tutto dal nostro dischi. Ogni mattina preparava il più incredibile colazione a casa, a qualunque momento preferiremmo, e ci aiuterà a pianificare il nostro giorno... dove andare, cosa vedere, trasporto, prenotazioni... tutto. In qualche modo, ha fatto sentire tutto senza sforzo, mentre era ancora incredibilmente personale e autentico. Mio marito e io eravamo completamente scoppiati da lei, e noi abbiamo deciso di rimanere a Santorini per un'altra notte, per l'esperienza che ha creato per noi.  La suite stessa è bella, pulita, tranquilla, e tutto quello che si desidera... ma Elizabeth è ciò che rende questo posto inoltrabile. Posso dire con fiducia che se ritorniamo a Santorini, ritornerò qui specificamente per avere Elizabeth come nostro ospite. Se stai cercando una esperienza senza cura, lussuosa e veramente speciale a Santorini... prenota questo posto. E se hai Elizabeth a prenderti cura di te, considerati incredibilmente fortunata. E' davvero una delle migliori cose che questa isola deve offrire. 🤍

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

La vista è mozzafiato, la camera è pulita e accogliente, il proprietario e il personale sono gentilissimi e disponibili, e la colazione è deliziosa. Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico!

設施：入住時洗手間桑拿設施壞了，浴缸熱水一直上不來不能泡浴缸。 衞生：衞生打掃還是相當不錯的。 環境：環境還是要吐槽一下，地理位置相當不錯佔了整個懸崖，但是距離遊輪的穿梭小船太近太近，遊輪排出的廢氣會飄到我們酒店，導致空氣質量特別差，無論是泡私人浴缸還是私人泳池都要忍受廢棄味道。有點像對着汽車尾氣在泡澡，嚴重影響體驗，覺得酒店這一點配不上幾萬的價格。但是風景還是相當優美的，看風景不錯。 服務：服務過關，但我住過同級別上萬一晚的酒店，對比下來還是覺得這個酒店配不上上萬一晚的價格。提供豪車免費接送服務，這一點還是很不錯的。前台和服務人員感覺專業上不如中國大陸同級別上萬一晚酒店的服務人員專業。但是總體島上大概也是比較chill的風格所以應該是普遍情況。 個人認為我的評價非常中坑客觀，由於住過很多高端酒店，對酒店要求高，因此對比下來這個酒店整體沒達到預期。不過每個人心理預期不一樣，所以我的評價僅供參考。

Una casa meravigliosa! Un proprietario meraviglioso! Ci ha aiutato a noleggiare un'auto usando solo la nostra patente di guida cinese. E dopo il recente terremoto di Atene, la casa si è dimostrata straordinariamente resistente. Il proprietario ha un gusto eccellente e la sua estetica si riflette nell'arredamento. La stanza era silenziosa, pulita e ricca di dettagli. Si può cucinare e, con le tende aperte, si vede il mare. La carta da cucina è stata fornita in abbondanza. Si trova a breve distanza dal ristorante cinese Yixiangju, dove si può fare la consegna a domicilio. È stato un soggiorno molto confortevole, con tantissimi servizi eccellenti. Per chi guida, questa è un'ottima scelta; ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se si fa affidamento sui mezzi pubblici, potrebbe essere necessario un taxi.

This property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in. When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated. We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

I must say, this place is in prime location in finikia with a very walkable distance from the parking with all needed amenities & security. The market is near by the place and easy commute is available. The best part is with the view from the room and the common area. Very beautiful, relaxing & quite romantic at the same time. We, both must appreciate the clean, small and still beautiful jacuzzi with a beautiful sea view. The accommodation manager is very helpful, who can help you with commute for visiting the places around and a good friendly natured person. He will always be with you, whenever you need any help. I must recommend this place in santorini for holidays spend.
