Celestia Grand

Tutto è stato assolutamente meraviglioso. Nikos è l'ospite più gentile ed è così simpatico. Ha gestito il nostro intero soggiorno con facilità e grazia. Le foto non rendono giustizia è il bellissimo hotel tenuto nel mondo. La colazione era per i reali e la camera era il massimo del lusso con i letti più comodi. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

What can I say about this magical place? My best friend and her two adult daughters and I rented the 2 bedroom villa. Everything about this place was perfection. The views, outstanding. The staff, professional. But the concierge, Niko, well he was fantastic! I started communicating with him about 1-2 months prior as I specifically wanted reservations at one restaurant. He guided me through what I should do during our stay. He recommended we do a 5 hour tour, which was amazing. He suggested we do a 4-5 hour catamaran tour after we checked out since our flight wasn’t until 6pm, which was also fantastic. He kept in contact with us, made sure we got back after our outings and was very invested in making sure our stay was perfection. If I ever have the pleasure to return to Santorini, I would only consider here. Could I find cheaper, sure, but it would not be the same experience.

I used Trip Advisor to try and find the very best place to stay in Santorini and decided on the Celestia Grand based off of the perfect reviews even though trip advisor currently rates it as #3. I am extremely happy I did as I managed to see the other top places and they really don’t compare! We travelled as a family with our kids and the Grandparents and stayed for a full week! The villas are simply beautiful with amazing views. The food was incredible, with an on-site chef that cooked amazing food. The meat platters were one of our favorites and we had breakfast every morning set out for us, I highly recommend the Greek style omelette! For us, the star of the show was Nico! He really took care of us and we did everything he recommended and it all turned out perfectly. My father in law is suffering stage 4 cancer and Nico looked after him when we went on excursions that he didn’t feel up to. When we went to different places they knew we were coming cause Nico had always called ahead. He made sure we were taken care of at every meal and I am quite sure that there was not a point in our trip that he was not thinking of us and making sure we were having a good time. The staff at the Celestia Grand works hard as well. One thing I really liked is tips are not expected every time you get room service or your bags transferred, you can simply leave the gratuity at the end, which is nice and ensures everyone gets taken care of. If you are looking for the BEST place to stay in Santorini it is the Celestia Grand. Trip advisors algorithm is off by a long shot! If you stay here do the boat trips that he recommends and the beach he recommends. The seaside restaurant at the beach had amazing food as well! Thanks again, Nico, Alex, Bobby, and staff!

Wow.. really all I can say about Celestia Grand. I stumbled on them when I was frantically looking for a place that would accept children under 12. Apparently it's near impossible to find on Santorini. It ended up being the biggest blessing. This hidden gem leaves no detail missed. Niko was in touch as soon as we booked offering to help with our stay in anyway. I responded, expecting the normal, "how many extra pillows or towels do you need" response. Man was I wrong. He helped plan our entire stay, building an itinerary that helped keep the kids entertained and the adults happy as well. This man wields MAGIC. He booked all of our reservations, transfers, tours, excursions.. EVERYTHING. He truly cares about your stay and that you feel like you're actually on vacation. And as a mother of smaller kids, it's nearly impossible for me to actually unwind and relax, well it happened here. They were so kind and caring to our kids and made them feel so welcomed. Bobby brings a breakfast built for kings every morning based on when you schedule it with Niko the night before. They plan your housekeeping on your schedule for the day so they are in and out before you even come home. We ate dinner here one night and the food was phenomenal. The place is pristine! Rooms are well appointed and has everything you could need. Typically when I'm on vacation, I'm really ready to go home... we usually all are. Not this time.. we were all super sad and wanting to extend our stay, alas responsibilities called us home. If you can stay here, don't keep searching. BOOK. I'm telling you. You won't regret it. It's just outside of Fira so it's peaceful and quiet. With Niko at the helm you canNOT go wrong. We can't wait to come back.

A hidden treasure in Santorini! away from the busy villages of Fira and Oia. The service was absolutely impeccable! Beautiful rooms, clean, the spa was fabulous! VERY private. I had booked restaurants and a tour before we arrived! The BEST meal we had was the recommendation from hotel manager, Niko! My recommendation is to contact Nico ahead of time and let him book EVERYTHING for you! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santorini! Thank you Niko and staff for making our 35th Anniversary truly one to remember!!!

As wonderful as we hoped. The Artemis villa had the most spacious and sweeping view of the caldera, lovely pool, amazing loungers, and little hot tub. Inside space was expansive and comfortable also. Breakfast served to your villa wonderful each day. And can’t say enough about service and staff. We hated to leave each day! Nikos did everything for us, even picking up our teen girls from town himself when they asked to schedule a taxi. Wish we could teleport back now!

Property is beautiful and very private. Staff is constantly working to maintain a pristine environment. Our villa had a giant balcony area with private heated pool and hot tub with an amazing view of the sea and the volcano area. Staff anticipates your needs and works hard to take care of each guest. ( they even packed a to go breakfast for my son who had to leave early a few days before the rest of us ) Niko is the concierge - he handles every thing you need, bookings , laundry service etc., He even helped my family arrange beautiful flowers for a Mother’s Day surprise! Breakfast is dropped off each morning to enjoy on your private terrace area. Housekeeping comes twice a day, constantly replenishing towels, robes and anything else you need . Hope to return here ! It’s my favorite spot in Europe so far.

Our family of 5 stayed in two villas and had an amazing time. The quality of the facility is outstanding and the views without equal. Morning breakfast is 5 stars. Partnerships with nearby hotels offer access to restaurants and health club. Service is personal and attentive. Niko is an amazing concierge and manager and is there to greet you in the morning and when you return in the evening. He worked with us before we arrived to schedule things including airport pickup. He gets to know every person individually and solves any issue immediately. We chose to put ourselves in his hands and followed his suggestions for tours, boat excursions, restaurants….everything. He arranged transportation and made last minute changes with ease. This is truly a 5 star experience.

There are no words to describe what a great experience we had at this hotel. My wife and I were traveling with our two adult kids. Niko the manager anticipates every need. He is personable and full of ideas on what to do. He cares personally. The entires staff is wonderful. The breakfast is brought to your private outdoor table and was over the top. We have stayed in a lot of places around the world and this experience was right up at the top.
