Il nostro soggiorno era breve perché eravamo in città per un matrimonio, ma si ottiene quello che paga. Specialmente per solo $ 62 per notte. Era decente pulizia, ho segnato principalmente perché abbiamo trovato e ucciso 3 bug, che sono come il mio peggiore nemico. Abbiamo controllato i bug del letto, non c'erano. lo abbiamo anche segnalato a causa del piccolo odore che non era abbastanza giusto e su una delle foglie c'era una tintura marrone. un consiglio per il personale se lo leggeno, Il piatto in parete scent cosa deve andare in alto, si mette in alto e si è svuotato tutto il giardino! Anche per forse anche il proprietario, bug trappole sono così economico, solo alcuni sticky dietro il frigo e vestiti ti sorprenderebbero. Eviterà che i vostri clienti debbano vedere i bug e ucciderli. Le strutture sono marcate in basso perché la piscina è stata chiusa, e il ristorante che è allegato non sembra essere in azienda. Non ci sono segni che potessimo vedere che l’azienda è stata chiusa, ma sembrava così. La posizione è buona, a 10 minuti dal centro! è un po 'di zona rurale, ma ha funzionato bene per noi, poiché il luogo di nozze era a soli 10 minuti. Quindi qualsiasi cliente futuro, se si aspetta un ostaggio vacanze o meglio, non lo riceverà! Questo si sente più come un mix tra motel 6 e un super 8. Quanto meno le vostre aspettative se si arriva qui. è un bel posto per un soggiorno economico.

The staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful. My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from. The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional. Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment.

The hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day. Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel: ++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station. + The room was cozy and clean. + The room had a futon and a good desk. - Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by. -- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor. Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.

Bella moderna hotel ma molto scarsa. Nessuno ha pulito la nostra stanza durante il nostro soggiorno di 7 giorni. Il colazione era brutto; 2 giorni di corsa non c'era latte o pane in uno stato che ha 1.26 milioni di vacche! L'hotel dispone di grandi strutture, come lavanderia e macchina per il ghiaccio, su ogni piano, potrebbe essere sorprendente e le parti cattive devono essere scarse. C'era un forte odore di liquido idraulico sul piano superiore e negli ascensori. Il personale sembrava davvero non volesse essere li', tranne una bella signora chiamata Lee, che era molto gentile e amichevole. La nostra materassi e le nostre mutande erano dure e timide, ben oltre la data di vendita.Io e mia moglie abbiamo sofferto sette notti con una qualità del sonno sgradevole e dolore alla schiena. Dovevamo andare al divano per chiedere carta da bagno, perché non c'era nessuno nella stanza. Sulla partenza all'aeroporto dopo l'uscita, ho ricevuto una notifica che avevano prelevato un'ulteriore tassa di 150 dollari senza alcun motivo. Quando abbiamo controllato, ci è stato detto che la stampante era rotta e non potevano fornire una fattura, hanno promesso di postarci, ma due giorni dopo non l'abbiamo ancora ricevuto. Non mi fermerò mai in un altro hotel Wyndham.

The cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

Il mio figlio adulto e io dovevamo andare in Rhinelander il fine settimana per un funerale. C'era anche una conferenza sportiva in corso, quindi tutti gli hotel erano molto preziosi, tra cui Cobblestone. Una volta superato lo shock dei prezzi, abbiamo goduto molto dell'hotel. Era nuovo, così pulito, e i letti erano molto comodi. Avevamo una stanza con 2 letti regina, più un'altra zona con un divano sezionario e un'altra TV. Credo che qualsiasi gruppo con bambini piccoli avrebbe amato quella stanza e i canali televisivi che si occupavano dei bambini! Non capivamo come funzionava la TV a distanza, quindi quando ho chiamato il desk front, una giovane donna molto piacevole è venuta a mostrarci come funzionava. Anche se era meraviglioso, penso che le istruzioni stampate dalla TV avrebbe funzionato e li avrebbe salvati un po' di tempo! Il colazione era buono .... uova in polvere scrambled, ma molte altre voci da andare con esso. C'era un ristorante familiare vicino alla porta, ma era aperto solo per colazione e pranzo. Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì!

La camera e la posizione erano fantastiche, gli ospiti no. I muri erano una cosa fantastica e sembra che ci fossero più feste in corso. Quando mi sono lamentato del rumore alla reception, mi hanno chiesto ”beh, cosa vuoi che faccia?” Anche la persona mattiniera per il check-out è stata molto scortese quando ho chiesto una ricevuta.

I have stayed here before and the location and price were right. This time however I was very disappointed and honestly feel I should recieve a refund do to the condition of the room. For starters there were roaches behind the bed and by the desk area and the carpet was seemed together terribly . Did not appear that the room was cleaned very well at all. Then I went to take a shower and notice it had zip ties and tinfoil holding some of the shower head together. I had a first floor room and the window latch was broken as well. This was very dissatisfying and definetly made it hard to sleep after noticing roaches behind the bed . I usually never leave reviews if I’m not satisfied with something but I feel an obligation to leave this review to prevent any traveling business people from picking this hotel because the location is great but it is a party hotel if you ask me. I would definetly like to be refunded for this terrible experience.
