Hotel a 2 stelle in Washington, Stati Uniti d'America

Lobby smelling because you open the Thai and Chinese restaurant that make more smell at the lobby The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one . In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .

Great location, shuttle makes it easy. At airport, in the taxi pick up location there is a sign with the number to call for shuttle snd they come to pick up straight away. We are going to use again next trip.

Per essere onesti, le foto che ho visto su Trip.com mi hanno fatto credere di aver prenotato al tuo hotel di base. E, certamente, non avevo alcun problema con questo, da quando venivo a prendere l'orientamento della CES con mio figlio, e avevo solo bisogno di un posto per riposare e avere un posto per il nostro bagaglio. Per qualche motivo Trip.com aveva elencato a un rating inferiore, e ho immaginato che avessi ottenuto il grande tasso a causa di esso. Nessun problema, neanche. In realtà ho prenotato circa 2-3 mesi, che ha aiutato con il tasso. Ma ....... dopo una folle 8+ ore di guida in 88 gradi, la città di Cougar era un'oasi alla fine di un Mirage! Dritto nel cuore di Coug-ville! Non poteva essere in una posizione migliore. Tutto a passeggiare, la città era sorprendente. I Inn Keepers erano carini e utili. Mi sentivo come se fossi al mio ”Little Home Away From Home!” Le foto postate non facevano giustizia per quello che abbiamo trovato quando aprivamo la porta. Mani giù il miglior hotel piccolo che abbia mai avuto. Certamente un occhio di una donna per la comodità, con un schema colore che dice Home to the eye di questo uomo. Belle lenzuola, qualcosa che vedresti in un catalogo. TV a schermo largo, frigorifero spazioso e microonde. Spaziale vanità, spazio in immersione. Bagno pulito anche. Se stai pensando di rimanere per un po', ci sono molte camere per sconfezionare i vestiti e tenerli nel grande vestito nella stanza. Mi piaceva davvero l'ingresso della chiave elettronica. L'unico con che posso segnalare, è che la testa del doccia non era la migliore, e era sgualdrina con la pressione dell'acqua. Ma, però, sono sicuro che la fattura dell'acqua può diventare pazza di possedere un hotel, quindi posso dare un passaggio in quel punto. Io sto pensando di tornare a metà agosto per il decollo studentesco e sicuramente resterò a COUGAR TOWN! Prenota la mia stanza ora! Grazie per il tuo soggiorno memorabile! GH

Good for family stay. Had stayed for the night so didn’t get chance to use the pool. The facility seems to be amazing, will try next time in

We booked it for a fun convention. I was disappointed right off the bat. I put both my husband's name and mine on the prepay reservation. They insisted that my husband had to come in to show photo ID so they could confirm it really was us. The kitchenette had no towels or anything to wash with. They said they don't have kitchen towels or cloths. We booked 3 nights, they gave us 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. They said they had a towel shortage. Brought our garbage to the front desk because we didn't know what else to do so they said, put it outside your door and give us a call about it being there. Although, there was no replacement bags in the room. When I went to take a shower, I learned that we had 2 hotel type conditioner bottles and 2 lotion bottles. No shampoo. We only got one mini bar of soap so I used it to wash my hair. The heater in our room didn't work right either. It was either blowing cold or hot when set on Auto. We did try several settings. We froze the first night. Cooked to death second night. Third night just cold but not freezing. I heard the restaurant isn't open yet. I could see things were being worked on but they also seem to have a lack of staff. I don't feel the cost was appropriate for the level of care. I did find 2 of the staff that really did seem to care. One stuck up woman and then lazy ones. Notice the unclean porch. The tore up base of front door.

This hotel is not in the best location a lot of undesirables and drug ******* in the area  The front door looked like someone had tried to kick it down at some point  No large towels were provided only hand towel size . Lots of hairs in bed Toilet did not flush properly  Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave provided were both clean  Wifi worked ok and lady on reception was nice .

It was wonderful to have 6 EV charging stations at this motel. Even though it was only 7.3kW/hr, it is free and enough to make a huge difference on travel. I booked this location specifically for the EV charging feature. I used the J1772 charger. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast and nice to have yogurt and fruit. The only thing I would do differently is to request a top room floor. We were on the second floor and they do have high ceilings and large rooms, but the party above us was thumping on the floor, ie feet were running. We were in room 201 and I went up to 301 at 1030pm to talk to them. I told them we were getting ready for bed and it was pretty loud as they were right above our room. Although English clearly wasn't their first language, they said ”oh sorry!”. I thought it would start to get more quiet, but lasted until 12:30 am. Honestly, the rooms were dark with the shades closed and if they would have just turned out the lights, there would be absolutely no way anyone could be running around in the dark. That was the only thing negative was the walls/ceilings might be a little thin, but I guess it depends on your neighbors and again, my request would have been a top floor to avoid this next time. Beds were very comfortable, check in easy. And again.... Loved EV charging on site. Thank you!

Per i guidatori, questo è un buon hotel per soggiornare. Molto pulito camera con grande microonde per l'uso.

Room was great but tub didn’t drain fully I let them know when we checked out they were grateful and said they would address it and get if fixed before the room was rented out again. Pool cold and hot tub where barely warm but they had been recently refilled from what the front desk staff said and those things take awhile to reheat. Breakfast was amazing as where all the staff we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future once the pool is warmer.

Il servizio di bacio aeroportuale può essere disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Non preoccuparti che l'aereo non possa arrivare a mezzanotte.
