L'installazione complessiva della stanza è perfetta, ma è più vecchia. Si può vedere che dovrebbe essere un hotel di alta qualità in città in quel periodo, ma il divano vicino al letto della stanza con un forno a fumo, pareti bagnate inondate di elettricità, pavimenti bagnati con vecchio acquario, e si può vedere che non è stato aggiornato per molto tempo. E il garage sotterraneo B3 non ha elettricità, è necessario camminare dal sentiero B2, un po'pericoloso.Il personale di servizio è di buona qualità complessiva, ma c'è una sensazione di mancanza di mano e di rifiuto di lavorare durante il 51. This hotel is the most beautiful in Shijiazhuang. The landscape is beautiful and the interior is very aesthetic. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it is extremely beautiful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the bath tub. There is also a big balcony but due to it being winter time we didn’t get to enjoy it. The gym is great for a hotel and not to mention very clean. It has all the essential equipment for a great workout. The hotel advertised having western and Chinese breakfast however as a foreigner the western selection is basically just bacon and some different types of bread (croissant, danish etc). The breakfast was also extremely cold for the 5 days we had it. Also there was only 1 restaurant (a la carte) open during our stay so we had to find our lunch and dinner outside of the hotel. This was extremely difficult as there aren’t many food options in this area. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

The hotel is near Wanda, and it's great for shopping. After arriving at the hotel, Bliss arranged an upgrade for me, and the check-in experience was super great.

L'hotel è situato nel cuore della città di Shijiazhuang, al di là del Museo di Hebei , vicino a una stazione di metropolitana.Il servizio è eccellente, la camera è pulita, il personale è molto gentile. Vi consiglio di rimanere in questo hotel quando vi visitate la città di Shijiazhuang .

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

帶娃住過不少親子酒店，這家真的很貼心 首先得誇誇房間的親子細節——特意選了主題房，入住之前酒店給我打電話，讓我選主題，他們會按照我選的主題提前佈置，我兒子選的是太空主題的，有太空的小帳篷和玩偶，有小童專用的牙刷牙膏，娃一進房間就歡呼着跑進去玩，完全不用我費心哄。床是拼接的大床，2米6超級大床，一家三口睡綽綽有餘，不用擔心寶寶掉下去。 辦理入住時前台小姐姐態度特別好，全程微笑引導，還主動介紹了酒店的設施和周邊推薦，效率也高，沒等幾分鐘就搞定了。房間比圖片看着還寬敞，裝修是簡約乾淨的風格，床上用品摸着很舒服，枕頭軟硬剛好，一躺下就不想起來～ 最驚喜的是衞生細節，桌面、浴室角落都乾乾淨淨，連淋浴間的玻璃都沒水漬，看得出來保潔很用心。 這個酒店的位置太加分了，樓下就是商場，地鐵，不管是出差辦事還是逛吃都超方便，周邊便利店、餐館也多，晚歸買東西完全不用愁。 走的時候開車發現一張愛心小紙條，真的是暖到我了，酒店的安保部，把我的車玻璃擦的乾乾淨淨，這是我住過的其他酒店都沒有的服務，太貼心了 帶娃出行選對酒店太重要了，這家絕對是解放家長的“神仙酒店”，下次帶娃來還住這！

石家莊新開的這家洲際真的很棒啊！ 尤其是這次要特別感謝Cheryl的貼心安排！ 姐姐真的把酒店以人為本的理念做的很好， 從預訂酒店就是她一直在介紹房間和有特色的服務誒，入住之後我們加了她的微信，不僅秒回需求，還主動幫我們預留了超美的景觀房🌄！ 當然啦，酒店不僅好住還特別特別好吃，一樓的餐廳完全承包了我們這兩天的早中晚餐！來之前我們就聽了Cheryl建議，提前在dy直播間囤了西餐牛排+下午茶套餐券，真的特別划算，嗨碗餐廳的戰斧牛排肉質嫩到爆，下午茶的咖啡也特別出片啊發了好多朋友圈這兩天📸 寫在最後：住了兩天完全不想退房😭真的， 從入住指引到周邊攻略，Cheryl全程在線解答，真的有種VIP私人管家的感覺～這比出門旅行好玩多啦，又輕鬆還不累，下次旅行還要找她訂，信我的閉眼沖就對了！

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, l'ossigeno negativo è molto alto, l'ossigeno naturale è un luogo sacro, ci sono montagne e acqua, come un grande parco di vacanze. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato fantastico. Il vice-recepolo ha informato in anticipo la riparazione della stanza di prenotazione originale e ha aggiornato gratuitamente la stanza del campo. Le foglie e il caffè del personale per la colazione sono carine. Sono molto entusiasta. Mi sento come il cliente torna. Quando si è lasciato, il piccolo caffè della ricetta e il piccolo Dong hanno anche dato un piccolo regalo ai bambini.

È molto carino, le pantofole vengono messe nella stanza quando entri nella stanza, il letto per la preparazione viene comprato e aperto e un piccolo biglietto viene scritto e messo come souvenir. Con molta attenzione, accanto al letto è stata messa dell'acqua minerale. Ho dormito molto comodamente.
