Hotel a 2 stelle in Provincia della Mecca, Arabia Saudita

L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta, a 8-10 minuti a piedi dalla Kaaba/Haram. L'hotel è bello e pulito, la camera era di buone dimensioni ma il bagno era un po' piccolo ma funzionale. L'hotel dispone di numerosi ascensori e dispone della migliore poltrona massaggiante nell'area della reception, che fa cose straordinarie per alleviare il dolore! Il fratello Munif alla reception è stato d'aiuto, ci ha fornito informazioni sui taxi per il Monte Hira e Medina, sui luoghi dove prendere un buon caffè e tè, oltre ad essere un bravo ragazzo divertente. Non abbiamo mangiato in hotel ma ci sono molti posti dove mangiare vicino all'hotel, tutti economici e gustosi! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ci tornerei! Grazie ancora! :-)

The location of the hotel was very good, especially for anyone visiting the Haram. It is located a few buildings after Le Meridien Makkah, and the walk to the Haram area was around five minutes. For those going towards the Mataf area, the walk was approximately 12 minutes. Overall, the location was one of the strongest points of the stay. The room itself was generally fine for a solo traveler. I had booked a single-bed room, and for a one-night stay it served the purpose. However, one thing that was disappointing was that the hotel did not show any bathroom pictures on the website. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that the shower area was extremely small. The shower was right beside the commode, and part of the shower area was practically overlapping with the toilet area, which made it uncomfortable to use. Another issue was that the telephone in the room was not working. Because of this, whenever I needed anything from reception, I had to go all the way down personally to ask. Also, towels were not provided in the room initially, so I had to go to reception and request them. Overall, for a single-night stay, I would say it was worth it mainly because of the excellent location and easy access to the Haram. However, the bathroom setup was disappointing, and the lack of basic room readiness, such as towels and a working telephone, could definitely be improved.

Il personale di questo hotel, Faris e Noura, è stato accogliente e disponibile durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Le camere erano pulitissime e molto confortevoli. Ho apprezzato anche la posizione, ad Azizia, ai margini della strada principale. Raggiungere la moschea Haram è molto semplice: c'è un autobus gratuito all'ingresso dell'hotel che porta direttamente alla moschea Haram, e un altro autobus, il Makkah Bus, che costa 4 SAR a tratta; in taxi, il costo varia tra 5-10-15 SAR. Do 5 stelle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ a questo hotel e al personale, Faris e Noura.

Le service de transport est a amiorer. Surtout pour ceux qui viennent pour le perelinage ou qu'ils veulent se rendre a la mosquée Haram. La zone est mal couvert en transport. Un Bus est utilisé, ce qui complique le retour.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone for the price. The room was so spacious clean and could easily fit 4 people. Would like to thank Mr Nafaz and Mr MD Almas both gave us a really nice stay and great customer service. We even where allowed to checkout late for no extra cost . Thank you for everything we stayed from 05/05/26 to 07/05/26.

Every time you see this magnificent hotel, you will feel completely satisfied. It was so clean, well arranged with this unique perfume every where in the hotel. In just a five minutes you can be at haram. I really recommend this amazing hotel

I am very disappointed with jameel service. I booked and payed for 3 adults but they allocate us room having 2 bed our 3 person slept at floor which was very unfair. First they keep us stamd by for about half hour and we was so tired and longing to sleep.
