Hotel a 2 stelle in Minnesota, Stati Uniti d'America

Era molto pulito e il personale era sorprendente per aiutarci a uscire.

Il servizio dell'hotel è entusiasta, l'igiene è pulita e pulita, la camera è calda e spaziosa, la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, il personale di pulizia della stanza è anche molto gentile, la sorella della ricetta è anche molto entusiasta, il prezzo della stanza è anche molto pratico, il prezzo è alto! Ho avuto più di una comoda e confortevole esperienza di soggiorno, e fuoco interpersonale, che è la mia valutazione di questo hotel.

Hotel economico.C'è un autobus all'aeroporto e un parcheggio gratuito.Anche se il colazione è semplice, può garantire la nutrizione, il cameriere della ricetta è anche molto entusiasta, la salute è buona e molto tranquilla.

Ho avuto un argomento con uno degli indiani che gli ho detto che la mia carta chiave non funziona più e ho bisogno che sia riattivata... e' come se vedessi il tuo ID... ho detto che il mio ID è nella mia stanza d'albergo... ha detto che non c'e' niente che possa fare... ho mostratogli la mia ricetta... nel mio email dicendo che ho prenotato per 3 giorni gli ho mostrato che ho pagato $177.50 Ho discusso con questo uomo per circa 10 minuti, poi si è rotto gli occhi e era come **** con un po' di atteggiamento e ha attivato la mia scheda di tastiera nella mia stanza, poi sono andato su le scale, ho preso il mio ID e sono andato giù per le scale e L'ha buttato in faccia.Il posto è un dump non rimarrà mai più lì.

✔️ Silenzio + pulito: la zona di notte è molto tranquilla, il letto sembra essere nuovo molto pulito, acqua calda e confortevole, condizionamento dell'intera camera.

L'hotel era a posto per un layout di volo. Ho avuto un problema con il servizio di navetta che aspettavo quasi 2.5 ore da prendere e ogni volta che li ho chiamati, hanno detto che erano in viaggio e alla fine hanno detto oh il conducente non mi ha visto. Finalmente, quando lo vedo, aveva un atteggiamento... anche nel viaggio di ritorno all'aeroporto, aveva un atteggiamento in macchina come se qualcuno mangiasse il suo colazione... Quando si è verificato, c'era un tizio alla ricezione, era molto amichevole e mi dispiace molto che non ricordo il suo nome, ma se lo legge, lo sa. Parliamo di viaggiare e cibo messicano, ha fatto la sua esperienza generale vale la pena e persone come queste abbiamo bisogno di più nel servizio ospite

This is a road side hotel/motel its right off the highway in a very small town! It was very outdated, and decor was not matching, I think a man decorated and painted it LOL, Nothing matches anything lol, but my room was clean! Im not a picky person just needed a bed to sleep in for a night. The guy was very helpful and friendly when I checked in. I am a midnight person, so I decided i wanted some microwave popcorn at midnight, the microwave either ran to hot or i bought bad popcorn. But in less then 2 minutes it burnt really bad, I set off the smoke alarms....lol and the room smelt really bad even in the morning when I left. I'm sure I woke my neighbors, so I apologize for that. If you just need a place to sleep its fine and not gonna cost an arm an leg! I would stay again.

So many issues to list: 1) I had booked a non-smoking room - the hotel did a bait-and-switch and gave me a smoking room instead. 2) The AC unit was barely functional, the room temperature never got below 84 degrees. 3) The bathtub drain was essentially non-functional, taking in excess of 20 minutes to drain after showering. 4) The A.D.A. grab bar in the shower was loose and wobbly, hanging by a couple screws. 5) Half of the ice machines were non-functional, and the other half were absolutely disgusting with dirt and rust. 6) Complimentary breakfast consisted of a barely lit dirty room, with a gallon of milk set out on the counter for who knows how long. And several other minor problems.

From check-in to check-out, we had a very enjoyable experience. Our accessible room was spacious, clean and the bathroom is what one should expect in a room for particular needs with wide doorways, a roll in shower and lower height countertop. Most rooms we have utilized at other hotels seem to only add grab bars and think that is enough to make it an accessible room. At check-in we were invited to be a part of their community with offerings of local events going on. We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. The breakfast that was included in our reservation was more than adequate with several hot food items. If we are ever in Warroad again this will be our only choice of lodging.

Nice hotel, clean, good location.
