È stato il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato per 2 settimane in Giappone. Tutto era semplicemente perfetto! Dalla camera spaziosa ai servizi forniti dall'hotel. Ciò che mi ha lasciato l'impressione migliore è stato il bagno pubblico al piano principale. Dopo una lunga giornata all'aria aperta, il bagno è VERAMENTE rilassante e lava via tutta la fatica. Anche se l'hotel era un po' distante dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ma ehi, indovina cos'era il Castello di Matsumoto a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel! Quanto conveniente!! Ci tornerò sicuramente se mi trovo a Matsumoto, adoro questo hotel! :)

I took my 3 adult children to Japan to experience what my childhood was like growing up there. We went to see Snow Monkey park which was fantastic and then we went to this hotel to experience traditional Japanese life style and the natural hot springs. They have an inside and outside hot spring. We were also served a traditional 7 course meal for dinner and breakfast in our own private room! My children were in awe and they said it was one of the best parts of Japan!

가미스와역에서 매우 가까워서 JR패스권으로 여행다니는 외국인에게 매우 좋습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 노천탕도 있기에 스와시가 교통편이 좋지 않아 대부분 걸어서 다녀야 하는 여행객에게 하루의 피로를 풀 수 있어 좋습니다.

La posizione è perfetta - proprio nel centro, vicino alla stazione Matsumoto e al castello Matsumoto. Numerosi negozi e ristoranti vicino. La stanza è abbastanza grande e dispone di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. La stanza era pulita e in buona condizione. Il personale è stato molto gentile e utile, soprattutto con il deposito del mio bagaglio e l'aiuto a mandarlo al prossimo hotel.

La posizione è molto grande con tutta la natura intorno. Il htoel. Ha anche un piccolo negozio, ma naturalmente la cosa migliore sull'hotel è il ronzio. Il ronzio è aperto 24/7, quindi puoi usarlo ogni volta che vuoi. Il ristorante si chiude relativamente presto, e si deve prenotarlo, ma altrimenti si può comprare un cibo a microonde molto conveniente nel negozio, e si riscalderà per voi, così è stato un grande servizio.

非常不錯的日式旅館，像是祖宅，裝修保養的很好。整棟樓有兩層，餐廳在二樓，早餐典型的日式早餐，最晚一場8：30。一樓二樓應該都有客房，一樓還有私人和公共兩個浴室，湯池很乾凈，但是也很燙。房間很寬敞，正好四張床鋪的位置。室內自帶衞生間，但是沒有淋浴間。室內陽台，望出去是花園景觀，視野很好，很安靜。交通也算便利，門口有去松本站的公交車站，車程大概25分鐘。PS: 旅館感覺是一家四口經營，爸爸兄妹。看攜程上沒有評論，希望點評能幫到大家。親測，推薦去松本遊玩的朋友。

Nice location with old fashion Ryokan hotel in Nagano. Business runs by 2 old people with warm welcome. It's share bathroom And they have onsen (small) avaliable for your stay.

This is a truly authentic experience! Cosy, with traditional furniture and bed, whilst still offering very comfortable options it's the best of both worlds. Plus, the view is among the best in town and the breakfast is authentic and charming. It was a beautiful experience to say here and the fact the hosts did not speak English actually added to the experience. I'd be sure to visit again next time I'm in Nagano.

特別滿意這次訂的房間，性價比很高，包含自助早餐和特別的晚餐酒店可以接送野猿公園和車站來回。原本以為離湯温泉比較遠，其實無論走路或者巴士都非常方便，擁有室外温泉池，大廳有特產店。老闆很好，借了相機充電線給我。唯一要説缺點的話就是枕頭有點硬，大概我有點睡不慣。

Located just within 3min from Yudanaka station, Raki Onsenryokan is run by a Chinese family. As a quiet town on its own, no one was tending to the reception when I arrived, after ringing the bell, a lady came down to help with the check in - very straightforward. I believe the family stays in the same building as they said if we ever needed anything, we could just ring the bell at the reception. Obviously I had booked a room too big for a solo traveller as this was the only room left as ”non-smoking”. Toilet and sink are at two different parts of the room which was a little inconvenient. Ryokan offers free drive (15min) TO snow monkey park, but not return, so please cater at least 35min to walk from park exit to the bus stop. Ryokan also provided a hearty breakfast, overall for the price paid it was a decent stay!

老闆的英文很好溝通順暢，房間很大有暖氣，乾淨衞生。私湯挺乾淨的，對面就是初之湯。晚上出去泡街上的公共湯體驗很好，下着雪，穿着浴衣也不會冷。 早上老闆送我們去了車站非常感謝。在湯田中渡過了短暫但温暖的一晚。會推薦其他朋友過來的！ The host was great and easy to communicate with, speaking excellent English. The room was big, clean, and warm. The private onsen was nice and clean, and Hatsu-no-Yu was just across the street. We loved soaking in the public onsen at night while it was snowing.feel super warm only wearing the yukata. In the early morning, the host kindly drove us to the station. It was a short but lovely stay in Yudanaka. Highly recommend it to friends!

Room is small but clean and tidy. No private toilet in the room. Reception is nice and helpful. Price is very reasonable.

First off, the staff are lovely. Even with a language barrier they were friendly, and the reception man was kind. I've stayed at Villa about 4 times now, but this was the first time in about 11 years. Sadly there is a lot that needs to be fixed. The pricing has increased heavily since I was last here. Whilst it is very close to the ski lifts of Ichinose Family, this is a budget accommodation. But I would still expect it to be cleaned more regularly. The rooms are fine, but the hallways, and common areas look very dated and have paint peeling, cracks showing, carpet is old, worn and dirty, and nothing would imply it is being maintained. We never had dinner here, but breakfast was a buffet style, and whether it's worth it to you or not is a personal thing. The convenience store downstairs is only open at night times, and not every day. I remember the restaurant at ground level facing the road served excellent gyoza, ramen and beer. Sadly it's been closed for a while and used as storage. I don't want Villa to become like the rest of the hotels in Ichinose, only for school groups or super expensive because of their proximity to the ski lifts, but it really needs to have some money invested in the property, replacing old and damaged decor, and carpets professionally cleaned yearly. But thank you to all the staff for being lovely and kind people.
