Great budget stay for the solo traveler! The place was always thoroughly clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It took some getting used to since it was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. For instance, no outside shoes in the capsule area: disposable slippers are provided once you arrive, so switch to those affter putting down your luggage. If you need an extra pair, you can grab one at the front desk. Also, your locker key has a QR code attached, so that you can scan to enter the capsule, locker, and shower areas. I kept forgetting to walk with it just going to the locker room, which you need the QR code to access! Thankfully, other guests would open the door for me since we shared the same space. One thing to note is the cleaning time between 11 AM and 3 PM: the capsules are unusable since they change the sheets, make the beds, etc., so it's best to be out in the city exploring or down in the lobby. Any bottles you leave in front of your capsule might be considered trash when they clean, so if you want to keep your drinks, keep them in the locker. If you have several personal items on your bed inside the capsule, depending on what it is, they may not enter to change the bedding, etc. so keep that in mind. They also provide sleepwear, disposable toothbrush and mini toothpaste, bath and hand/face towels in a small bag that they replace each day! There are proper places to return used sleepwear and towels (large laundry bags are clearly marked), same with trash disposal. There is a shower area with separate stalls. Many people tend to shower at night, so if you don't want to wait, it's best to shower before the cleaning time in the morning, or before 10 PM. Some girls would shower (and sometimes wash their hair), so it's common for many people to be in the showers late at night, even after midnight! Thankfully, there are small couches in this area, so no need to stand and wait. Also, the lockers are a bit tiny and narrow (see pic with disposable slippers), but I assume they are the standard for capsule hotels. They are the main storage for small items; luggage (like suitcases) is stored in an adjacent room. All in all, I would stay there again! Very close to Yokohama station, there are several restaurants, a few Family Marts and a Lawson's are within walking distance, as well as a mall called VIVRE with about 8 floors to browse.

房間很標準，床是乾淨的。 房間很老但是設施齊全，我的房間床正對着兩個電線門，有些嚇人但是可以接受 期間我的房間沒有吹風機，和前台服務人員説了之後及時給我找了 店門口裝修很有風格

L'hotel aveva tutto quello che aveva promesso: camera spaziosa e pulita, connessione Wi-Fi veloce, assistenza cordiale e una posizione perfetta per esplorare la città. Anche i piccoli dettagli, come amenities di qualità e il silenzio durante la notte, erano impeccabili. Non trovo un posto che si adatta tanto a quello che è stato annunciato, ma questo ha funzionato in tutto.

This is one of the best experience I have ever had! A very friendly owner + impeccable service. They offer pick-up drop-off services at togendai and oishishita, and when I asked whether they can drop off the luggage at Gora they said yes!!! Saved me so so much time!! Great room, not the most luxurious but definitely comfy. Be aware there is no private showers though. But needless to say, when theres an onsen why would you need a private shower! The onsen is great in a sense that since it's a small hotel, there was rarely anybody. It's almost like a private onsen. The water temperature of the inner one is just right, but the outdoor one, when it's snowing is quite cold. Also, the outdoor onsen had some debris as well. So the quality of the onsen isnt top notch but for the price, it's already way above my expectations. (Also you can see mount fuji as you are enjoying the onsen!) Only downside is the location. When they offer very good pick-up and drop off services, the luggage system from the railway doesn't include this hotel. This forced me to start the trip at togendai (you could ask then to simply pick up your luggage). Not a big problem if I have known this beforehand, but I had to change plans and get on the pirate ship first, so be aware!! Overall. 10/10 experience. Good price, good room, excellent service. Would come again definitely!!

La posizione dell'hotel era fantastica. Eravamo ad Hakone per le Onsen (sorgenti dell'hotel) e l'ostello era vicino a molte di esse. Il personale era molto disponibile ed entusiasta. L'ostello offriva anche un interessante ristorante, ma non l'abbiamo provato. L'edificio e gli interni sembravano molto tradizionali giapponesi. Molto apprezzato per un'esperienza immersiva in Giappone!

Flexstay Inn Kawasaki is located just under 1 km from Kawasaki Train Station. On the day that I arrived, I ended up being late due to travel from the previous location. I contacted Flexstay prior to make this arrangement and they were very accommodating allowing me to check-in at 11pm. The Hotel is very close to convenience stores or if you want to choose from a range of restaurants, they are all within walking distance, as are a range of different shops for those wanting a shopping experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was standard size with a TV, microwave, mini fridge and WiFi. I would have liked to have had access to an electric kettle, rather than one that sat on a cooktop. The bathroom was a toilet / bath / shower combined and body wash / shampoo and conditioner were all provided. I appreciated that staff allowed me to have a parcel sent to the Hotel that they held onto and provided me with a note, letting me know that it could be collected at the check-in desk. There was an issue with the hand basin not allowing the water to drain correctly, but as soon as I notified staff, it was rectified straight away. As the Hotel is close to a busy intersection, just be aware that there is noise from traffic throughout the day and night.

Amazing stay at iza, warm and friendly staff... more than excellent location, with just a small walk from the station and a quick throw from the ocean and the famous enoshima island! the location is really, really crazy good... lawson and 7-11 are so nearby, and there are lots of good local foods... highly recommend you try: 1. hilo ice cream - by a couple who had lived in hawaii for 10 years, they started an ice cream shop and it is crazy delicious 2. sobanii - a local soba shop w delicious soba!! 3. surfing! there are lots of surf shops towards kugenuma and for 3,000 yen, you can rent a suit and a board... there are classes for beginners too! it is also a train journey to kamakura where you can ride the cute enoden train... you can buy your meal and eat it at the cafe, or grab drinks and drink it in the evening with other hostel stayers... the cafe ice cream and coffee is delicious! Love this place, highly recommend

Il mio volo da Kuala Lumpur è atterrato con 20 minuti di anticipo. Dopo aver ritirato i bagagli, ho preso un taxi dall'aeroporto per l'hotel. Ci sono voluti solo 10 minuti per arrivare dal terminal 3 di Haneda, senza traffico. Sono arrivato in hotel verso le 22:40. Al mio arrivo, l'addetto al turno di notte mi ha fatto il check-in. È stato un processo molto rapido: mi ha mostrato la mia camera, mi ha dato la password del Wi-Fi, ecc. e questo è stato tutto. Sebbene l'hotel abbia solo 21 camere, con una superficie che varia dai 15 ai 35 metri quadrati, la mancanza di spazio è ampiamente compensata dalla pulizia dell'hotel e delle camere, dal servizio attento e dal personale cortese e proattivo. Scherry, la responsabile di turno, è una vera perla e conosce molto bene la zona. Mi ha dato consigli su come muovermi nel quartiere, dove mangiare e come raggiungere il terminal crociere internazionale di Tokyo in modo efficiente ed economico. Quindi, se state programmando di visitare Tokyo e avete bisogno di un hotel vicino all'aeroporto di Haneda (senza prosciugare il vostro conto in banca) e prima di proseguire per la vostra prossima destinazione, come una crociera o un viaggio più lontano, vi consiglio vivamente di provare l'Hotel Imalle e di cercare Scherry. Sono quasi certo che si prenderà cura di voi.

☀️ Quando sono arrivata, ho pensato di aver sbagliato posto: non avevo mai prenotato un soggiorno così bello prima d'ora! 🪲PRO - Camere da 4 persone rilassanti, con un letto comodo, un grande scaffale personale, un armadietto e un frigorifero in camera - Servizi e camere puliti - Asciugamani, dentifricio, yukata, shampoo e bagnoschiuma erano forniti - La sala comune era accogliente e piacevole, con tè e acqua sempre a disposizione e una splendida vista sul giardino - Sono rimasta soddisfatta sia della cena che della colazione e il prezzo era abbastanza economico (circa 1200 ¥ o poco più, a seconda delle scelte) - ONSEN PRIVATO che si può prenotare per circa 50 minuti la sera e utilizzare la mattina se non è occupato da altri (costa circa 150 ¥ a utilizzo) - C'è un servizio navetta a orari abbastanza regolari al mattino. Offrono un servizio navetta sia per la stazione di Gora che per il Museo all'aperto di Hakone! 🩸CONTRO - Lontano dal centro città/stazione ferroviaria 🌱 Mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho avuto delle compagne di stanza fantastiche che sono diventate anche compagne di viaggio e ho adorato la locanda, le terme, il cibo e la gentilezza del personale! Lo consiglio vivamente se decidete di soggiornare ad Hakone: prenoterei di nuovo senza esitazione!
