Hotel a 2 stelle in Bihar, India

Pros: Once we checked in and assigned our room- third one we were shown, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was decent and good value. Location was good.  Cons: Mgr at reception  first checked us in and then stated Agoda had no record of us! We had booked with Trip.com which he insisted was linked to Agoda. Suggested we cancel the booking and pay him! Eventually after speaking to his supervisor/ Agoda, things were assorted, but no apologies given.  We had booked a large room with city view. The first room we were shown had no outside window. The 2 nd a tiny 2 ft opening high up, small room. Third room better, a bit bigger and more pleasant.  We had to ask for toilet paper and a 2 nd towel. (These were supplied for the 2 nd night and our room cleaned.) No hot water in the morning for shower, two people came to ‚fix‘ and eventually managed to run hot water in the sink , to fill bucket to pour water on ourselves.  The mattress  had no cushioning whatever, and we slept poorly.  Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The outside of the hotel promises more than the inside delivers!

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.

Se vai a un tempio e cerca un posto economico senza molte comodità, questa è una buona opzione. È solo un passo 8-minute al tempio, che è molto conveniente. Mi piace. Il personale qui è molto amichevole e gentile.

Situato in posizione privilegiata. Facile andare da qualsiasi parte a patna. La stanza era anche buona. Il personale era utile. La stanza era pulita. Ambiente pacifico.

Room was worth as per price range, clean washroom, same roof resturant, best part is all the temple are at walking distance from the hotel

Good for families. Mr. Tinku ji & other staff are very helpful person. Mr. Tinku ji is ready to help at any time and makes sure you are comfortable. The food quality from the restaurant was also very good. There is room service for food also available the biggest advantage is that it is walking distance to mahabodhi temple.
