Hotel a 4 stelle in Baviera, Germania

Schlecht ausgestattete Zimmer Fehlt.  Minibar , Kaffee bereiter, Kosmetik Spiegel  Hausschuhe  Das bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel für 368 EUR + 64EUR (2 Pers). Fürs Frühstück. Frühstück bei völlig überfordertem Personal  Wird am Tisch in Etageren serviert sehr wenig Auswahl  Kaffee nur in halbvollen Tassen Kaffeekannen nur in sehr begrenzten Mengen vorhanden  Bei 32 EUR Frühstückspreis pp kosten Pancakes sagenhafte 6,50 extra  Kein Sekt verfügbar i Alles in allem völlig überteuert  Z. B. 1 Glas Wein 0,1 l !!!!!!!!!! 14.40 Euro  So nicht zu empfehlen

Molto soddisfatto di questa camera. La posizione è ottima, facile da raggiungere qualsiasi luogo. Nelle vicinanze c'è un centro commerciale per lo shopping. Vicino al Parco Olimpico e al museo BMW.

Questo hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. È stato molto utile vedere che molti ristoranti erano aperti anche la domenica. L'aria condizionata dell'hotel funzionava bene ed era confortevole. Non c'era un bollitore per far bollire l'acqua. La colazione dell'hotel aveva poche verdure, ma era abbastanza soddisfacente.

A quel tempo, la reception ha dato un'incarico di alloggio.Il giorno dopo ho guardato attentamente per sapere che c'era caffè gratuito, cibo e bevande alcoliche volanti.Parcheggio gratuito.E sauna.

While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Die Ausstattung Ihres Hotels ist zwar akzeptabel, die betrieblichen Mängel und das Verhalten Ihres Personals während meines Aufenthalts waren jedoch absolut inakzeptabel. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.

Grande soggiorno! Attenzione ai dettagli, il momento in cui siamo entrati nel lobby dell'hotel calmando il senso dell'aroma, ci accogliendo .Dolce e acqua fornita al lobby dell'hotel. La stanza è spaziosa. Pro: Posizione: gettare la pietra dalla stazione ferroviaria, dalla vecchia città e tonnellate di scelte alimentari. Servizio: grande servizio, check-in ufficiale alle 3:00, siamo arrivati alle 1:00 e la nostra stanza era pronta. Il personale era amichevole e servizio con sorriso. Alberghi: c'è una sauna, non abbiamo potuto usarla, ma siamo andati a controllarla. E' brillante pulito! Slippers disponibili con le scarpe rare in Europa. Forniscono anche punto di impulso olio essenziale posto al letto. Amore il senso. Kettle fornito nella stanza, conveniente per una rapida riparazione del caffè. Con: Letto: questo è l'unico problema principale: il supporto a letto è cattivo, dal lato duro.

Era vicino alla stazione e nelle vicinanze c'era un supermercato. È un hotel elegante.

Free hotel shuttle provided by Airparks. At Terminal 2, follow the signs that say 'Bus/Hotel Shuttle' and head towards the Bus Terminal, Stop #11. The buses run at xx10 hrs, xx30 hrs and xx50 hrs. It makes a stop at Terminal 1 before heading to the hotels. It actually stops at a big car park building 2 mins walk from the hotel. You'll see the hotel before it turns in and alights passengers at Airpark's holding area. Then it's a short walk across the road to the hotel where you enter from the back of the hotel. Simple room, good for one, might be a squeeze for 2 persons with big luggages. No wardrobe, just open hanging hooks which is great too. No mini fridge but basic shower amenities are provided except toothbrush/toothpaste. Bed and pillows is a little too soft for my liking. Quite expensive for a one night stay, especially for me, it was just 10 hrs literally - to shower and sleep. There's a bus stop a few mins walk from the hotel where you can hop on a direct public bus for €4.10 (cash only, no change given, runs every 15 mins or so) or pay €10 for the Airparks shuttle (runs every 20-30 mins) back to the airport.

The space, location and service were amazing. By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Wurzburg and it was relatively affordable.
