For the price, it's good value for money. Hot water and air-conditioning throughout the day. Staffs are helpful and ask if I have any requests. It's a very convenient place with a 24 hour convenient store and many food outlets within a few minutes walking distance. There's also a shopping mall and a RT supermarket across the road less than 100m away. Two bus services G90 & 86 to the Haikou East station and long distance bus station.

This hotel although not so new but well-equipped 👍🏻 a bit European’s style n elegant 👍🏻 - lift n corridor is clean, room is well-lighted, aircon new n works well, beds very clean mattress is comfortable, pillows so-so but acceptable 😜 window well designed with a balcony seat 👍🏻. Although location not in town centre but walking distance 20-45mins. Overall love ❤️ our stay for 3 nights - each day dustbins r emptied put 2 bottles of drinking water n if we changed towels (big n clean) new ones r given. Excellent hotel !!

Rooms feel more like serviced apartments, which is great if you enjoy extra space and a home‑like layout. But unless you book one of the villas, expect a decent walk to reach the beach area.

Заселение с 14:00 час, но мы приехали рано утром, нам предложили отдохнуть в других апартаментов бесплатно. Мы поспали и отдохнули. С 14:00 заселили уже в наш номер. В апартаментах было всё одноразовое ( зубные щётки, гель, шампунь) полотенца. Нам что тот не хватало мы писали, нам приносили. Отпуск прошёл на отлично, кстати обратно в аэропорт он нас отвёз.

UUtente anonimoI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

Il garage prende un elettrofob, raggiunge il piano della stanza, super conveniente.Il responsabile è molto entusiasta e risponde in tempo. Può affrontare le nostre esigenze alla prima volta, non solo professionale, ma anche attento, può stare in piedi dal punto di vista degli ospiti per pensare e risolvere i problemi.
Ambiente: l'appartamento pulito è alto e alto, sembra una roccia di lusso durante il giorno, e la notte è il fuoco della luce, molto bello!Gli oggetti nella stanza sono posizionati puliti e forniscono elettronica, saldatura, coltelli, biancheria e altri oggetti di giorno, il frigorifero, lavastoviglie e il vento elettrico sono tutti! Trasporti: il popolo è situato nella baia di Pauli Haifeng. Ci vuole solo un chilometro dal mercato notturno di Linqiao e può arrivare in moto per cinque minuti.Da qui parte, sia per la città esente da imposte che per la città di Sanya, e per il surf di posthai Village e Queen Bay, è molto conveniente. Se vuoi fare shopping, puoi andare a Sanya City International Free of Tax CDF. Se vuoi mangiare, il mercato notturno è una scelta, e il pirata sogna di non notturno!
In breve, consigliamo di stare calmi!

I bambini sono molto lieti.Le strutture interne della folla sono molto complete, la zona pubblica è calda e interessante, il vento di legno è molto curato. Vedo che la famiglia del proprietario è molto interessante e vivrà. L'igiene è anche eccellente. Una volta entrato, puoi entrare con i piedi lucidi. Il cappello bianco è ancora bianco per la guancia. È così comodo e sicuro.In futuro avrai la possibilità di rimanere, fantastico!!!! Durante il soggiorno, il servizio è insensibile.La stanza è pulita e incolore, il letto è comodo e i dettagli sono di grande qualità. La stanza è grande 35 pia di meglio di quelle catene.Ci sono anche semplice colazione per bere il riso e il riso. However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about.
We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP.
Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area.
Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift.
The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply.
With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day.
Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night.
Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay.
We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs.
When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery.
We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit.

GGenOhlsonComfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with.
Will definitely come again.
*The pool featured in the attached photos doesn't belong to the Seaview building; it belongs to the place next door, but there is a pool and sun lounge area on the 3rd floor of building 2.
*The neighbouring building has an aviary on top of the penthouse, and they have peacocks that call every now and then.

Спал как бревно, пока соседи не поругались на следующее утро. Вода не была проведена к раковине в ванной, но душ рядом с ней работает отлично, и температура воды регулируется, чтобы быть горячей. Персонал на стойке регистрации был прямым и отзывчивым, на все вопросы отвечали и решали их.
Обязательно приеду еще раз.
