Hotel a 5 stelle in Comune di Teodo, Montenegro

We are very used to stay in Hyatt Regency but this Hyatt was absolutely below my expectations. I would rate this as a 4 star hotel. 1. Our room was so far away and the flow did not make sense. We stayed in room 016 and 019. To the reception/reception it takes 5 minutes, 1 stair up and to the beach 10 minutes walk. Also the lift did not work even asking several times. rooms looked good, and clean. 2. You need to pay additional 20 euro for room service ?!?!? 3. For kids there is NOTHING extra. no toys, no kids club 4. 35 euro rent for the surf board. crazy 5. you need to get your towels with a card and return to get the towel card back. REALLY????? 6. no bath 7. food is ok. nothing special 8. coffee at breakfast is horrific 9. you need to get your own water at breakfast. Nothing served on the table even no glasses on the table. 10. staff; some are SUPER nice. some are totally not engaged. 11. the Pool is SUPER slippery. in the US they would have been suited. People really fall hard, sitting ate the pool for 2 hours at least 5 persons slipt. The tiles are so slippery how can they make this in a pool? It's mind blowing. So dangerous. I would not recommend this hotel for the price we have paid.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again! The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant at the hotel was excellent as well. There is a convenient shuttle bus to the beach, and complimentary sunbeds at the private beaches are included, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish modern interior, and everything feels brand new and very well maintained. There is still some construction around the hotel, but honestly, it didn't affect our vacation or disturb us. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with great service, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Amazing service and an amazing hotel with great facilities. Right next to the marina where all the restaurants, shops and bars are. Service was outstanding and the rooms were immaculate with very modern features. Great for fitness enthusiasts and those looking to relax. Tivat is a quieter area to stay and I would recommend everyone stay here, only a 20min taxi ride to Kotor

Sento che l'hotel è situato in un progetto immobiliare. Se non c'è errore, dovrebbe essere la combinazione del progetto immobiliare, e non è il caso di gestire l'hotel (standard). La stanza è come un popolo, strutture e decorazioni molto semplici, non come un hotel stellare, non ci sono molti turisti, le spese di cibo e le spese di alloggio sono molto alte.Se sei un miliardario, non venire perche'non vale la pena.Se non sei un miliardario, non venire perche' non vale troppo.

La decorazione è molto nuova e buona (il più importante è questo che io vivo all'hotel). Dopo un giorno, non è possibile fare foto.Il servizio è buono, tutti sulla reception sono molto entusiasti (questo posto è molto raro), aiutando a risolvere tutti i problemi. Il giorno dopo, ho preso il mattino di servizio, l'hotel ha preparato un super ricchio colazione.Sono sorpreso.Sono più caldo vicino, e pochi passi per vedere il mare.Raccomandazione.

Un hotel così bello con splendide viste e camere fantastiche. Le persone del desk front sono molto utili e bello! La posizione è leggermente lontano, quindi sicuramente consigliere di assumere una macchina

Потрясающий отель в замечательной локации с красивыми видами, идеально подходил для отдыха внутри отеля. Спасибо большое персоналу за сервис и внимательное отношение, мне легко помогли разобраться со всеми моими вопросами, вызову такси, заказу еды и раннему выезду. Чувствовалась особая забота и расположенность. Но больше всего меня покорили завтраки и невероятно вкусная выпечка 🤍 Буду мечтать об этих круассанах, жду скорейшего возвращения сюда!

訂的半海景房，但是入住時給了2樓完全看不到任何海景。通過攜程協調了給了最高樓層。太美了 。酒店地處位置優越 推窗看海景遊艇。步行可到富人聚集區。黑山唯一奢侈品品牌聚集區。早餐點餐自助。非常豐盛擺盤考究。總結一點，海外酒店一定不要吝嗇提出要求，維護自己權益。
