Sarhad Hotel is located rin the Old Town, making it very convenient to explore Bukhara on foot. Major cultural and heritage sites, including the Ark, are within walking distance, so there’s no need for transport. This is a family-run hotel, and the personal touch truly stands out. The owner makes the effort to greet guests daily, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. When we arrived past midnight, the owner was on standby to help us check in. We were hungry after the long journey, and they went out of their way to help us order food online — recommending a nearby pizza place, calling the store to check if it was still open, and placing the order for us. Special mention to Asilbek, who was very helpful and attentive, always greeting us and checking on us during breakfast. The team also assisted us with laundry at a very reasonable charge and helped arrange our airport transfer, making the stay hassle-free. The hotel itself is charming, with exquisite interiors that reflect traditional Bukhara style and give a homely feel. Our room was spacious, very clean, and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was simple and adequate — nothing fancy, but perfectly fine if you don’t have high expectations. One small downside: the hotel is located along the road, so you may hear some traffic noise at night. That said, it wasn’t frequent and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, a lovely hotel with genuine hospitality and heartfelt service. Highly recommended for those who value location and personal touch

Super new and clean room, and it was really relaxing. As soon as I checked in the staff brought me a big fruit plate (yum), and I was also moved by how the staff were helping and understanding. The only concern is the smell of the doormat in the bathroom (probably), and I guess it’s coming from the fact that it is so new the smells hasn’t settled in. I put the smell diffuser in the bathroom and the problem was solved.

Viaggiare a Bucarest è sempre un immerso in una storia di favola, ma la favola diventa un precursore solo quando hai la casa giusta. La nostra vacanza con un amico è passata in molte occasioni grazie all'hotel, che per noi non è solo un alloggio, ma una casa veramente accogliente. La posizione è semplicemente incredibile - il cuore della vecchia città. È impossibile pensare a una posizione più conveniente: tutte le visibilità sono letteralmente in disponibilità passo per passo. Ma il tesoro principale di questo hotel è la sua gente. Voglio esprimere la mia grande gratitudine all'amministratore Olim. Per noi è diventato non solo un membro del personale, ma un vero assistente per questo viaggio. Non si sorprendeva: ci incontrò sempre con un sorriso sincero, aiutato, consigliato e organizzato tutto nel modo migliore; nessuna delle nostre richieste fu lasciata invisibile, e questo senso di cura è invalutabile. Una storia separata è il tè. Quanti litri di aromatizzanti beviamo durante il resto - non contare! Ma ogni tè era un simbolo della stessa ospitità orientale che le leggende si fanno. Grazie per averci fatto sentire benvenuti, non solo turisti. Consiglio questo posto a chi valuterà il comfort, la storia e il calore umano.

La posizione è ok. Si trova in un piccolo vicolo fiancheggiato da molti B&B e hotel nella città vecchia. È a circa cinque minuti a piedi dallo stagno nel centro della città vecchia. Non è troppo lontano per andare in uno qualsiasi dei castelli. Le strutture sono decenti. Vivo in un cortile sotterraneo, molto tranquillo e con un buon ambiente. Ci sono anche il primo e il secondo piano. Le strutture delle camere sono mediocri. Si può solo dire che sono simili ai Chinese Home Inn o agli Hanting Hotels. Sono le strutture di un hotel economico e il flusso d'acqua dagli ugelli non è grande sono così così, quindi devo accontentarmi. La colazione non è niente di speciale. Come altri hotel lungo la strada, ci sono solo alcune cose e poche sono adatte allo stomaco cinese, quindi è difficile commentare. Il servizio è abbastanza buono, tutte le domande hanno una risposta, la reception parla correntemente l'inglese e la comunicazione è praticamente priva di barriere. Tuttavia, quando gli apparecchi dentali usa e getta erano esauriti, non venivano sostituiti e dovevano recarsi alla reception per ritirarli. Ci sono diverse persone chiamate minzifa. Quando prendi un taxi, incontrerai prima Minzifa Travel e poi Hotel Minzifa.

This hotel is so nice. I am a picky person when it comes to cleanness but their bathroom is really clean so I am not worried staying there. The staffs are so nice and friendly, I had my train at 3:00am so I did not book for another night but waited in the hall. They offered me a free night to rest before my train. They also prepared tea, fruits for me as late night snacks. The staff took my luggage out to put in the car for me. The location is perfect. It took 25-30 mins walk to Poyi Kalon and 10 mins to Choir minor. Really close to everything

Questo è un hotel molto carino. L'ho trovato molto pulito e confortevole. Anche il personale è gentile e cordiale e parla molto bene l'inglese. Il prezzo che si paga qui vale i servizi offerti. Se dovessi tornare o visitare di nuovo Bukhara, mi sentirei sicuramente a mio agio a passare la notte qui. Le foto mostrano il tipo di camera che ho prenotato e alcuni dettagli dell'ambiente all'interno di questo hotel.

strategic location in the quiet alley. 4 minutes walk to Chor Minor monument. short walk to restaurants nearby. the bed super comfy. shower & aircond works in good condition. and the best part is the rooms included with lots selection of delicious buffet breakfast. recommended!

The rooms have bathtub. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body shower, toothbrush, toothpaste, dryer, safety box, mini fridge. I couldn't book a train ticket and they helped me to get it, that was very helpful. The hotel is very close to the old city and there are restaurants and the coffee shop ”Bon” very close. The decoration of the bathroom was stunning. In my room I had a painting of the Choir Minor Mosque which was lovely. I didn't like the breakfast because it was too many things with cheese and very traditional. I prefer something more western. Overall I liked it. Staff friendly.

L'hotel in stile est era molto bello, pulite e accogliente camere, personale polito, bella posizione interna all'interno.L'ospite dell'Hotel Anwar era molto felice di aiutare con lo scambio di denaro, Ci ha portato al centro della vecchia città per dire quali tour saranno interessanti.Io sicuramente consiglio questo hotel molto lussuoso interno, se sono a Bucarest, sicuramente rimarrò qui.

Grande esperienza.Amico personale. Camera pulita e doccia. Bella terrazza. Grande colazione. Solo la questione era che davano solo una carta chiave per camera.
