Ha avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'Hosteller! La vibe era fredda, il posto era pulito, e il personale era super utile. Ciò che lo rendeva ancora meglio era incontrare i viaggiatori come mente grandi convogli, storie condivise, e alcuni ricordi solidi. Perfetto posto se stai cercando un soggiorno sociale, ma confortevole.

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

We booked AC delux Room which was cozy and cute. It was clean. Had Water, Towel and Toiletries. Good Wifi. Polite Staff. Have a restaurant down for easy food access.

Booked with payment made completely online. But the hotel didn't receive the payment it seems. But they allowed me once I showed them the payment message.The room with queen size bed is very small as you can see in pictures.

- Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccezionale all'hotel presidenziale di Bangalore! dal momento in cui ci siamo reclutati, il personale era caldo, benvenuto e attento a tutte le nostre esigenze. La nostra camera era spaziale, pulita e confortevole, con tutte le attrezzature che ci servivano. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, e abbiamo avuto un grande sonno notturno. Le strutture dell'hotel erano di prima vista, compreso il ristorante, che serviva delizioso cibo. Ci ha colpito particolarmente la diffusione del colazione, che aveva un La grande varietà di opzioni per adattarsi a tutti i gusti. Ciò che ha fatto davvero il nostro soggiorno è stato il servizio eccezionale del personale. Erano amichevole, utile, e andavano sopra e oltre per assicurare che il nostro soggiorno fosse memorabile. Il Presidente Hotel a chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole, conveniente e piacevole a Bangalore. Grazie all'intera squadra per aver fatto il nostro soggiorno così speciale”

UUtente ospiteI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

Was located in a very silent area. A bit far off from continuous city buzz. Had a great evening walk. Though shopping was 600 meter away from main road, was a quite silent stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests.
Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh.
Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light.
Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead.
Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware.

UUtente ospiteMolte cose devono essere migliorate durante il soggiorno. L'AC non funziona correttamente, rendendo la stanza incomoda. Il flusso nel bagno non funziona bene, causando inconvenienza. Inoltre, il menu del colazione è molto limitato con poca varietà, che è deludente per gli ospiti che si aspettano un miglior inizio al giorno. In generale, l'esperienza non soddisfa le aspettative a causa di questi problemi. È necessario prestare attenzione immediata per risolvere questi problemi e migliorare il comfort degli ospiti. Migliorare le strutture di base e offrire un menu più diverso per la colazione migliorerebbe notevolmente l'esperienza e la soddisfazione degli ospiti.
