A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

L'esperienza era davvero buona. La stanza è tranquilla, quindi dormo bene ogni giorno. Ci sono spazi comuni per socializzare e lavorare. La gente è molto amichevole e bello. Ecco perché mi piace questo tipo di alloggio quando si tratta di viaggiare solo. Nel giorno del check-out, il personale del conto me ne ha anche dato un dolce indiano 🥹🥰✨

Booked with payment made completely online. But the hotel didn't receive the payment it seems. But they allowed me once I showed them the payment message.The room with queen size bed is very small as you can see in pictures.

バンガロール(ケンペゴウダ)国際空港からタクシーで10分程度。キレイで明るい雰囲気のホテル。周りにはレストラン、薬局、スィーツ屋、ファストフードがありとても便利。ホテル両側に新しい建物が建つのか工事中で日中はかなり重機の騒音、また目の前が空港〜市内間を結ぶハイウェイなのでこちらも車の騒音やクラクション(インドの車はとにかくクラクションを鳴らしながら走る)がやかましい。気になる人は部屋がどちら向きなのかチェックイン時に確認のこと。ハイウェイ反対側は緑豊かな住宅街。私は7階で工事中と住宅街が半分ずつの角部屋だったので何とか耐えられた。

La posizione è buona e la camera era pulita. L' letto era pulito. Il colazione avrebbe potuto essere meglio. Come il silenzio che l'hotel fiore mantiene senza rumore. Wifi era anche correre bene, può essere più veloce

Hotel molto buono, con camere molto economiche e buone strutture nella stanza. Le camere sono un negozio per il prezzo, ma, davvero scusate di dire che il cibo servito al ristorante sul quarto piano.. era.. patetico. C'è un ritardo comprensibile a causa della mancanza di personale, che è accettabile, ma il cibo non sembrava nemmeno medio. Devo avere un buon cuoco. Potrebbe perdere affari in camera con questo cibo. Mi dispiace di non voler parlare di questo, ma pensavo che potesse aiutarti a migliorare la tua azienda.

I had a fantastic stay at chancery pavilion The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, yet it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting banglore

UUtente ospiteI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Olive Magrath by Embassy Group in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was as advertised, equipped with all the promised amenities. However, I did find the room a bit dark for my liking, which is something to keep in mind depending on your preference for natural light.
The staff at the hotel were a highlight, always engaging and ready to assist, which made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. Their helpfulness and friendliness added a personal touch that I appreciated.
One of the standout features of Olive Magrath was the amazing co-working space available. It's an ideal spot for digital nomads or anyone working online, offering a comfortable and productive environment to get work done.
The hotel's location is another big plus, conveniently situated and easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to business meetings.
Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Olive Magrath to those visiting Bangalore, especially if you're working while traveling. The combination of helpful staff, great co-working space, and convenient location makes it a strong contender. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangalore.

Una cosa che mi piaceva particolarmente è stata la matrigna, ho dormito come un bambino, e vedete che qualcuno ha investito un sacco di soldi per far sembrare l'hotel un top-top. Tuttavia, il personale è deludente, non so se questo sia il loro primo lavoro, ma zero stelle. Prima, quando sono arrivato, mi sono presentato con un modulo A4 che dovevo compilare. Di solito in qualsiasi hotel prendono una copia del tuo passaporto e lo riempiono. Secondo, perché mi piaceva l'hotel, ho deciso di rimanere un'altra notte, il personale mi ha cacciato di pagare la fattura senza nemmeno guardare il fatto che ho pagato la fattura online. Terzo, quando ho controllato, invece di aiutarmi con bagagli, taxi, ecc. mi hanno detto di ”stare qui”, così poteva controllare la mia stanza. E' evidente che non hanno mai lavorato all'hotel. Quattro, non so come è successo, Ma ieri sera non c'era acqua calda e il Wi-Fi non funzionava. Forse è stata solo un'ora, non lo so, ma per 370 yuan, non vale la pena. In generale, questo hotel non vale il denaro.

LLuvsidhuThe room size was noticeably larger compared to other hotels in the same price range, which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping did a good job and cleaned the room daily, maintaining a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety.
The staff were generally polite, though I believe the service could be improved. I wouldn’t describe it as terrible customer service, but as an Indian, I feel our hospitality standards are usually much higher.
One disappointing experience was during breakfast. I gave ₹500 to a staff member to get change, and unfortunately, they never returned. Incidents like this are concerning, especially when dealing with international guests, as it can negatively impact the image of Indian hospitality.
Overall, the stay was comfortable due to the room size and cleanliness, but there is room for improvement in service integrity and professionalism

Toilet seems a bit worn out but ok to use.
We left our luggage there overnight to go to a temple stay, they gave such convenience. Upon return, we got standard room and was a bit disappointed, coz we got used to the deluxe rooms.
Staff is generally good and helpful. However, sometimes too helpful that the security insisted to help me book taxi on my Ola app but booked to a completely wrong direction, ended up we missed our flights and the connecting flights, we had to purchase new expensive last minute tickets home. it was a disaster but I understand it was not intended, things just happened.
