I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers. Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. L'hotel è situato vicino alle stazioni dei trasporti pubblici della U e della S-Bahn, ma non è facile per le auto in quanto si trova in una strada senza auto. Le camere sono pulite e offrono un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando la posizione centrale e il prezzo. Sicuramente va bene per poche notti per lavoro o per esplorare la città. I letti non hanno piumoni matrimoniali come, per qualche motivo, è normale in Germania, ma sono più due letti uniti con letti singoli. Molti negozi e ristoranti nella zona anche per la colazione se non inclusa. Sii felice di tornare

The Aparthotel is in an excellent location - a stone’s throw from the regular, direct airport bus and the station as well as the old town (and Christmas markets). It’s also a stone’s throw on foot from a three supermarkets (including an organic one). The superior apartment was quiet with blackout blinds and had a comfortable bed as well as a surprisingly comfortable sofabed as well as a kitchenette which was adequately but not well equipped. The apartment was spotless and modern and we would definitely recommend it - with some ‘watch outs’ to make your stay smoother than ours. - check-in was a shambles and really unpleasant after 8 hours’ travelling. Be prepared - The email arrived the day before in German only - the address provided was *not* the address for the entrance - at the hotel the WiFi initially didn’t work so I couldn’t check in online and although there was a woman sat at the desk and available, I was directed to a kiosk where I had to (very publicly) enter my private details and those of my friend. Which I hadn’t been told I would need and that I couldn’t get as she was arriving separately and at that point was airborne. So I returned to the desk (while my checkin timed out) only to be told I couldn’t check in without her details. When I pointed out a four to five hour wait for that when I hadn’t been told was unreasonable I was told just to enter my details twice. There was never then any option to update them later so she remained unregistered. - more information would have been helpful. We only discovered we were entitled to a bottle of water each day on the last morning and we have no idea what the recycling situation was. For a hotel that claims eco-credentials there really should be some informations / instructions. We just left everything clean and piled in the kitchenette.

Das Hotel war ordentlich. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ibis Styles doch etwas zu schlicht. Sah eher nach einem roten Ibis Hotel aus.

La sua distanza passeggiabile dal HBF e il tram è proprio fuori dall'hotel. Il colazione è lo stesso per entrambi i giorni che abbiamo soggiornato. la diffusione era ok, non molto. non molto intorno se arrivate domenica perché la maggior parte dei posti sono chiusi, Ma c'è un centro commerciale proprio accanto all'hotel.Il bagno è pulito ma nessuna attrezzatura igienica come la tosta e la pasta dentale fornita, solo condizionatore di shampoo e gel da doccia. nemmeno le mutandine da letto. ma si può acquistarle dal desk front. lo spazio non è troppo grande, Ma può ancora aprire due bagagli in ogni angolo.Il letto è comodo, il bagno è caldo e il doccia è buona.

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

La stanza è molto elegante e ben progettata e la posizione è buona, ma il prezzo è troppo costoso per la dimensione dell'hotel come questo. La ricezione è gentile e migliore del normale standard tedesco, quindi non c'è niente di cui lamentarsi, tranne la dimensione della stanza e il prezzo.

Ho avuto qualche problema con il mio soggiorno, quindi non ero sicuro di come valutare il posto.La prima questione era con il condizionamento d’aria che faceva rumore di buzzing da ogni 5 secondi mentre lavorava a ogni minuto mentre si spense. Immaginate la cefalea che ho avuto. Ho cercato di contattare l'hotel tramite messaggi, email o chiamate senza successo per 4 ore. Per essere equi, potrebbe esserci stato un problema con la chiamata da parte mia (e io ero in roaming), ma è strano che non ci sia alcuna opzione di messaggero (come WhatsApp, per esempio) per le emergenze, perché è difficile chiamare mentre a livello internazionale. Forse non sono abituati a viaggiatori fuori dall'UE. Infine, il mio agente di viaggio ha contattato il proprietario e qualcuno è venuto a risolvere la questione. Grazie a quell'uomo. Ma sì, il mio piano di andare a letto presto non è stato possibile. L’altra domanda è che ho trovato un canestro nella stanza. Di nuovo, in tutta sincerità, era quasi vivo, ma ero spaventato. E ci erano due voli nella stanza sopra. Tuttavia, dopo essere stato trasferito in una stanza diversa, non ho visto alcun insetto. Quindi, dipende dalla categoria della stanza (ho avuto una sola all'inizio), o è una lotteria. Il colazione era buono, ma una grande varietà di cose da scegliere, e la donna era veloce a riempire tutto e a pulire. I letti sono comodi, c'è un cassaforte in ogni stanza, e ci sono asciugamani e altre cose. Si trova vicino al parco, ma è a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dal supermercato.

Отличное место для участников выставки - близко и легко дойти пешком. Т.е. этот отель - чисто для работы в спартанских условиях. Отопление на минимуме. Уборка только по просьбе, мусор тоже не вынесут. В номере нет чайника, утюга, шкафа тоже нет, есть палка для вешалок, но самих вешалок нет - вещи придется раскладывать на кровати. Воды в номере нет, кулер на этаже, но стаканчиков нет. Горячий чай - это в бар. Завтрак очень скромный, традиционного омлета нет, каши нет. Вечером только бар, еды нет, в округе ресторанов тоже нет. Одно спасение от голода - рядом в 50 м большой магазин, там есть все, в том числе готовая еда, которую все покупают и едят в лобби.
