I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers. Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. Tutto era molto bello, con mezzi di trasporto convenienti e personale cordiale. Sfortunatamente, durante il mio ultimo giorno di permanenza, ho incontrato molti scarafaggi, che mi hanno fatto sentire estremamente disgustato e spaventato. L'Aparthotel è in una posizione eccellente - una pietra gettata dal normale, diretto bus aeroportuale e dalla stazione, nonché dalla vecchia città (e dai mercati di Natale). L'appartamento superiore era tranquillo con ciechi di blackout e aveva un letto confortevole, un divano sorprendentemente confortevole e una cucina che era adeguatamente ma non ben attrezzata. L'appartamento era senza spot e moderno e lo consigliamo sicuramente - con alcuni “guarda fuori” per rendere il vostro soggiorno più liscio di noi. - check-in was a shambles and really unpleasant after 8 hours’ travelling. Che non mi era stato detto che avrei bisogno e che non potevo arrivare, perché arrivava separatamente e a quel punto era aereo. Così sono tornato al dipartimento (quando il mio check-in era scaduto) solo per essere detto che non potevo entrare senza i suoi dettagli. Quando ho indicato che aspettare quattro o cinque ore era insensato quando non mi era stato detto che mi era stato detto di inserire i miei dettagli due volte; non c'era mai stata alcuna opzione per aggiornarli più tardi, quindi lei non era registrata. - l'informazione sarebbe stata utile: abbiamo scoperto che abbiamo diritto ad una bottiglia d'acqua ogni giorno, la mattina scorsa, e non abbiamo idea di quale sia la situazione del riciclaggio. Das Hotel war ordentlich. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ibis Styles doch etwas zu schlicht. Sah eher nach einem roten Ibis Hotel aus.

its walkable distance from the hbf and the tram is just outside the hotel. breakfast is the same for both days we stayed. spread was okay, not alot. not much things around if you arrive on sunday because most places are closed, but there is a mall just beside the hotel. toilet is clean but no toilet amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided, only shampoo conditioner and shower gel. no bedroom slippers either. but you may purchase them from front desk. space is not too big, but still can open two luggages in each corner. bed is comfy, ac and heated shower was good.

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

The first thing that really stands out about this hotel is the warm, welcoming atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like one of those big, cold hotel chains where everything is a bit too perfect, controlled and inflexible. You can feel that this is a hotel that has lived, that has some history and soul But that definitely doesn’t mean the rooms are outdated, unclean or below standard. Quite the opposite. The rooms, especially the junior suites, are really big and very clean, with plenty of space. The terraces are a MEGA plus too. Honestly, good luck finding hotels with a real terraces nowadays. And the location is, in my opinion, the best in Bad Peterstal. The hotel is up on the hill, so the views from the rooms are just amazing. I definitely recommend getting a room with a view. There’s also a real sense of trust and openness throughout the place. It almost feels like staying in a huge family home — obviously a very big one, since it’s a hotel. This atmosphere is also very much reflected in the manager, who is super friendly and welcoming. He was able to accommodate a few specific requests, when I asked for something, there was always a solution. That’s something you really don’t get anymore in modern chain hotels, where there’s basically no room to customise your stay. Here, you really feel that there’s someone who cares to make things work. For me, this is easily the best hotel in Bad Peterstal. If you’re in the area and you’re lucky enough to see a room available, go for it!

La stanza è molto elegante e ben progettata e la posizione è buona, ma il prezzo è troppo costoso per la dimensione dell'hotel come questo. La ricezione è gentile e migliore del normale standard tedesco, quindi non c'è niente di cui lamentarsi, tranne la dimensione della stanza e il prezzo.

Ho avuto qualche problema con il mio soggiorno, quindi non ero sicuro di come valutare il posto.La prima questione era con il condizionamento d’aria che faceva rumore di buzzing da ogni 5 secondi mentre lavorava a ogni minuto mentre si spense. Immaginate la cefalea che ho avuto. Ho cercato di contattare l'hotel tramite messaggi, email o chiamate senza successo per 4 ore. Per essere equi, potrebbe esserci stato un problema con la chiamata da parte mia (e io ero in roaming), ma è strano che non ci sia alcuna opzione di messaggero (come WhatsApp, per esempio) per le emergenze, perché è difficile chiamare mentre a livello internazionale. Forse non sono abituati a viaggiatori fuori dall'UE. Infine, il mio agente di viaggio ha contattato il proprietario e qualcuno è venuto a risolvere la questione. Grazie a quell'uomo. Ma sì, il mio piano di andare a letto presto non è stato possibile. L’altra domanda è che ho trovato un canestro nella stanza. Di nuovo, in tutta sincerità, era quasi vivo, ma ero spaventato. E ci erano due voli nella stanza sopra. Tuttavia, dopo essere stato trasferito in una stanza diversa, non ho visto alcun insetto. Quindi, dipende dalla categoria della stanza (ho avuto una sola all'inizio), o è una lotteria. Il colazione era buono, ma una grande varietà di cose da scegliere, e la donna era veloce a riempire tutto e a pulire. I letti sono comodi, c'è un cassaforte in ogni stanza, e ci sono asciugamani e altre cose. Si trova vicino al parco, ma è a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dal supermercato.

La posizione è molto buona e le strutture dell'hotel sono modernizzate.La dimensione della stanza è adeguata.Il personale è molto entusiasta.Il colazione è OK.L'uscita dell'hotel è una pranzo vicino alla strada a piedi.
