Hotel a 3 stelle in Massachusetts, Stati Uniti d'America

A pochi isolati dalla stazione ferroviaria di backbay, il personale dell'hotel è stato grande e ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo l'arrivo e di immagazzinare il bagaglio al check-out, per poter esplorare la città. Le camere sono piccole, il letto è meglio per qualcuno sotto 5’9, altrimenti era una grande base di casa per un viaggio di fine settimana in città.

La struttura è molto attraente, il centro commerciale è vicino a shopping e ristoranti, è pulito, il personale è amichevole, la camera è grande e tutto è fatto per un buon soggiorno.

L'ambiente è buono, la camera è completamente funzionale, pulita, e la colazione è buona. Alla luce del prezzo della casa dell'hotel a Boston, il prezzo è ragionevole

L'hotel organizzato dall'associazione qui è generalmente igienico e ricco colazione.L'unica carenza che può essere trovata dove prendere acqua calda a caso non è stata trovata. Gli altri hotel al primo piano avranno caffè gratuito e acqua calda, forse non l'ho trovata.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's very close to Logan Airport, with a drive of less than 30 minutes. The hotel also offers a good range of amenities, including complimentary breakfast, a free self-service laundry room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center, which added a lot of value to our stay. That said, there were two things that I found disappointing. First, the free airport shuttle only runs during specific hours: 3:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. If your flight arrives or departs between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., you'll need to arrange your own transportation. Second, while breakfast is included, it is only available until 9:30 a.m., even though the front desk told us it would be served until 10:00 a.m. The staff closes the breakfast area promptly at 9:30, so I would recommend arriving before 9:00 a.m. Also, since breakfast is self-service and guests are responsible for clearing their own tables, some tables were not very clean and still had crumbs left behind by previous guests. Overall, the location and amenities are great, but these two issues took away from the experience and would influence my decision on whether to stay here again.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto. E 'un bel hotel, il prezzo un po' troppo alto per la qualità delle camere. Ci sono alcune cose che potrebbero essere meglio, capelli nei luoghi che non li vuoi, punti sporchi. Parcheggio pieno e il prezzo era di 20 dollari a notte

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e abbiamo trovato l'hotel eccezionalmente pulito e in un'ottima posizione. Tuttavia, il pernottamento è stato piuttosto rumoroso; il suono si propaga facilmente tra le stanze e siamo stati spesso disturbati da porte che sbattevano e conversazioni ad alta voce nel corridoio. Pur comprendendo che l'hotel non può controllare il comportamento degli ospiti, un migliore isolamento acustico o porte con chiusura ammortizzata farebbero un'enorme differenza. Nota positiva: non perdetevi la caffetteria al piano terra: è senza dubbio la migliore della zona!

Very good location- can walk to Boston Common(to see many squirrels )and Public Park and Freedom trails, delicious breakfast(served in disposable utensils), has a lounge for drinking and relaxing. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good gym too.Free welcome drink too!

The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general.  The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient.

Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.
