Niente di opinione, va bene, non mi obbliga a scrivere 200 parole se non voglio. Ho il diritto di non lasciare opinione e meno di tanti caratteri. Sono molto occupato, grazie e fare i cambiamenti necessari perché la prossima volta non lascerò il mio feedback.

We went to Hotel Terrado in Antofagasta because it was recommended by some friends. Considering the price, the service is subpar. The location has a perfect view to the sea and it’s central enough to move around the city without any problems. However, the hotel service needs improvement if they want to attract more people traveling for leisure. After three days in the hotel where we kept our beds made and our room clean, it was an ordeal to get a maid to change our sheets and clean our room. I asked three times and finally someone went around 7 pm to do the room. That particular day we were mostly out of the room while sightseeing and visiting some friends. Every time we returned to the hotel to change clothes or to use the bathroom, we realized the room was still in disarray. The receptionist Valentina was particularly concerned and helpful. Finally we got a maid to come, I felt bad for her because it was so late in the day, she probably wanted to go home. The breakfast buffet was excellent and also the waiting staff ( very kind and helpful). The restaurant of the hotel has good quality of food and drinks. However, the host of the restaurant was enthralled with her phone and when I asked why nobody was taking my order she said “we open at 1 pm” ( it was 1:07 pm). She freaked out when she realized it was actually time to start working. Some of the staff didn’t realize we were lodging in the hotel and rudely told us we didn’t have a reservation to use a table at dinner time (We’ve been in the hotel for three days by then). It’s ok not to know we were guests, it’s not ok the way they ask, in front of everyone, in an annoyed tone, and loudly. The manager of the hotel compensated our consume of a few drinks and cake the day of the cleaning the room mishap. We were grateful. One supervisor came to us to tell us about the free food/drinks and he was nice, until he started a weird diatribe about him being Mapuche instead of Chilean ( legally he is also Chilean in spite of being Mapuche…) Then he informed us ( mostly me, because my husband doesn’t speak Spanish) that Chileans are a horrible group of mixed races including “Spaniards, Arabs and Jews”. I was so shocked I just told him I also have Mapuche blood plus many other nationalities ( guess what… including Spaniard, Arab and Jewish). Everybody is entitled to their opinions and views, but when working in the hospitality industry, one need to be careful not to offend the guests. By the way, I’m Chilean with American citizenship. For once I was glad my husband didn’t understand Spanish. The next day a friend of mine came to visit with me and we went to the hotel restaurant to have a cup of coffee and water. All the days I’ve been there I didn’t charge anything to my room, because I prefer to pay as I go and keep all the receipts. The day of arrival, besides paying our stay in full, we paid a warranty of around $ 350 (approximately) to cover any charges or incidentals. I was sharing time with my

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno presso il Nostro Habitas Atacama. Questo è un luogo assolutamente bello, con una vibrazione che spruzza la famiglia e la comunità nel modo migliore possibile. Il personale era così incredibilmente amichevole e utile, in modo che mi faceva sentire come se fossero miei amici e non facessero i loro ”compiti di personale”. ”Ho avuto un soggiorno così meraviglioso... Ho prenotato un lavoro di allineamento chakra/massaggio/energia con Valesca e mi sono sentito TRANSFORMATO in seguito. Era uno dei migliori massaggi della mia vita. Era assolutamente incredibile. Arrivai presto (ben prima dell’iscrizione) e Carolina, una delle persone del servizio frontale, era così dolce, faceva tutto il possibile per portarmi in una stanza il più presto possibile, che era una bella stanza con una terrazza sul tetto per la notte. Non volevo mai lasciare la proprietà, in realtà, anche se ci sono tante cose meravigliose da fare in Atacama! Tutti i dipendenti erano super attenti e amichevoli altri punti di vista inclusi Oscar, uno dei più affascinanti e conosciuti personale che ho incontrato in qualsiasi hotel, ovunque; Cristobal, il manager della comunità che ha programmato la mia visita e ora mi sento come uno di Mii amici, Camila che ha condiviso un super segreto punto di vista della stella sulla proprietà; Sebastian, Kenny voi due siete meravigliosi, anche! Ho letto da altri ospiti che pensavano che le camere fossero inconfortabili e calde. Sono andato durante il calore record e quando ho chiesto un fan, era nella mia stanza entro 15 minuti, e era tranquillo! Inoltre, ho trovato i letti incredibilmente confortevoli e le camere piacevoli, ma soprattutto, quello che vorrei tornare a questa idea che a Habitas, si sente davvero curato e un senso di amicizia e famiglia. Certamente ripresero'.

This is a very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Medium size, with excellent comfortable rooms and a small restaurant onsite. The room was really spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Anything we did not have in the room was available on request from the reception, including the humidifier that was placed in our room on our request as the air is very dry in Atacama. We also appreciated the environmental conscious approach by the hotel including the bottles to refill gifted to us upon arrival and the water fountain with water 24/7. The hotel also offered free (very good quality) coffee including espresso, cappuccino, etc. all day long. The parking is rather small, but the staff who is always available can park the car if needed and find a place. The service is a separate topic that we really wanted to highlight. Throughout all the hotel from the front desk to the cleaning staff around everyone was very nice and always available not only for our requests, but also anticipated many of them. Especially we really enjoyed to chat with Florencia in the restaurant. The restaurant onsite has limited menu, but the food was outstanding with very reasonable prices. Though the concept of a la carte breakfast is not something we usually like, but it was always fresh. We would also have appreciated more information about the places to visit, but there are plenty of shops outside of the hotel who can provide it. We would definitely recommend this place and will stay again if we come back!

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel during my visit to Atacama, and came back for one more night after my trip to Salar de Uyuni, in Bolivia. I love it! The hotel is beautiful with rustic and sophisticated decoration. The location is perfect, close to everything but away from the noisy streets. Very clean, good reliable wifi, amazing helpful staff, 24/7 front desk staff, breakfast is good and there is always food available in case you need to leave before breakfast hours. The hotel offers complementary healthy snacks, tea time and wine tasting! There is fresh clean water to fill up your water bottles any time. My room had a king size bed, comfortable with nice, clean and cozy sheets. There is not much room for more than one suitcase, I traveled solo, so it was ok for me. I noticed a heater in the room but I didn’t need to use it. Shower is very small, nice flowing hot water, complementary liquid body wash, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap and moisturizer. Complementary tote bag and glass water bottle as a souvenir, which it was a nice touch.

Il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato in viaggio per il Cile. È stato un piacere, attenzione nota 10, delizioso, abbondante e vario colazione, ****** che dava un'occhiata al lobby, per chi ha un bambino e non può entrare è un gusto molto interessante. Vicino alla spiaggia per camminare e vicino all'avenue con i ristoranti. La piscina era in pensione quando siamo arrivati, ma si è aperta prima e ci siamo divertiti, oltre a ricevere un indennizzo in buono. Ah, il ristorante a prezzo fisso è meraviglioso e senza dubbio un imperdibile.

On the outskirts of San Pedro. They have a coach which will take you and to the town. They have a whatsapp number you can message to book this as well as ask for anything else. The room was lovely. You have to understand in San Pedro that they just do not have high rise buildings and the buildings are simple in design. The hotel was very comfortable. We had a lovely bathroom and an outdoor shower which was a treat! My advice is to enforce a no shoe policy in the room as it will soon get dusty from your shoes if you don't! We had a little outside area which was peaceful and nice to see some nature. The gym is not well equipped - the machines were not plugged in. They only had 2 x 5kg dumbbells. A good chance to do some weights! The pools were nice enough and the hot tub nice but did not have bubbles in the one we went into. They have trips available to book but we did not go on these. Breakfast was ok - an ok selection of items and no a la carte. Our only annoyance was when purchasing a drink from the bar they would not add it on to the room bill and you had to pay for it there and then. It just means we would have been charged a few times for the foreign transaction fee. We have never seen this practice before anywhere else in the world.

Grande luogo per soggiornare, molto accogliente e tranquillo. Servizio e personale erano molto gentili. Il nostro rating complessivo sarebbe circa 4.6 tra 5. Il cibo al ristorante è grande. In termini di dettagli, non ci piaceva che il bagno e la doccia non avesse porte separate. Sono collegate, ma non si sente molto privata. L'acqua uscisse dal doccia perché non c'è porta da doccia. La luce all'interno delle camere era anche piuttosto bassa. Ci sono stati saune e tubi caldi, ma non erano presenti quando abbiamo provato a usarli, e la sauna era fredda. A parte quei dettagli minori, il posto è molto bello e consigliabile. La sala premium ha un tubo caldo all'interno e è una splendida esperienza. Si trova in una posizione molto centrale, vicino alla strada principale del villaggio.
