Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Tochigi, Giappone

Di fronte alla stazione Utsunomiya con ponte collegato direttamente. Molto facile da collegare a Nikko. La stanza è confortevole con una bella vista sulla città. Vicino a molte joint gyosa.  Se qualcuno vuole usare Utsunomiya come base per esplorare Nikko, dovrebbe prendere questo hotel per la considerazione di uno

Il servizio è stato eccellente. Dall'arrivo alla partenza, ogni membro dello staff che abbiamo incontrato è stato estremamente professionale, entusiasta e disponibile. Beh, forse la nostra camera non era l'ideale: è stata la notte più costosa del viaggio. Purtroppo, la camera era un po' scomoda e emanava un cattivo odore. Il personale ha preso la cosa molto sul serio e ha risolto il problema. La signora del ristorante è stata molto premurosa. Non abbiamo dovuto fare la fila per pranzo, ed eravamo preoccupati di mangiare in hotel dopo aver fatto la spesa. Ha preso l'iniziativa di accontentarci, rendendo il nostro viaggio molto più comodo. Grazie. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi da due santuari e un tempio, e il panorama è mozzafiato. I trasporti sono comodi, ma purtroppo Ctrip non offre prenotazioni per colazione e cena, rendendo la cena un vero problema. È meglio prenotare colazione e cena, e la camera potrebbe essere migliore. Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo per vedere i ciliegi in fiore e la neve. Resteremo ancora qualche giorno. Le sorgenti termali sono fantastiche! Stasera alloggeremo a Kinugawa. Tatami, colazione e cena, e le sorgenti termali sono ancora meglio. Mi sono divertito moltissimo.

Questo è un ottimo luogo con un ampio parcheggio a pagamento, ci sono parcheggi più economici per la notte intorno a poco più lontano dai parcheggi partner dell'hotel. Le camere erano piccole e accoglienti con tutto quello che avete bisogno, il personale era amichevole e incredibilmente utile, ma il bagno è piuttosto piccolo e non adatto agli anziani. Il colazione gratuito fornito nella zona del soggiorno è una varietà di pascoli e pane, si può prendere uno per andare anche.

Really perfect!! We love the location and easy access to places if you have a car…The room was really nice, clean and recommended for everyone to stay at! We had a really great time here.

Sia l'ospitalità che l'alloggio sono stati eccellenti! La vasca idromassaggio all'aperto annessa alla camera permette di godersi l'acqua calda della sorgente termale in qualsiasi momento. Il manzo di Tochigi per cena era assolutamente delizioso. I panini alla carne e il ramen serale prima e dopo cena erano perfetti per placare la fame ed erano davvero deliziosi! Anche il latte e il gelato dopo il bagno erano ottimi! È una locanda in cui mi piacerebbe tornare.

The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

The hotel overall is great for the price paid, and service was excellent especially from the Vietnamese girl at the front desk who speaks English AND Japanese fluently. Even Japanese guests thought she was Jap. Haha. However, the company could do with hiring a bit more staff as there are things that need a bit more attention and some repairs needed in the room. That being said, the rooms are huge! The outdoor onsen was also colder than expected (although this is explained during check in) and is best in the morning.

Sono andato al servizio di massaggio dell'hotel. Era il peggiore massaggio. Non voleva massaggiare, solo rubare e rubare. E'molto leggero. Il massaggiatore sembra essere cinese. Non può comunicare in giapponese nemmeno. Non è un massaggio, non è un massaggio, non è un massaggio, non è pulito, la cucina che si metteva sul viso del buco ha un odore molto cattivo di saliva. Il rapista di un hotel 4-star dovrebbe scegliere meglio. critica su questo. In altre parti di questo hotel molto. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel è eccellente, l'hotel è bellissimo, la vista all'aperto è molto bella. Ottimo cibo, lussuoso e delizioso colazione e cena sono un menu di buffet. E tutto è delizioso. La stanza è pulita. C'è una navetta dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Excellent staff, location and facilities. We enjoyed the food and the private hot tub on our balcony. All of the staff were very friendly, and went above and beyond with any request. Just avoid getting a massage. The masseuse was horrible. She had my wife keep her robe on and then covered her with towels before roughly rubbing her. She ended up with rug burns on her feet and a kinked neck. If you can avoid that disaster you will have a wonderful time here.
