La nostra celebrazione dell'anniversario è stata fantastica 🥰🥰 La posizione è buona, il personale è molto accomodante e i servizi sono i migliori 🥰🥰

L'hotel è convenientemente situato a 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto (NAiaT3). L'hotel andava bene per un trasferimento, niente di eccezionale o memorabile. Il personale dell'hotel era davvero disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La nostra camera aveva piccoli insetti che si muovevano sui letti e sul pavimento, ma il personale dell'hotel è stato in grado di spruzzare un po' di pesticida e il problema è stato risolto. Se ami lo shopping c'è un centro commerciale intorno all'hotel e molti ristoranti.

The room we stayed was very spacious but very poor internet connection. Even if you bring own coffee or tea, there are no kettle to boil hot water. You have to go downstairs or request it to bring it up to your room, not convenient if you have seniors with you. No mini refrigerator so we place our liquid milk to their kitchen. towels and linens are old but clean. Our room is along Edsa, so if you are a light sleeper, not recommended but for me its OK. They offer breakfast buffet, limited options but there are so many food shops outside the hotel so finding food is not a problem. Staffs are all polite and very accommodating.

Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel, il personale è accomodante e ci piace stare qui. Il posto è molto comodo vicino all'aura SM, al BGC e al mercato. La piscina è bella e hanno anche una smart TV con schermo più grande dove puoi goderti la giornata di riposo per rilassarti

Penso che sia abbastanza accessibile dato che ci vogliono circa 15 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto Ninoy Aquino T3 ◎ Le guardie di sicurezza e i dipendenti dell'hotel sono tutti gentili e offrono la migliore ospitalità...🥲La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia è un po' debole sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che non ci fossero fazzoletti nella stanza, ma a parte questo era perfetta ◎ Vorrei utilizzare di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che verrò a Manila 😌

Ho chiesto loro di rifare il letto due volte in un giorno, ma se ne sono dimenticati e non l'hanno fatto. C'era acqua calda in abbondanza e il Wi-Fi funzionava bene. Il condizionatore era vecchio e non molto efficiente.

We decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people. We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs. Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Ho avuto un piccolo intoppo prima del check-in perché avrei dovuto aspettare nella hall per il mio orario di check-in, ma c'era molta gente e credo stessero girando un film o qualcosa del genere. È stato un po' scomodo, ma per fortuna c'era una caffetteria accanto all'hotel. Anche se non è colpa loro, perché sono arrivato prima, sarebbe stato bello se avessero offerto uno spazio dove gli ospiti in attesa potessero rilassarsi. La reception è stata così gentile da farmi fare il check-in un po' prima. La camera era spaziosa e ordinata. Anche se l'aria condizionata era molto fredda, 20 gradi, sono riuscito a gestirla. Ho potuto esplorare gli altri servizi dell'hotel solo di notte, ma penso che sarebbe stato divertente e pieno di vita durante il giorno. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e cortese, ed è stato rapido nel soddisfare le mie esigenze e richieste, anche se non erano così numerose. Il personale della sicurezza è stato molto gentile e posso dire che fanno davvero bene il loro lavoro nel garantire la sicurezza degli ospiti e del personale. Un ringraziamento speciale a Joven, Rey, Windel, Jeff, Jayson, Dinnes e Sabando, i gestori cinofili, che sono sempre stati pronti ad aprire la porta, rapidi nell'aiutare e ad accogliere me e gli altri ospiti. Mi sono sentito davvero al sicuro. Ho prenotato molti hotel a Manila e tutti erano semplicemente scadenti. Il mio soggiorno al Lyf Malate è stato il migliore finora e ci tornerò la prossima volta che sarò a Manila. Grazie mille!

I have a good stay perfect for my business conveniences, the thing that got in me the most is the Conrad charges that they didn’t inform me in this hotel. I have been staying in this hotel for 4 nights and i really enjoy ordering from from grab because i have the free choice to choose my food, on my 4th day i took my food for breakfast down stair and the guard told me to go to concierge for the nonsense fee, i immediately go to the desk to ask for more inquiry, it is totally nonsense for charging this fee and in appropriate, the charge is 50% of your order like wt fuq ? I was so disappointed although they waive it by handling my making sense compliant, i felt this is totally inappropriate and i don’t like the way the morning shift handle the matter especially the guy with glasses. Total low service experience with them Again, if i know this before booking and sign upon check in, my experience will not be like this that is why 2 stars

A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.
