I booked this hotel for just one night, expecting a simple, comfortable stay. What I received was so much more than that. It was a flawless, beautiful, and truly memorable experience from start to finish. Everything was amazing, and I mean everything. Let me start with the arrival. The moment I entered the lobby, I was struck by how beautiful and serene it was. It smelled incredible, it looked immaculate, and the ambiance was calm, luxurious, and welcoming. The reception team welcomed me with such genuine warmth and professionalism. Check-in took less than two minutes, and I was made to feel instantly valued and at home. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. My room was an absolute dream. I wish I could give you a tour of it. It was spotless beyond words - you could see the attention to detail in every corner. The design was modern, elegant, and tastefully done, with soft warm lighting that created such a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was pure heaven. The linens were crisp, fresh, and soft, the pillows were plush and perfect, and the mattress was the kind you sink into and never want to leave. I had the deepest, most peaceful sleep I have had in months. It was completely silent, dark, and tranquil. Absolute bliss. The amenities were outstanding. Everything was high quality, thoughtfully placed, and more than I expected. The bathroom was sparkling clean, luxurious, and felt like a private spa. Great water pressure, fluffy towels, lovely toiletries, and that perfect level of cleanliness that makes you feel truly comfortable. But what truly elevates a good hotel to a great hotel is the people, and here, the team is exceptional. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. They anticipate your needs before you even ask. They smile, they listen, they care. That level of hospitality cannot be taught, it comes from the heart. They made my short one-night stay feel incredibly personal and special. Breakfast the next morning, the departure, the overall organization, everything flowed so perfectly. I left feeling rested, recharged, and genuinely grateful. Hotel carino! Super amichevole staff, grande posizione e camera pulita. Il colazione era anche grande, molte opzioni.

Prima le foto sono sbagliate. La stanza era molto deludente. Il letto era pulito ma il letto era incomodo. Il decoro era stanco di dire il meno. Ci erano tinture sull’ombra della lampada. La luce del desk era così polvere che potevo scrivere il mio nome in esso. Il bagno ha bisogno di un graduazione. Era molto indossato e non è bello usare una cortina di doccia in questo giorno e in questa età. Per aggiungere a questo siamo stati presentati con un menu di domenica ma non ci sono pasti disponibili e nessun hamburger. Il personale era gentile, ma sembrava stanco e drenato come l’ambiente. Tornando al nostro letto di primavera, ci svegliamo all’alarme d’incendio alle 1:30. Abbiamo riunito nel parco auto, ma nessuno è venuto a controllare, quindi ci siamo chiesti di tornare. Siamo riusciti a svegliarci alle 7:45 di nuovo dall'allarme antincendio (e' apparso che devono essere super sensibili per tenere tutti al sicuro!) per salvare qualche energia batterica sui nostri cellulari. I buoni punti: ho ottenuto un 50% di rimborso. Il doccia era caldo e il lavoro e i capelli e le cose del corpo erano sorprendentemente buoni. In generale è così vergognoso. L'hotel potrebbe essere delizioso, l'area della casa dell'addetto potrebbe essere calda e la stanza era una buona dimensione. Personalmente, avrei dovuto fare il giro per il negozio di carità locale e prendere qualche lampada a mano e far entrare le lampade di colore in un giardino. Lezione che ho imparato, avrei dovuto leggere le recensioni e non fidare le foto. In generale, deludente e non potevo aspettare di andare.

Lovely view of the lake, much prefer not having a crappy breakfast included in the price, room was spotless, nice shower, decent desk/workspace. Two minor negatives: the TV was teeny tiny and the placement of it really affected the work space when set up with a laptop, mouse etc. Secondly there was a pretty unpleasant smell at the top of the stairs like stale fish. That's nitpicking though, it was an absolutely lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

House keeping every day, swimming pool + gym + sauna free to use, nice staff, free spacious parking, extra pillows, spacious room, lift access. The only bad thing is the bath tub a bit small, and the shower curtain smells bad after use.

The location for me was perfect as I needed to be close to the hospital. It’s also close to bus stops into the centre and with a car you can reach destinations around the city fast. The room is as shown in photos and is very well equipped for a hotel of this category. The wine glasses and tumblers chilling in the fridge were welcome! I found the room to be very clean and well kept. There was good storage, plenty of sockets including a couple of USB ports which is handy.The views of the marina were very nice and added character. The people I met whilst staying were friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and had two good nights rest. I’d certainly book there again.

L'hotel è vicino ai servizi di autostrada che lo rendono una posizione conveniente. Il personale era gentile. La stanza era di base e aveva bisogno di qualche pittura. La materna sul letto era lussuosa, che rendeva difficile dormire. Una notte inquieta ma tranquilla.

Stavo qui per una convenzione. E'un posto assolutamente bello per stare. La stanza era un po' vecchia, ma molto pulita e fredda - la doccia era grande. Non è un posto centrale, ma va bene se non si vuole ordinare la cena o avere cibo (sarà un po'prezioso), il personale era piacevole, sembrava un po' sottoscritto, ma niente che non rovinasse troppo nulla. La colazione era di grande qualità e copre tutti gli elementi essenziali da scegliere. La scelta delle camere per la convenzione è grande, così tanto spazio in tutte le aree! Non aveva mai avuto un problema con il rumore dei vicini. In generale, raccomandato. Non è una scelta spettacolare, ma una buona scelta.

Stayed for Silverstone visit, actually, easy to uber/take bus from and to the bus station to the race track. Pretty good price and cozy. Definitely good for a family visit
