La casa è un sapore dolce, non credere alle foto. La stanza è molto piccola, la casa originale è un hotel a due piani!La casa è molto bella, le strutture sono troppo vecchie per essere mantenute!Non riesco a trovare nessuno alla ricezione alle 9:00 circa! Dopo 40 minuti di telefono, nessuno ha risposto, e poi ho scoperto che c'era un rumore telefonico in una casa di uno strato. La porta era pulita per uscire una ragazza nera, e era ancora nel sonno!Dopo essere rimasto, ho scoperto che l'igiene era troppo pesante, che mi ha causato allergia alla pelle, e ho cambiato due letti per dormire duramente per una notte. Quindi tutto non coprirà la bellezza della casa, la bellezza e la bellezza della zona!Tutto è così vecchio e dolce per la casa!

Avevo bisogno di una stanza per una notte perché stavo assistendo a uno spettacolo a Downtown Mobile. Dopo aver letto le recensioni e guardando la posizione (che era molto vicino al luogo), sono andato con il Candlewood. È stato molto bello, soprattutto per il costo. C'era una mini cucina in camera con un frigorifero grande, due fornelli, un forno a microonde e un lavandino. Il bagno era molto carino e aveva una cabina doccia con porte scorrevoli in vetro. La mia camera aveva una splendida vista del centro. Oh e i materassi ..... oh mio Dio! Ero tentato di togliere le coperte per vedere il marchio! Erano così accoglienti e confortevoli. Inoltre, il personale era così fantastico! Matthew è quello con cui ho parlato alla reception ed è stato assolutamente fenomenale! Sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo una camera qui quando andrò a Mobile.

La giovane donna che ci ha fatto entrare in camera era così sorprendente. Ha fatto un tale brisa al nostro processo di check-in, ha rappresentato bene la marca anche attraverso la sua personalità e l’aiuto. Le camere erano pulite e il colazione era una piacevole sorpresa.

UUtente ospiteThis was my second stay and, overall, another good one. First I,d like to say thank you for something you may not be aware of, my pillow. I have neck problems so when I find a good one that fits the way I need I take it with me. Unfortunately I left it in the room. I called the front desk that afternoon to hopefully get it back, having my daughter-in-law pick it up as she and my son and grandkids live close by. The clerk was very courteous and said it was likely in laundry but couldn't leave the front desk to check. He graciously said he would leave a note and someone could pick it up the next morning. My daughter-in-law did just that.
This is a budget no-frills hotel in a safe location. My son and his family live probably less than 2 miles from there so I am very familiar with the area in southeast Huntsville. I can't think of anything you can't get nearby as all the big box stores, numerous gas stations, restaurants, and a few small bars, etc are a stones throw away. As someone that used to travel with work with plenty of weekly and monthly motel stays I know how important convenience and room costs can be. There are cheaper motels nearby but I don't recommend them due to location(safety) and poor past experience as well as inconvenience due to traffic on 72. VIP has a restaurant on one side and a small bar on the other, both just across the parking lots. There are plenty of others within safe and easy walking distance.
The room: I'm a smoker and booked a smoking room. Those aren't easy to find anymore. That said, there were signs of it if you looked. Nothing to fault VIP for as I put that on previous guests and the room, at least to me, didn't smell like it. The most important parts, counters, tub, toilet, bedding, etc were clean but the floor, TV remote, and spaces you could only see when sitting down or looking under something could use some attention.
There was an issue with the TV box where every time I turned it on to watch I had to unplug the box and plug it back in to get it to wake up.
The water was just warm enough for a shower but never any hot water for my preference even after letting it run 3-5 minutes prior. Stayed warm for a long shower but forget about a hot bath. The drain was slow like it needed cleaning out. Not so slow that the shower didn't drain fast enough but slow enough that any water straight from the tub faucet would fill it faster than it could drain. Likely needed cleaning out. Not a housekeeping issue but more a maintenance issue since the ”hair catcher” or whatever you call it would need to be removed.
The towels would make good loofahs for exfoliating. A little fabric softener would be a plus.
The pillows were flat. Something to address for the next updates.
The floors are vinyl, much preferred over nasty carpet that always keeps something for itself even after a thorough vacuuming.
The door needs a new weather ***** and/or threshold as I did have one unwelcome guest slip under it. Not the kind you'd have to worry about living there though and I simply evicted him with a flush.
I give VIP 4 out of 5 stars. I'm a realist and I know that keeping everything perfect isn't cost effective and could easily increase room rates but I also know that some of the small details would simply take a little more time and attention.
I try to be thorough not just for potential guests but also for owners, management, and staff are fully aware of any issues, grievances, or thumbs up.
I would definitely stay again.

SStephnie TallentL'hotel è andato a casa e non aveva acqua calda nella nostra stanza, quindi l'hotel ha cambiato la nostra stanza dicendo che era solo un problema con la stanza, quando l'intero hotel non aveva acqua calda, quindi tutti abbiamo dovuto fare docce in acqua fredda. Non ci hanno offerto un rimborso dove potevamo andare e stare in un altro hotel. Era molto triste, ma oh, bene. L'hotel era davvero bello e pulito, ma la gente va in un hotel per un posto per dormire e doccia durante il viaggio. Pagare un 169 dollari e poi docciare fredda è completamente inaccettabile! E si accorgono che sapevano che avevano un problema con l'acqua calda e non hanno fatto nulla per cercare di rimediare a questo fatto fino al giorno dopo che tutti erano stati controllati, è ancora più inaccettabile. La risposta appropriata sarebbe stata restituire i nostri soldi, in modo da poter trovare un altro hotel che offre acqua calda. È una miserabile esperienza dopo aver avuto un giorno molto lungo e siete sporchi e volete solo una doccia calda per poi docciare in acqua fredda. Non era nemmeno lukewarm.

UUtente anonimoVolevamo rimanere a Irondale piuttosto che a Birmingham e anche se questa proprietà non aveva grandi o CURRENT recensioni, la descrizione ha detto che è stata ristrutturata nel 2024 e nessun altro bene ha avuto una migliore recensione. In alcuni luoghi è stato aggiornato e la nostra stanza è stata ben progettata con nuovi mobili e mobili moderni, ma non era pulita. C'era una copertura di polvere (costruzione?) su tutto e lungo, capelli scuri sul pavimento del bagno. Il vetro della finestra era pieno di fiocchi, il congelatore aveva bisogno di sfrigorifero, che la porta non si chiudeva e non potevamo sfrigoriferare i nostri pacchetti di ghiaccio piatti. Non riuscivo a pensare che nessuno fosse rimasto nella stanza dopo la riparazione e la stanza non aveva ricevuto una pulizia post-costruzione, l’ascensore era sporco, rumoreso e un po’ spaventoso per andare al quarto piano. La clientela regolare si trova ovviamente in viaggio per i lavoratori della costruzione, ma il personale è stato molto amichevole, ma non professionale.

UUtente ospiteL’aiuto era molto amichevole e obbligatorio. Anche avevamo un controllo precoce. Una volta abbiamo trovato l’hotel mantenuto in manutenzione e accumulationi di polvere sui binari e altre superfici. I pavimenti erano puliti dove erano piatti ma le rughe erano state accuratamente spotte e sporche. Ancora una volta, i dipendenti erano amici e utili, ma le strutture erano meno adeguate.
In futuro evitarà il rosso.

UUtente ospiteAfter reading several positive online reviews about this Comfort Inn, I decided to try it out. I was on my way to our home in Florida and broke up the 12 hour drive with a halfway point stop for the night. The staff was helpful and pleasant both upon arrival and check-out. My room was clean and everything worked (tub drained well, refrigerator was cold, room temperature controls were responsive, etc.). I felt safe in the area which was also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Their well-stocked breakfast was a nice surprise! It was available in their clean, bright and spacious area and the eggs/sausage were hot and delicious. There were several other options as well that would easily accommodate a hungry family. This will now be my go-to hotel in the future along I-65!
