TTia RubyDont bother to pay extra for king size bed, they will still give you 2 single beds. Its stated in their room info, my bad for not reading them. Well never expected a king equal to 2 single beds😅. Might as well I take standard room with 2 single beds. End up I woke up with backpain then only realize it was 2 single beds. 🙄
The rest, food buffet okay. Nothing much.
Infinity Pool was great, suitable with the price.
Gym some equipment not function.
There were unused books or magazines kept at the rooftop, ruining the view.
Overall, you get what you paid. Except im super dissatisfied with the beds.

SsitiBeen here for 2nd time. First was on working days so not many people were staying plus the hotel gave me a room with seaview although i booked a room park view. The 2nd time was on school and public holiday so all rooms are fully booked and there were so many people queueing to check in. I checked in at 2.30pm and only got my room at 4.20 which made me waiting at the lobby almost 2 hours. I asked the staff 3 times and they politely answer my query although there were other few guests that also getting mad as rooms were not ready yet by housekeeping. I manage to get a room after 3rd query. The room is spacey enough for small family with 2 kids. The room has not much changed from my first visit 2 years ago. The floor had been changed to vinyl/spc and the bath tub in the bathroom also been removed. Room cleanliness is better than before. Only the corridor remain dirty as the old carpet still remain and dirt and beach sand can be seen clearly on the carpet. Maybe it can be changes to vinyl/spc also. Housekeeping should be improve in future to avoid guest wait too long to get a room. I like this hotel as it is not so pricey less than 200 on public holiday and about 100+ in working days and the location is near to beach and got swimming pool with walking distance. At night it was quite scary to walk from lobby to our room. Sometime can hear kids yelling suddenly at the corridor and other rooms from our rooms.

HHaroldThe check-in process is not convenient and user friendly, especially for overseas visitors. First we received a message requesting a deposit and the message is from Airplan ! We do not know and are not aware that Airplan is the management company looking after the private units. When we booked via Trip.com, there was no mention of deposit and more so the name of the management company Airplan was not mentioned. When we received WhatsApp messages for transfer of deposit, we were afraid that it was a scam !! So we did not response until we reached the hotel and spoke to the receptionist. We also noted that Airplan gave only the name of their bank and account no. It is not easy for overseas travelers to effect an immediate transfer online to their bank account !
So please give more information related to this deposit payment in your website so that future clients can be readily informed and do the necessary transfer well in advance before they start traveling. This form of payment works well for Malaysians, but not convenient for overseas travelers. However we succeeded to contact Airplan by WhatsApp and we could pay the deposit in cash to a third party who came to see us at the hotel reception.

La stanza è molto tranquilla e ben attrezzata, in generale è una soggiorno molto confortevole.
I bagni sono di buona qualità e i bagni sono spaziosi, l'aria congelata è fredda, si sente come 28c qui è più fredda di 26c altrove.
Il flusso di immersione del bagno è bloccato, il livello dell'acqua continua ad aumentare durante la doccia, a meno che non si spegni la testa del bagno. Uno dei pulsanti di commutazione della luce è in calo. Hanno raccolto RM100 da me come deposito, così temono che dedurranno il mio deposito per questi difetti preesistenti, ma fortunatamente non lo fanno.

UUtente ospiteLocated at a quiet corner of the city. Few restaurants nearby and walking distance to shopping center. Many parking lots in front of the hotel and there is a security guard walking around which made us feel safe.
The only issue we have is that the shower area has no shower curtain which can easily wet the toilet roll when we use the shower.

Positive:
The host is pleasant and helpful.
Overall, It’s a nice, modest place to get away from the city, and no cell connection means you are forced to disconnect. You can purchase a 3 days internet package for a small amount, but connection is poor. This is fine with us as we were happy to be disconnected but able to maintain limited connection to internet for essential things we needed to do.
Be prepared to get the most of your experience:
Prepare your own toiletries, slippers, package food to be comfortable because they provide only a small bottle of shower gel and 2 towels for each person. The kitchen is well equipped for a proper cooking but no condiments or cooking oil, only with a couple of instant coffee and tea bags.
No restaurants near by, difficult to get food, and no Grab cars come in to take you out. (So you have to drive or pay more for taxi they can help to call for you - the taxi drive is amazing man, though a little costly)
On our second day, we discovered a Chinese Villa nearby and ate at its restaurant (need to pre-book)

JJovonneAvete avuto un soggiorno incredibile nella villa!
Si sentiva in casa perché Rosslee e i suoi colleghi erano così amici e benvenuti, e il cibo era grande (soprattutto le patate macinate), con Rosslee doppio cappello come il cuoco. Inizialmente era preoccupato per l'accessibilità dei cibi, quindi abbiamo preparato cibi immediati in caso di fame di notte... ma siamo stati così ben nutriti durante il soggiorno. Se ti piace fare il snack come noi, comprare solo qualche snack e bevande prima di guidare, perché non ci sono negozi di comodità vicino.
Questa villa è letteralmente all'interno della natura, su una montagna segreta, quindi gestire le vostre aspettative sui mosquiti e bug. Ha fatto qualche lavoro a casa e ha preparato alcuni repelenti e cogliere mosquito prima di entrare. Cerca anche di accedere durante il giorno, perché la guida può essere intimidante dopo il sole.
Non è anche il migliore di provare il suono nella stanza, ma non è sorprendente come possono costruire questa villa sulle montagne già?

MMasflinstoneThe room was good, and the room service was unexpectedly excellent. The complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch. The front desk staff was helpful, but there is room for improvement in maintenance. Attention is needed regarding the condition of the rooms; for example, the posters were semi-detached from the wall, there was a crack in the ceiling, the water heater was not working, the toilet door mat was missing, and there was dust underneath the bed. I hope these issues can be addressed, as a 3-star hotel should strive to meet international standards. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
