VVivian LuaThe hotel location was great as it's just next to KB mall & it's located at town centre.
Thanks to front desk as I called to them few hours before arrival to request to arrange the room facing KB mall & clean the room + change the clean bedsheets (afraid the room was empty too long with smell ).
It was all great only with one BAD which it's not sound proof. The windows not functioning well as U can hear the vehicles noise whole night....Hope the Tune management can invest some $$$ to repair / upgrade the windows rubbers to make all perfect.

KKai HoeThe room are clean. Perfect location, 100m walk to kebun sultan food street. Two convenient store nearby. Breakfast are tasty as well. Only one downside, the towel are yellowish and smelly, suggest hotel to replace all towels

UUtente anonimoLocation wise, near to Pasar Siti Khadijah (ehailing). We stay at a double bed room near to lift, convenient as I bring a senior citizen with me. Room space okay not too spacious. Have prayer mat, kiblah direction, shower gel & shampoo (you have to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste), kettle and astro tv with 4-5 channels. Iron & ironboard in each floor. Room not soundproof. Breakfast spread okay (2-3 main dish, tasty). Friendly & good service from front desk. Lift was unique (transparent, pull & push)
Pro : easy to get food as pasar malam was just in front of the hotel (7.30pm-10pm)
Cons : parking limited, careful when ironing, cleanliness can be improved.

UUtente ospiteIl lobby è bellissimo con una macchina da caffè fornita... la camera da letto, ecco. Il confortatore ha tinture. E hanno dimenticato di mettere il sapone, lo shampoo e il gel corporeo, ma rapidamente si sono sistemati dopo aver chiamato il ricevitore... nessuna spazzola dentale è stata fornita con shock. Penso sia essenziale in una stanza alberghiera, non pensi?Tuttavia, spero ci sia un miglioramento nel nuovo anno.

NNash_BClean, spacioud and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Very convenient for anyone with meeting or urusan at hospital HRPZII or nearby Wisma.
Very close to KB mall across the road and only 5 minutes by car/grab to Aeonmall.
Ground floor has a few cafes & restaurants; Coffee Bean, Nasken and e-mart24.

JJamesBooked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.

JJY SinI had a wonderful stay at Suite Us Guest House during my recent trip to Kelantan for a meeting at USM Kelantan. The location was incredibly convenient, walking distance to the university, which made my commute stress-free and easy.
The guest house itself was clean and quiet, perfect for getting some rest. Highly recommended for anyone visiting USM Kelantan or the surrounding area!
