Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room.
Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone.
Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel.
We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately.
If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it.
I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars.
I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

Il personale del ristorante - i servitori e i camerieri sono stati cordiali e si sono assicurati che tutto ciò che è necessario per una fantastica esperienza fosse fornito.Lo stesso vale per il personale del bar piscina .... molto amichevole e accogliente. Il personale di ufficio ha organizzato il trasporto diverse volte - era ora e i conducenti erano cordiali. Io e mio figlio ringraziiamo il personale di All Rithmo per una bella vacanza.

SSelmaExcelentes instalações externas, 2 piscinas, uma delas integrada com o ambiente da praia, bares da piscina e restaurante. Aulas de ioga, box, jogo de vôlei na piscina e algumas atrações variadas. Toda equipe de staff muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muitíssimo completo. Amei tudo no NYX

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

BBrianL'hotel è simile ad un tre stelle ma è molto economico per i prezzi che offre. La parte migliore era la colazione a buffet. Hanno un cuoco che prepara con cura omelete e quesadillas, consiglio vivamente le quesadillas di pollo chipotle. Il buffet potrebbe non essere incluso, quindi ti consigliamo di ricontrollare per essere sicuro.
Anche gli alloggi erano essenziali. Avrai una cassetta di sicurezza, un armadio, una piccola tv. Di solito puliscono ogni mattina, se non vuoi che sia pulito puoi mettere il packard non disturbare. Tutto nella stanza è bianco, avrai una discreta vista degli edifici intorno, ma la vista è rilassante. A proposito, si consiglia di proteggere le proprie cose se si ha una valigia, questa logica si applicherebbe a qualsiasi hotel in cui si va, meglio essere sicuri che dispiaciuti. Il personale era molto gentile, tutti nel buffet parlavano per lo più un inglese perfetto, ma le donne delle pulizie non erano in grado di farlo. Solo qualcosa di cui essere consapevoli.
*** Se ami Starbucks, ne hanno uno all'ingresso. Non possono fare un Barbie Frappuccino ma hanno la maggior parte delle bevande simili agli aeroporti.
Non sono andato in piscina della palestra a causa dei frequenti viaggi a Xcaret. Questo è un hotel più adatto a coloro che viaggiano rispetto al costo di una formula all inclusive.
Nel complesso, questo hotel è economico e il concierge e il personale erano molto gentili. Sicuramente vale la pena considerarlo.
Per tua informazione, vuoi far scorrere l'acqua per un po' per renderla calda. È più tra caldo e caldo, potrebbero aggiornare i soffioni della doccia. Bht ti danno un sacco di asciugamani e hanno anche un asciugacapelli.
Inoltre, le prese elettriche potrebbero essere un problema nelle camere singole, le camere familiari sono ben attrezzate.
Anche vicino all'aeroporto, il viaggio dura circa 10 minuti.

RRayPer questo motivo mi sono trasferito in questo hotel nel centro di Cancun.
Sono stato più che felice di essere qui. L’hotel stesso sembrava cucina con alcune statue umane in concreto all’ingresso. La piscina era piccola (potete godere di nuotare sulla spiaggia). Ma in generale, le vibes erano a casa! La mia prenotazione è venuta con colazione gratuita.
La receptionista Jessica era molto accogliente. Ha parlato in inglese e spiegava tutto quello che doveva sapere al check-in. Mi ha anche dato una mappa stampata di ciò che posso vedere e fare intorno al centro di Cancun. La camera era a posto, grande camera con cucina e bagno appropriato.
Si trova a 5 minuti di autobus da Soriana, poi si attraversa la strada (Avenida Tulum) da Soriana e si trova al terminal ADO Bus all'aeroporto. Puoi anche prendere l'autobus R1 sulla Avenida Tulum all'Hotel Zone.
C'è un negozio di Poke vicino alla porta e un hamburger (se siete malati di cibo messicano), a 15 minuti a piedi dal Mercado 23 (dove si trovano gli negozi locali) e si possono acquistare souvenir in modo più economico.
Puoi prenotare Uber e saresti preso davanti all'hotel.
Tornerò certamente a questo hotel quando visiterò Cancún in futuro.

There’s a free shuttle to hotel, unfortunately the pick up from airport is very poorly organized and executed (I requested the hotel to notify me on the schedules and where should I take the shuttle but nobody reply) I found it by chance :/…
The check in took around 90 minutes (no kidding) but guess it was an extraordinary situation.. good if you must stay overnight for a transit or want to be near airport.
Breakfast not bad and room pretty basic.

Se è appena finita di nuotare, E'un po'coraggio entrare nella stanza fredda con aria condizionata in un vestito di nuoto caramellato!Dopo quattro o cinque giorni, anche se ci saranno puliziari per pulire ogni giorno, non cambierà mai le letti da bagno, anche se il caramello è piegato sul lavastoviglie, non sarà cambiato! Guardando ogni giorno i bagni igienici puliti con carta igienica pulita e sapone. Una volta ho visto un piccolo carrello con pochi articoli da lavare. Penso che non ci sarà una possibilità di cambiare. La lavatrice di lavandini è grigia e vecchia. Il primo giorno di soggiorno ha controllato il letto, non c'era capelli, c'era un nero lavato.E'anche la suite del maestro di Trip.com per un giorno, ma non ha sostituito la piccola stanza senza balcone. Inoltre, l'azienda del personale di servizio della reception non è familiare, e non posso restituire più di 200 pesos per pagare la prenotazione. Poiché appena finito la carta di divieto di nuoto non poteva andare nella stanza, il frigorifero freddo della reception era freddo. Infine, l'ascensore si e' rotto quel giorno. Il bagagliaio può tenere il bagagliaio sotto il sesto piano.

La posizione è circa 5-10 min passeggiata verso la zona principale del centro con tutti i negozi e mercati.
La casa era molto ben mantenuta e pulita. La mia camera era spaziosa, il letto era molto comodo. La piscina era un bel bonus dopo aver esplorato tutto il giorno.
L'hotel ha una porta frontale, quindi si sente molto sicuro e sicuro in ogni ora.
In generale, nessun problema con l'hotel stesso.

Ho aspettato fuori dalla porta per 40 minuti per entrare perché nessuno era al divano frontale; ho provato a chiamare senza risposta, e ctrip ha provato a chiamare senza risposta. Quando finalmente ho visto che l'uomo ha controllato sul telefono, ha detto che non mi aspettavo tanto e mi ha appena parlato (non lo ha fatto). Non c'era scusa per l'attesa o niente e mi è venuto fuori come il fatto che aspettavo così tanto era una bugia (Ho la mia conversazione con l'agente di stripping, dove abbiamo parlato di entrambi non essere in grado di prendere l'hotel).
Gli avevo anche chiesto se potessero aiutarmi a ordinare un taxi per le 4:00. L’uomo rispose e quando ho chiesto di confermare il prezzo non ha risposto per 4 giorni al punto in cui io avevo già controllato e lasciato.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed in the hotel for 3 nights only as a family of 2+2. Hotel contacted us in advance asking if we want sofa bed, it was very nice and in fact very handy to have as kids didn't fancy the bunk bed.
The location is very good, the hotel is just by the beach. The sea was lovely but the beach was full of seaweed. Whole area was like this so not just the hotel issue. Hotel's pool was really nice. The hotel is just by the promenade full of souvenir stalls and bars/restaurants. I highly recommend pizzas at Ronny's.
Apartment was nice and clean, we had a few bottles of fresh water left every day by the cleaning staff. There is aircon in each room working well. The kitchen is very basic, it lacked toaster and was short of cutlery, it would be nice to have a few more spoons. No hair dryers in the bathroom. We had a small balcony but sadly couldn't use it. It faced back of the hotel where someone was constantly burning trash. Not the fault of the hotel, just the general issue with rubbish being burned everywhere in Mexico.
The breakfast was 199 mexican pesos and there is a selection of 4/5 choices.
This is a really nice hotel for family stay with a medium size budget
